• Pavel (5/5): - Lokalita je vynikající, přímo v centru. Ubytování je velké a prostorné, trochu použitý nábytek, ale to místo za to stojí. Špinavé ložní prádlo, museli jsme žádat o výměnu.

Good apartment but needs a little maintenance. - The location of this appartment is everything! just around the corner of Trevi fountain, in a quiet part of a busy street. quite a few bits and pieces could use replacement or some maintenance, loose toilet seats, no toilet paper, the hand shower works great bit the rain shower has no power and no/harly any (or when you crank it fully up too much) hot water.

Brak 2 łazienek, brudno, nieprzyjemnie, zdewastowane sprzęty i meble, b - - tylko lokalizacja - wbrew opisowi nie ma 2 łazienek, właściciel po uwadze usunął z galerii zdjęcie łazienki z wanna, której tam nie ma, a zdjęcia pokazywały łazienkę przed remontem z wanna i po remoncie z prysznicem - mała toaleta jest na niższym poziomie niż sypialnie i nie ma w niej możliwości wziąć prysznicu więc nie może być liczona jako druga łazienka wbrew opisowi na stronie jaki jest aktualnie - brud i to z długiego okresu czasu - zniszczone, brudne , połamane, zbędne wyposażenie - zagłówek za łóżkiem zamiast wisieć stal na brudnej, zakurzonej bardzo podłodze - wyrwane ze ścian lampki nocne i tak zostawione na przyjazd gości , w drugiej sypialni lampki stoją za szafce nocnej (bardzo zakurzonej) a za szafką brak kontaktu aby je włączyć więc atrapy - kod do WiFi to na ciemnej kartce zdjęcie nieczytelnego skanu kodu qr a hasło do wpisania skomplikowane i nieczytelne - wyposażenie szaf to bardzo zakurzone wieszaki z zakupionej przez poprzednich gości bielizny i porzucone w apartamencie - zawieszony w jednej sypialni tv na ścianie wisi w sposób taki ze wkrótce spadnie - schody są wewnętrz i na zewnątrz apartmentu , na klatce schodowej na tych wąskich schodach pozostawiane różne rzeczy przez innych użytkowników jak odkurzacz w częściach co także jest i brzydkie i niebezpieczne i najgorsze że nikt tego przez tydzień nie usunął - w kuchni stare przyprawy, herbaty i inne … zdewastowane krzywe szuflady w meblach i tak naprawdę nic do użytku , sofa w aneksie kuchennym tak brudna i tłusta że siadałam na ręczniku bo inaczej się nie dało - koszmar do remontu niestety można pokazać tylko 4 zdjęcia

• Andrea (6/5): Excellent location - You really cannot beat the location of this apartment, you cannot get a more central location than this, you are 5 minutes away from Trevi fountain and literally facing the Quirinale palace, Colosseum is 20 minutes walk away, Spanish steps 10 minutes. Also you are on pedestrian-only road so it's very quiet most of times. There's a newly refurbished toilet and bathroom, beds are comfty, kitchen has got all you need, just a bit tired. Value for money would be excellent once some of the issues are addressed. The apartment is on the second and third floors of a 19th century building so be aware there are some steps to do. Constant sewage smell clearly coming from the newly fitted shower. This was reported to the host but not addressed effectively, we kind of got along with it because weather was mild and we could leave windows open all day. Also the whole property would benefit from a refresh, bedroom walls were scuffed, some lighbulbs were not working, electrical sockets damaged and kitchen doors broken.
• Emre (10/5): Great place to stay ! - Big and fresh rooms .Great location and it is very close to the attractive places. Polis control point on the corner . Quite Silent and has the capacity for the groups. We will propably stay here again The stairs can make you a little bit tired but it is the point to stay in an historical building.

• Uri (7/5): Good - Location. Owner very friendly. Too much stairs. A lot of. Very uncomfortable. Bathrooms old and sanitary equipment is too old and partially broken.
• Anonymous (3/5): While the location was good and the price was reasonable, the apartment was not well maintained at all. - Location. Good walking distance from many of the sites we wanted to see. Other than the towels and sheets, the property was not clean. The shower was stained and the shower head was broken. You would literally have to hold the shower head over you to bathe. Water was leaking out from under the toilet. Upon arrival there was only two small rolls of toilet paper for four people on a six night stay. The soap in the bathrooms were basically empty. The door to the apartment looked broken. It did lock with the key however the door jam was totally cracked. The latch on the window in the downstairs bathroom was broken. The living room furniture was very stained.

• Joseph (9/5): Great place, great location. - The location was fantastic. Close to the Trevi Fountain, shops, and restaurants. All just steps away. 24hr. Guard at the end of the street, felt very safe. Nice size apartment, very comfortable. One and 1/2 bathrooms. The front door doesn’t shut well. But does lock. Will sometimes give you a hard time unlocking. The stairs to get to the apartment are somewhat steep and uneven.
