• Helen (7/5): Clean with easy access to the NEC. - It was very clean and Lawrence was extremely helpful. The lack of curtains in the lounge made it very light during the night.
• Nick (7/5): - The apartment was fine. Had everything you need for a short stay. A Lidl just over the road and plenty of takeaways very close by. Spot on for a contractor. It was a bit noisy but only because they were RE-surfacing the road outside.
• Tina (9/5): Great place. Great host. Great location. Enjoyed my stay - Lawrence knows I struggled a little because my nails are too long 😂 The bathroom window needs attention. But it didn’t cause a major issue

• Anthea (10/5): Great short stay - The apartment was warm, cosy and had everything we needed, the bed was super comfortable, great water pressure in the shower. Tea and coffee was supplied as well as fresh towels, it was close to everything we needed like greggs, Lidl, subway and an off license, had great parking too. We will definitely be visiting again =) Nothing at all

• Quinn (10/5): Busy street but inside is a very well furnished and clean haven! - Shampoo, utensils, towels and cooking materials in generious supply. Bedroom windows could'nt be sealed tight, causing minor noise in the night from streets and draft.
• Judy (7/5): The accommodation was adequate for our needs - Self contained, despite being on a busy road it was quiet . Very convenient for supermarket and access to other areas of Birmingham . The heating was good The dining table was wobbly

• Oli M (9/5): Great, reasonably priced apartment close to the city with good amenities. - Everything we needed was available. The flat is quiet considering its proximity to a busy main road. Kitchen was great and had all the equipment we needed, the air fryer came in handy. The bed was comfy but is a double so it was snug, still slept okay though. Smart TV in the living room was nice and easy to connect to for evening entertainment. The sofa is comfy enough and even folds out to a sofa bed. Bathroom is spot on, shower is good. Good amenities, literally over the road, any shop you might need is there really. Good for if you need a place close to Birmingham Town Centre but you want a bit of peace and reasonable prices. Speaking of, price was great for the weekend really. Can’t complain. A bigger bed would be nice but not essential.
• Beth (10/5): Great! - We had a really great stress free stay. The host was great and kept full contact. The beds were comfy, and the apartment had all we needed for our stay. Also, easy parking which is a huge plus! Nothing at all, honestly had a perfect stay
• Debapriya (10/5): Just felt like home - Very convenient location, lots of shop opposite the road, even a LIDL just opposite. Large driveway for parking. Property was very clean and well maintained. Just felt like home. Spent a weekend with our 1 yr old. Check in, Check out was seamless. Special thanks to Lawrence our host for the help on our request.

• Kearna (10/5): Amazing - It was nice to have an apartment that wasn’t too expensive, but also, the location of it. It was great having so many different choices of shops and grocery stores around the apartment. Made it a lot easier for us in terms of travelling It was a little loud in the early hours of the morning but that can’t necessarily be helped, so I wouldn’t stress that much

• Warner (8/5): Very good - The accommodation was lovely, and the apartment wqs in a great local next to lots of shops and local bus routes The sofa bed in the living room was big and comfy and the bed in the bedroom was excellent All the kitchen appliances worked, and there were no faults The only things I can mention that were nit up to standard was the fridge freezer, it had a strange hummering soud and at tim3s git quite lied This.needs fixing Slight dust in areas of the bathroom and kitchen but not too much And the lack of access to the back garden But the back garden was not in a good state anyway Overall excellent value for money and a beautiful place

• Alec (7/5): lovely wee place, good parking and facilities near. - easy to get in nice and cosy little apartment Host was very friendly and allowed a late checkout for us which was really nice Host forgot we were coming on day of arrival so we had to call to get keys but was very polite and friendly. Apartment could have been cleaned better(used plaster on floor and fake eyelashes stuck to mirror from last guest)

• Chloe (10/5): Loved it - The place was lovely and clean. Heating heated the place up within a couple of minutes! Shower was powerful, bed was comfy. Greggs, supermarket and lots of places to eat just over the road. It was just what I needed to relax before and after my training this week.
