• Theo (5/5): Prima verblijf in Malaga, maar dat kwam door de stad en niet door de accommodatie - Prachtig uitzicht! De enorme rioolstank uit de badkamer, minimale en leuke aankleding, geen handdoeken of theedoeken, bank was heel vies.
• Malcolm (9/5): Fantastic stay with such a great view - The view is just amazing. It was so nice to sit on the balcony with a good Spanish wine overlooking the sea. The appartment has everything you need and is in a good location for the town and Marina. Luis the owner was really helpful and really efficient with getting back to us regarding our questions. We will definitely book this apartment again if it’s available when we are next in Malaga. All was good so nothing not to like

• John (9/5): - Fantastisch uitzicht en centrale ligging t.o.v. het strand en het oude centrum. Het putje in de badkamer stonk . Het bed was voor mij (1.95m) te kort.

• Katarzyna (10/5): Super lokalizacja, piękny widok z balkonu i bardzo ładny i bezpieczny budynek - Super lokalizacja, elegancki i bezpieczny budynek W budynku większości mieszkali właściciele co zapewniało ciszę ale też byli bardzo pomocni gdy mieliśmy problem żeby trafić do odpowiedniej windy w budynku. Mieszkanko było małe ale bardzo wygodne w użytkowaniu, było w nim wszystko co potrzebne szczególnie na krótki pobyt. Bardzo wygodne łóżko, w połączeniu z szumem fal za oknem zapewniało super sen Bardzo dobry kontakt z obsługą obiektu Widok z balkonu spektakularny W okolicy mały sklepik ze wszystkim ale też Carrefour czynny bardzo długo Skorzystaliśmy też z pobliskiej śniadaniowni Faktycznie zapach z łazienki jest nieprzyjemny ale było by to uciążliwe w przypadku ciągłego przebywania w mieszkaniu. Jeśli zamierzasz zwiedzać lub spędzać czas na mieście i plaży to nie stanowi problemu

• Aleksandra (10/5): - Apartament ma super widok, choć dość wysoko a barierki niskie ale miło posiedzieć na balkonie i słuchać szumu fal. Trochę brudna kuchnia była, w mikrofalówce zastaliśmy zaschnięte resztki jedzenia, kanapa poplamiona i śmierdząca, no i ten brzydki zapach z łazienki niestety...

• Alain (9/5): Dans l’ensemble l’appartement est très bien situé et répond à nos besoins. - Emplacement stratégique, très bien situé. Vue magnifique du 13 eme étage. Proximité du port du Centro, des épiceries resto … Les serviettes de bain faisait de la mousse. Pas de sacs à vidange. Ustensiles et plats très basique.draps de lit basique. Absence d’aspirateur (un vieux balai) On aurait aimé avec 2 chaises de plage et un parasol ( parasol dans garde robe était brisé).

• Oleksandr (2/5): Concierge - The only thing I liked was the really nice view from the window. We arrived at the apartment late in the evening, the front door to the house was closed, and we had to wait 30 minutes, call the apartment owners, figure out how to get inside, but we were lucky and at 11:30 pm someone went for a walk and opened the door from here and we went to the lobby, took the elevator and then with difficulty got into the room, then as it turned out there was only bedding for one bed, although we were 2 adults and two children 6 and 2 years old, we adults had to sleep without bedding. The apartment needs renovation, the handle in the room falls off, the bathroom door barely closes, the boiler is small if you want to take a bath then a maximum of 30%, the sofa bed is just awful, the table and chairs in the kitchen are wobbly and much more. Conclusion: the view is great, but otherwise, repairs need to be made and there should be a concierge who will meet you and open the door.

• Vlado (10/5): - The apartment is in an amazing location! Being on the 13th floor, it offers a beautiful view of the beach and sea. It’s just a short walk from the center of Málaga, parks, and all the key historic sites. I was able to explore almost everything on foot and hardly needed public transport. The host was incredibly polite, friendly, and responsive. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back!
• Stephanie (9/5): Tolle Unterkunft direkt am Meer - Tolles Apartment direkt am Meer! Super zentral und gute Ausstattung! Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Wir würden wieder kommen! Der Geruch der Rohre im Bad ist etwas unangenehm, man sollte sie Bad Tür geschlossen halten. Aber das Apartment ist im 13. Stock, ganz oben riechen Rohre ja oft so. Das war das einzige was uns gestört hat.

• Katarzyna Woźniak (3/5): Niestety pobyt nas rozczarował - Dobra lokalizacja, ładny widok z apartamentu. Niestety pomimo dobrej lokalizacji pobyt nas rozczarował. Pobyt zgłoszony na 4 osoby, a miałyśmy wrazenie że w mieszkaniu przygotowane bylo tylko łóżko w sypialni na 2 osoby. Kanapa w salonie poplamiona. Poduszki niezbyt świeże. Kołdry byle jak upchane w szafie poplamione, widac że nie były odswiezane po poprzednich gościach. Ręczniki sprawiały wrażenie jakby były tylko wyplukane w płynie do prania, a nie porządnie wyprane. Podczas pobytu pojawily sie też 2 karaluchy. Po uwagach Właściciel dostarczyl co prawda czyste prześcieradło, ale to nas nie usatysfakcjonowało.

Super gelegen. Alles in Fussnähe. Wir waren als Familie zu viert, alles war vorhanden. Würde ich gleich wieder buche .

Widoki super - Widok, przede wszystkim widok, w dzień, w nocy, zarówno n plażę Malaguetta jak i port - fantastycznie ogląda się wpływające wielkie statki transportowe i pasażerskie oraz luksusowe super jachty. Lokalizacja świetna - najlepsza w Maladze. Przy plaży, 15min do centrum na nogach. Właściciel eleastyczny i responsywny. Zapach kanalizacji w kuchni i łazience. Wyposażenie powinno być bogatsze, ciężko sporządzić obiad.

• Vickie (6/5): Excellent location, nice apartment, need to sort out water situation. - The location was very good. Ideal for the beach and very convenient for the old town. We liked the apartment but we ran out of water on the first night half way through a shower. The water eventually came back on but on our last morning there was no water at all when we woke up. We had to leave for the airport unable to wash or even use the toilet. Also we felt the bed linen was cheap and inadequate.

The man, who was on the recepción at night, was really helpfull to find the box with the keys. Higly recomended.

There was no toaster. The hair dryer didn't work. The balcony door from the bedroom didn't open. There was a washing machine but no clothes rack to dry your clothes on.

Good contact with an owner - we could have checked in at 12 instead of 4. Flat was pretty dirty, the smell from bathroom was really bad - could be a real issue for people sensitive for smell, walls are really thin - you can hear people walking in their apartments.

Situated on a quieter street with minimal traffic, it provides a serene atmosphere while still granting easy access to the strand, shops, supermarkets, and charming coffee shops. The apartment’s location is ideal, just a 15-minute walk to the cathedral and the historic city center. Being on the top floor of a high-rise building, guests can enjoy privacy and uninterrupted vistas. Despite its size, the apartment is cleverly equipped with everything two or three people might need, without feeling overcrowded with furniture. The highlight, undoubtedly, is the balcony where one can greet the sunrise and indulge in wonderful meals accompanied by the mesmerizing sea view. Whether for city/beach vacation or a short escape from the winter, this apartment offers an unforgettable stay in Malaga. One thing that might can be improved is the showerhead which was fixed to the wall so I couldn't adjust to my high. For my shorty wife it was perfect 😃

Wonderful morning sun, soothing shadow in the afternoon. - Very rudimentary amenities. Ex: no teapot; no warm water tap in the kitchen; no dish washer; no shelves in the closet - No heating with 7-centigrade nights - we had to buy a radiator; - Persistent sewage smell in the bathroom (as flagged by earlier guests) - Very strong lighting - like in a dentist's office - No visitor guide (we never found out where to deposit the trash) - Unresponsive host: we never got an answer when we asked if we could make the A/C aggregate to work as a source of heat.
