• Manuela (7/5): Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ausreichend. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt, verbesserungsbedürftig - Der, durch die Ankunft bedingte, frühere Check-In Alles etwas abgewohnt und teilweise sehr provisorisch. Offene Kabel, kaputte Steckdosen, kein WLAN

• Hans (3/5): Kortom Uitermate Teleurstellend. - Locatie was perfect Oude vergane glorie, slechte electrische voorzieningen (apparaten aanwezig maar geen stopcontacten om in te pluggen en stopcontacten die loshingen of geen stroom leverden), onvriendelijke check in (had verteld dat ik tussen 16:00-17:00 zou arriveren, volgens de site was dat goedgekeurd maar er werd me verteld dat check in pas na 17:30 kon….dan verwacht je iemand terplekke maar er werd na dat tijdstip enkel een code voor de sleutelkluis via een bericht doorgegeven), waterkoker stonk verschrikkelijk naar zweetvoeten nadat een vorige huurder er melk in had opgewarmd…..kortom, er wordt niet goed gecheckt en wellicht een reden om een magnetron aan te schaffen zodat ouders met kinderen hun melkvoeding kunnen opwarmen. Verder was de temperatuur niet te harden (35’C+). Het hele pand straalde vergane glorie uit, enkel om snel geld te verdienen maar verder wordt er niet in geinvesteerd. Kijk verder voordat je hier geld aan uitgeeft.
• Saskia (3/5): - Die Lage ist gut Ausstattung mangelhaft, die ganze Wohnung stinkt nach Zigaretten.
• Benjamin (5/5): - Die Lage war sehr gut, fußläufig 10 min zum Europa Park siwie zum Rulantica. Lidl und Edeka sind auch fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir hatten weder per Telefon noch Vorort ein Ansprechpartner. Auf Anrufe oder Mails wurde nicht reagiert. Wir hatten bei der Anreise Glück, dass die Reinigungskraft gerade Vorort war, ansonsten würden wir wahrscheinlich immernoch nicht wissen, welche Wohnung unsere ist und wie wir an den Schlüssel kommen. Der Pin für den Schlüsselkasten wurde uns per Mail nicht übermittelt. Es wurde kein Toilettenpapier aufgefüllt, Die Einbauküche war zweckmäßig leider ohne Ofen. Es waren Steckdosen aus der Wand gerissen, Der Fernseher hatte kein Empfang. Kleiderschrank fehlanzeige, Ersatz war eine Kleiderstange auf Rädern leider nicht so stabil. Alles in allem eine Unterkunft für 1 bis 2 Nächte mit guter Anbindung an alle Parks, wenn man nur sehr wenig Wert auf komfort legt. Die Reinigungskraft war sehr nett und hat geholfen. Leider wusste Sie von unserer Ankunft aber auch nichts, Sie hat die Vermittlerin auch nicht erreichen können, so dass wir an Hand der Zimmerbilder rausfinden mussten welche Wohnung wir bekommen. Unterkunft ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, und hat Renovierungsbedarf. Ansonsten war die Unterkunft sauber.

Don’t recommend staying here. - Nothing - I couldn't access the apartment as the owner didn't provide details on how to access the apartment until an hour after the agreed check-in time, and didn't respond to 7 phone calls trying to make contact. The owner didn’t make contact until an hour after the agreed check-in time. We had no way of accessing the accommodation. The owner didn't answer 7 phone calls to find out how to get into the apartment. The property had a different name than the name here on booking.com. So it looked like a scam. I had to find alternate accommodation quickly as I was travelling with children, and since 5a.m. the same morning. Hopeless comms of owners.

• Kaspar (9/5): Superb - Calm neighbourhood central in Rust. Enough space for our family of 5. Limited amount of equipment, some very worn.

• Jeroen (7/5): Good - The location Very few equipement. Not enough towels and not allowed to get a few more (6 towels for 4 people for 5 days). Also not clear how to check in. We had problems and all others visiters had the same issue. When you arrive, you must call the owner and she will give you a code to the key. If she doesnt pick up, you cant enter. So save the phone number before you go!

• Maria (9/5): Fantastic two bedroom flat with own kitchen, within walking distance of Europapark! Value for money. - Despite the lack of pictures, the property was just as described, two bedrooms, a kitchen, the child's bedroom had a cot and a single bed where our son slept. There was even a box of toys there for him, which kept him happy. The bathroom is very nice and the place was spotless. There are no carpets so I would recommend anyone coming to bring a pair of slippers.
