Minor issues - the position of the microwave in the kitchen and the hob was awkward to work.

• Cecilia (10/5): Amazing comfortable apartment in city center - The location of the property is perfect. Close to restaurants, touristic attractions, Mercato coperto. Comfortable flat, with new appliances and great shower. Because it was summer we used the aircon and washed clothes. There is a terrace where in some minutes the clothes dry. Nice views and really quiet. The lift is small and with manual doors. If you have too much luggage or have a big party it will be boring maybe doing multiple trips. But nothing that disturbs the travel.
• Juraj (10/5): Krásna Ravenna - Skvelo sme si užili pobyt. Apartmán bol priestranný, veľká spálňa, deti mali vlastnú izbu a bolo ešte miesto v obývačke. Kuchyňa bola vybavená všetkým potrebným, od spotrebičov, kuchynského riadu, kávy, čajov, prísad do varenia, takže kto chce, môže si bez problémov pripravovať jedlá. Kúpeľňa takisto obsahovala všetko čo treba, práčka so sušičkou, toaletné potreby, žehlička, doska atď. Samozrejme klimatizácia v obývačke a druhá v spálni. Pekný výhľad na historické centrum z okna ako bonus😊. A hlavne veľká pochvala pre majiteľa. Lucca je skvelý, vždy vedel poradiť, keď sme sa spýtali, či už na nejakú atrakciu v Ravenne, alebo okolí, prípadne ohľadom parkovania, alebo výberom reštaurácii. Odpovedal veľmi rýchlo a vždy pridal aj nejakú radu navyše. Veľká spokojnosť z našej strany 😊😊 Niet čo vytknúť

Location: Popular tourist sites and excellent restaurants are within walking distance. Self-laundry machine with dryer: User-friendly and easy to operate. Self-laundry machine: During my first use, the washing and drying process took over three hours to complete, despite being labeled as a "59-minute" cycle. The longer duration was due to overloading and the course name did not include the drying time. It would be helpful for users to be informed about this in advance.

• Gyöngyi (9/5): Superb - The owner was very kind and helpful. The appartement was really very well equiped. Tea, cafe, sugar, salt, etc were also available. You can find shower gel, shampoo in the bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. It is very close to the center of old town so you can reach all important monuments by walking. I was satisfied and offer it to everyone. One room was not airconditioned so you cannot close the doors between the rooms otherwise it is too hot.

From the moment we arrived, the welcoming hosts made sure we settled in comfortably and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. They even checked to ensure we arrived safely, which was a thoughtful touch. The apartment itself is exceptionally clean and very convenient for accessing Ravenna’s town activities and famous mosaics. The location is perfect, with easy parking available, making it stress-free to come and go as we pleased. Inside, the apartment was spotless and well-equipped. The inclusion of fresh towels and coffee added to the relaxing atmosphere. The sitting room with a TV was cozy, providing a perfect spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing. One of the highlights was the stunning views from the apartment, which truly enhanced our experience. Overall, Bellavista Apartment exceeded our expectations in every way, and I would recommend it without hesitation to anyone visiting Ravenna.
