Michal (8/5): - Ubytovatel poskytl před příjezdem velmi dobré informace o lokalitě (obchody, parkování, lokální slevová karta, atrakce ...). Prostorný apartment a možnost parkování u ubytování. Na mě až příliš měkké matrace. Občas vypadával internet (WiFi).

Emese (10/5): Erholsame Auszeit in den Bergen - Es war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte. Besonders toll fanden wir die Badewanne sowie den beheizten Badezimmerspiegel. Für zwei Personen gab es ausreichend Platz. Die Lage war perfekt: Im Umkreis von zehn Kilometern gab es zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zum Rodeln, darunter mehrere Rodelbahnen. Abends ist es im Ort sehr ruhig, und es gab keinerlei Vorfälle.

Geert (9/5): Good value for money - Communication with the owner was very smooth and fast. Very warm and cozy place. Big bath. Nice location in the centre of a small town. Good price - The second bedroom is not really a room: it is 2 matrasses on the floor under the roof of the hut. We had not really noticed that, but it is clear in the pictures, so that was our mistake. We used the sofabed downstairs, which is quite comfortable too. - It would have been nice to have had the possibility to make coffee in the morning (we arrived Saturday night late in the evening and Sunday the shops are closed. There were filters, but no coffee :-( But no drama either...

John (9/5): Annähernd perfekt, gerne immer wieder! - Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war freundlich und unkompliziert. Das Apartment ist funktional und gediegen eingerichtet, das Bad fast schon luxuriös. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist zielgerichtet und sehr zufriedenstellend. Das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis ist hervorragend. Die weichen Matratzen waren für uns der einzige Malus (für Andere nicht). Gerne immer wieder. Der Gastgeber hält was er verspricht. "Nicht gefallen" ist vielleicht nicht die richtige Umschreibung. Manche Menschen lieben weiche Matratzen. Wir hingegen nicht. Vielleicht ließe sich da ein Mittelweg finden. Ansonsten war unser Aufenthalt annähernd perfekt.

Marcel (3/5): - Das Appartement war gross und Hell. Der TV war sehr gross. Die Betten waren sehr angenehm. Bei groben Beanstandungen unsererseits ist stets jemand vorbei gekommen um die Sachen notdürftig zu säubern/abmontieren. Vieles: Schimmel an der Wand im Badezimmer (unübersehbar!) Die Heizung funktionierte nicht, stattdessen hatte es Wärmeplatten an der Decke montiert. Leider hat man dafür die falschen Dübel verwendet - eine Platte hat sich über Nacht gelöst - Zum Glück ist die Platte nicht komplett auf den Boden geknallt, ansonsten hätte jemand oder eins unserer Kinder verletzt werden können. Jemand hat dann am gleichen Tag die Platte abmontiert aber nicht ersetzt. Es war eher kalt im Appartement. Die Mikrowelle war unsauber wie auch der Toaster etc. Vor dem Appartement hat es vom Abfall her gestunken. Es war sehr ringhörig im Appartement. Wir haben alle Schritte von oben gehört. Auch die Strasse gleich neben dem Appartement hat man im Schlafzimmer, trotz geschlossenem Fenster, sehr gut gehört. Mit Ohropax konnten wir schlafen. Die Türfallen sind, trotz normalem gebrauch und seltenem Öffnen/Schliessen der Türen abgefallen. Das Schloss von dem Badezimmer ist überflüssig, da es von Aussen wie auch von Innen aufgeschlossen werden konnte, zudem war es auch lotterig und kurz vor dem Abfallen. Der Herr wollte uns kaum das Appartement erklären. Beim Auschecken haben wir vergebens auf den Herrn gewartet. Wir haben uns nicht sonderlich erwünscht gefühlt. Es gab für alle Beanstandungen nur eine Entschuldigung nicht einmal einen Preisnachlass.

Abhishek (7/5): Nice apartment, but could be better in terms of hospitality. - Location was great, right next to Isar river. Parking was easily available on site and the accommodation had everything for a comfortable stay. It is located right next to Germany border so there was no need of Austrian vignette. Even after several requests the host denied us the early check-in. 4pm check-in and 10am check-out is not a good policy. We felt the check-in was too late for the day. During check-out, the cleaning lady rang the bell at 10am not even allowing us to finish our breakfast. Since we were with family, it was made very difficult and we had to rush everything for the check-out. There was no shower-gel in the bathroom. I feel this is a basic amenity to be kept in the bathroom. Anyways we had only 1 night stay, so it was adjustable.

The bathroom was nice, but just one for a lot of people is getting a bit of a problem.

Radici (9/5): Not again.. - the area is beautiful and the apartment was ok...but..Unfortunatly the apartment has a new way to heat the aparment but it doesn't work so well...on the night it was cold(and outside it was -15 degrees)..and also when we arrived it was a lot of snow on the terrace and we couldn't even get inside the apartment...
Leigh (9/5): Superb - Very lovely log cabin . We were snug, but we were 5, so is expected. Very cosy and perfect for 2 people . Extremely helpful and competent owner. All done at speed via app . Open kitchen is a bonus. Great power shower and loved the heaters. Never seen those before, very cool indeed. A true log cabin . Tiny toliet, short on utensils, 4 chairs would be better to have a fold up chair to make 5 chairs as advertises as such. Location there were no restaurants opened, cafes around. Bakery across road. Tiny petrol station supermarket. Only have food delivery on Thursday. The Manager tells me a large supermarket and restaurant will open in 1 year. There is a new Mayor so hopefully improvements will be made, as the previous obviously did practically zero from observation. Scharnitz should be we invested to bring new roads and investment as has potential. Just as Seefeld is busy, Leutasch and so on. Deserves the same recognition.
Russ (9/5): Superb - It was newly remodeled and beautiful. Nicely appointed. The shower’s hot water stopped after a short time, not enough to wash my hair.
Marco (10/5): Beautiful alpine flat, great scenery, modern, fully furnished and clean. (Good price too!) - Fantastic location. Beautiful little village in the middle of the Alps. And lovely little flat, complete of all the services, modern (but also classic) , absolutely clean. Easy to find, easy to park, easy to get the keys. We have not seen the owners but all the instructions were sent via Whatsap and were very clear and complete. In the summer it must be a great base for excursions in the nature. Also very close (30 minutes or less by car) to Innsbruck. Just one little thing: it was a great surprise to find a large bathtub... biut there was not enough hot water to fill it. I guess it was a temporarly fault of the heating plant, but the water was just enough for a quick shower. (We were three people). Still, great value for the money.
