• laszlominarik (9/5): Összességében a hely adottságai és a környezet szépsége miatt érdemes ide jönni... - A szállás elhelyezkedése egyszerűen varázslatos: csendes, erdőközeli környezet, amely tökéletesen alkalmas romantikus pihenésre és teljes kikapcsolódásra. A környék nyugalma és a természet közelsége igazán különleges hangulatot ad a helynek. Reggelit 10 eurő/fő ellenében vállalta volna a tulajdonos, de nem kértük. Néhány alapvető felszerelés hiánya. A fürdőszobában nem volt törölköző, WC‑papír vagy tusfürdő, ami egy érkezéskor elég kellemetlen meglepetés tud lenni. Emellett a hőmérséklet szabályozása sem megoldott: esténként kifejezetten hűvös volt, és nem volt lehetőség a fűtés állítására.

• Beate (10/5): - Sehr angenehme Wohnungen abseits der Touristenschwemme in einem ruhigen Tal. Sehr nett und bequem eingerichtet, mit Zentralheizung für die kältere Jahreszeit. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Sehr angenehm war auch, daß kein Fernseher das toskanische Ambiente störte. Denise ist eine sehr hilfsbereite und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Ein ganz hervorragendes Domizil, um die kulturell reichhaltige Gegend zu erkunden. Wir können es nur empfehlen und kommen sicher wieder. Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen.

Needs a little tlc - for example latch/lock on bathroom door, broken light. Nets on the windows to stop bugs at night, and a couple of cushions on couch would be nice.

• Lena (5/5): Niet ideaal bij slecht weer - - Ligging op 10min rijden van Montepulciano - Zwembad waar je vrij gebruik van kunt maken, voorzien van ligbedden en parasols Kadering: wij verbleven er 4 nachten en hadden 2 dagen regen en onweer. Bij beter weer zouden enkele van onderstaande nadelen minder doorwegen. - Geen wi-fi in de kamer, enkel achteraan de accommodatie is er een beetje verbinding. Geen 4G in en rond de accommodatie. - Koud water in de douche omdat het water wordt verwarmd met zonneboiler. Bij slecht weer moet het water dus op een andere manier verwarmd worden. Dit was gemeld, maar nog steeds hadden we koud water (onze buren ook) - Bed was helemaal versleten, de matras mag dringend vernieuwd worden - Honden beginnen rond 6u ‘s ochtends te blaffen - Toegangsweg naar de faciliteit ligt vrij slecht; veel putten en grote losliggende stenen. Bij voorkeur rijd je er dus niet met een lage en grote auto naartoe

• Lejla (10/5): Excellent - The accommodation was beautiful, spacious, and exceptionally clean. It’s located just a 10-minute drive from the city and offers private parking, a pool, and a well-kept, peaceful garden. Dinner is available at the property for an additional fee, and it was delicious. Denise, the host, was very welcoming, kind, and an amazing chef. She also gave us great suggestions during our stay. We truly enjoyed everything and would gladly come back!
• Christopher (10/5): A magical location - Denise the host was so nice and friendly. Her home made cakes and breakfasts are legendary. The location is like a piece of heaven, it is magical. Having to go home.
• Vathanarasa (1/5): Bad - Denise wasn’t here. Her mother poorly welcomed us. First she doesn’t speak English, so communication was hard. I had to communicate during hours to have a lighter, I wouldn’t call this « leisure ». Then, instead to introduce herself and the room, she directly tried to tell us to pay by cash because the post doesn’t work. There was no water bottle in the fridge when we arrived, just a roll of toilet paper for 2 person, 3 days, no tissue paper. Plus, the room doesn’t correspond to the booking confirmation. No air conditioning (we were requested to open the windows while there are mosquitoes), no TV, no coffee machine. Beside everything, the swimming pool has yellow colour border, let you guess why. There were holes in the middle of the bathroom’s door, still wondering why ? Facilities are very poor, as well as the welcoming. The price is too high for what it is.

• Christine (3/5): Definitely not for out of season - Located in the middle of a w 5km down a long dirt track this could be idilic. Maybe in the summer it is. It is February, My room was cold and damp so they had not prepared the room ready to make a guest comfortable. The only source of heating was an air con unit I couldn’t work, the staff I could find couldn’t make it work either and blamed it on the remote batteries. Eventually another member of staff got it going not without great effort. By this time it was too late to help with a damp bed and I tried to sleep in my clothes wrapped in a fleece and it was hideous. There was no restaurant as advertised, no kettle and not even a bottle of water to see me through to breakfast. The track was full of deep potholes so I dared not leave in the dark to find a shop or restaurant. I was so miserable. Breakfast was lovely and the room warm so there was heating available in just the next room! In the end I didn’t stay the second night but I was charged the booking.com fee of €21, full charge for one night and €10 for breakfast

• Helen (6/5): Could be lovely - needs attention - Lovely welcome from the owners of this apartment, set in peaceful rural surroundings. The pool was not open and it was too cold to sit out, but I imagine in summer the outdoor space here is wonderful. I’d advise people to bring their own washing materials as there was no bowl, plug, washing up liquid, cloth or tea towel. So washing up was nearly impossible. As others have said, the place was dusty - and we unfortunately had an infestation of little bugs, a bit like beetles. The steps were covered in leaves - just a quick sweep up would have made the whole place feel more loved. The owners were charming but really need to keep the place cleaner and with better equipment for the price they charge.
• Matteo (6/5): Pleasant - Immersed in a suggestive, very green location and managed by friendly hosts, Agriturismo Nibbiano is a good one for a true bucolic escape. Opportunities for improvement are however many. First off, cleaning could be done more/better (mouldy shower, mature spider nets, dusty surfaces...), laundry isn't carried out professionally and attention to details isn't at standards with price charged. Our flat was quite dark, breakfast was nice but its selection should be wider. The major flow is that the whole thing is run by the owner and her mother, this inevitably translates in a rather informal service, which could work but for half the price! We found the images were misleading and that the sloppiness of its services defeats the Agriturismo strong points (amazing location, great pool area, nice hosts etc) which is such a shame
