Cozy neighborhood in the city center and so much is within quick walking distance, you can even see many of them from the window. Would highly recommend to others.
• Tomas (10/5): Excellent stay here!!! - Perfect host, very kind. He helped us a lot when our unresponsive driver got lost on our departure date, but the host arranged a very nice transfer service by Minivan. The apartment itself was in a perfect condition, had everything you might require, very clean and tidy, bedroom was equipped with softest mattresses that made our stay even better. I recommend everyone if you are planning a travel to Tbilisi.

The apartment is very bright and meets high standards, fully equipped kitchen and toiletries makes you feel at home, very nice international bar in the 10 minutes walk from the apartment, next to the Opera and ballet theater, absolutely served and safe. Easy to walk to everything you'd want to see if it's your first time in Tbilisi. Host gave some great food/drink recommendations, remember to ask her when you arrive :)

The apartment is pretty awesome, located in the central area of the city, every detail was packed, like kitchen equipment, toiletries, crib for a child, etc, host was great english speaker and check-in process went smoothly, thank you for hosting us, absolutely recommended, you will enjoy if for sure!

The apartment itself was cozy and warm, with a lovely relaxed feel. The location is very central, being literally within 2 minutes from old town square and this coupled with a lovely apartment and helpful host made for an enjoyable, hassle free holiday. Highly recommend.

And special thumbs up for the transfer service driver, who was sent to us by property, guided us with historical events of every monument and building on the way to the apartment, and helped us with our luggage as well:) Thank you for such a great hosting! • Amira (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was so nice, very cozy, big enough for a few days stay. The bathroom was very clean and I really liked the shower. The kitchen had all we needed and even more. check-in was very easy and convenient. The location of the apartment is very close to everything, there is groceries, restaurant, ATM, grill bar just around the corner,. It was a really pleasant stay and I would definitely come back when I am back in Tbilisi.

Can tell the host put a lot effort to provide the best quality service for the guests. We do appreciate that. The location is in the heart of the city and you can go everywhere by foot. We enjoyed staying in this apartment a lot and we absolutely recommend it!!!.

The bed is soft and the balcony has very nice view. Also It has all the amenities. The location is ideal. the neighborhood is very oozy and save despite it is located in the center and you have all the shops/restaurant and downstairs. My communication with the host was great, really high quality service thanks for everything. I would strongly recommend it.

I had no trouble reaching the host and her associate and they were very kind and helpful. The location is in the center of the whole city. If I come to Tbilisi again, I will definitely stay here again. Btw you absolutely have to visit Tbilisi one day it’s a great experience <3 Highly recommended it!

The location is perfect, all attractions are in a walking distance. There are a lot of bars, restaurants, galleries, a grocery store in the yard. I recommend it!

Transfer service arranged by the host was a big plus since the driver took us to the best place for money exchange and guided us on the way to the apartment. Location of the apartment is also great, within a 15-minute walk you are right in the center of liberty square.
• Mikhail (10/5): Beautiful place! - This was one of the most perfect stays I’ve had so far on booking for years, the apartment is absolutely beautiful, centric and complete, it even has a coffee tea and sugar! The host is an amazing person who’s really passionate about making the stay absolutely perfect and he did! Even bus cards he has in case we need them to get around, the location is perfect. It's literally right in the city centre but in a very quiet and cozy area. If you are going to Tbilisi and want to stay at the best place, the place perfectly matches these options!!

• Zara (10/5): Exceptional - A perfect stay. No complaints, the apartment is perfect, easy to access, metro and bus nearby. It is tastefully decorated in a contemporary way. All the amenities are there to make a very good stay (kitchen accessories, fan, air conditioning). Host is very responsive, which is much appreciated! Would definitely stay again.
• Julien (10/5): Wonderful stay - Wonderful apartment in a great area, Clean and well equipped, convenient location allowed us to freely get around the city, also the grocery store and pharmacy was around the building, really nothing to complain about, central location, fully equipped kitchen, good bathroom, professional host, and delicious, traditional Georgia. Would stay here again without question and would recommend it to anyone.

Host is a very responsive and the apartment is very clean, on the upper floor of a prestige building. It is very close to major stores, restaurants and a metro station. The apartment is very quiet with an excellent elevator. We would certainly stay there again.

• Tomis (10/5): 👍👍👍👍 - One of the Most central place you can get! Amazing food choices down the road to the left and very cozy. Bakery right across the entrance. All in all an amazing location to enjoy Tbilisi. Host was friendly and fast to reply.
