• Stephanie (10/5): Best 1-week accommodation ever! - Everything. The place was so close to everything: restaurants, ATMs, grocery stores, tourist places. The 19th floor was perfect, it helped to muffle the weekend noise of the suburb, and it gave me the most beautiful view of the city and the mountains behind it. I had a complete kitchen, I could prepare my own drinks, and the fridge was large. The apartment has a bathtub which I put to good use It was a great place for the week! N.A.
• ROCIO (8/5): - La vista desde el balcón (el departamento se encuentra en el piso 19) y se tiene una panorámica bellísima de la espectacular Santiago. En la sala no había sofá como se mostraba en las fotos, solo un colchón que estaba inflado, obstaculizando el tránsito por esta área del depto, más teniendo en cuenta que viajé con un adulto mayor con cierta dificultad para movilizarse. La zona de la cocina necesita mantenimiento, el piso se está comenzando a desprender, y las sillas de la barra muestran cierto deterioro.

• Franco (7/5): - Depto bien equipado para personas que van de paso por la ciudad Recibo el depto con algunas luces quemadas, algunos focos a la vista sin tulipa, el piso flotante en mal estado, probablemente se les inundo el depto, esas situaciones se prestan para malos entendidos al momento de realizar el check out. El sector es bastante bullicioso, locales de baile que generan ruido hasta las 3am

• Milica (1/5): Do not book! - The location is convenient since it’s well connected and close to everything, but it’s a very lively neighborhood, so keep that in mind. This was a terrible experience. The apartment was really dirty - carpets stained, hairs everywhere, the sheets hadn’t been changed or washed since there were a lot of hairs in it. There wasn’t even proper soap - it was just a little bit of soap filled out with water. I wrote and sent pictures of the apartment immediately, but they ignored me and replied 3 days later when I had already checked out. Don’t book this apartment, it’s really disgusting!

• Patricia (2/5): Absolutamente defraudadas - La buena predisposición de la anfitriona Muchas cosas, el departamento estaba sucio al llegar, encontramos pelos humanos en las sabanas y hasta en la alacena, fue asqueroso. No había calefacción, solo un caloventor pequeño para todo el departamento. Solo tres toallas para dos personas por 9 días. El departamento es muy antiguo y no está en buenas condiciones generales, la ubicación no es del todo segura como dicen muchos, a las 10 de la noche ya nos sentimos inseguras volviendo de cenar, muchos personajes peligrosos que nos dieron miedo.

• Kaela (9/5): Gezellig appartementje - Een heel leuk appartementje met een goede ligging. Alles op wandelafstand, en een metrohalte kortbij die je overal heen brengt. Het keukentje heeft alles om zelf te koken, er is een balkonnetje waar je elke dag kan eten met uitzicht op de bergen. De douche heeft altijd warm water, en er is veel opbergruimte. De ventilatoren werden heel erg geapprecieerd tijdens de hittegolf, maar er waren ook kacheltjes aanwezig voor in de winter. Wij zouden hier zeker terugkomen! Er is veel lawaai in de nacht, aangezien het langs de uitgaansstraat is gelegen. Er zijn geen grote supermarkten in de buurt, je moet een kwartier wandelen voor een express, of een half uur de tram nemen voor een grote. De stoelen vielen wat tegen, de barkrukken voelen niet heel stevig, en de krukjes buiten doen pijn. Voor de rest alles prima!
• Helena (6/5): Departamento bien ubicado en Santiago pero con áreas de oportunidad - La ubicación es muy céntrica, cercana al Metro y hay restaurantes y comercios cercanos. El departamento tiene varias áreas en las que se puede mejorar, como el colchón que resulta incómodo, los grifos de agua que solo ofrecen agua caliente o fría sin opción de ambas, y los utensilios de la cocina que son pocos y están en mal estado. Además, los depósitos de agua de los inodoros no sellan bien, por lo que hay que asegurarse de que no se tire agua innecesariamente. No cuenta con aire acondicionado y en verano puede hacer mucho calor, lo cual puede ser incómodo. Aunque en algún momento el condominio fue muy bonito, ahora se nota que está algo descuidado; por ejemplo, la piscina y los camastros están vacíos y el espacio se ve abandonado. Por otro lado, el barrio es bastante ruidoso, con muchos bares y clubes que generan sonidos hasta altas horas de la noche. Si tienes el sueño ligero, quizás este no sea el lugar ideal para ti.

La ubicación fue esencial para mi viaje, estaba a media cuadra del evento al que tenia que asistir y varios locales de primera necesidad cercanos. Realmente volvería <3

Recepción 24 horas? - Me ha gustado la ubicación y la amplitud No me gustó que el anfitrión no me me informara debidamente, que aunque en el apartamento no había servicio de custodia, sí lo había en la portería de la urbanización. El mantenimiento del apartamento deja que desear, está muy descuidado. El ruido de música del exterior que se oye día y noche
• X (10/5): Comodidad - El departamento es muy cómodo, con todo lo necesario, pedí nos trajeran ventilador (no tiene aire acondicionado) y al momento nos trajeron uno. El complejo tiene guardia y un jardín muy cuidado con muchas plantas, aún no estaba habilitada la pileta. La ubicación es inmejorable, rodeado de lugares para comer, a la vuelta del Paseo Bellavista, a tres cuadras del cerro San Cristóbal. Super recomendado
• Arvid (8/5): Heerlijk uitzicht midden in centrum - Prachtig Uitzicht mits er geen smog is. We zaten op de Hoogste (19de) verdieping. Gelukkig was er een lift. Ik vond de locatie ook prima vlak bij een unif en midden in centrum. Goede Communicatie via de chat. Niet echt iets dat echt tegenviel.

El balcón tiene una muy linda vista del cerro y la ciudad. La ubicación nos pareció excelente, cómodo para moverse, y en la noche salir a cenar Tiene portería que le agrega seguridad Se siente un poco de ruido, está en una zona de varios bares y música, igual con las ventanas cerradas se pudo descansar perfectamente. La cerradura de la puerta si bien funcionaba perfecta da la impresión de algo floja.

• katy (8/5): Lindo y bien equipado - La vista es preciosa, esta muy bien equipada la cocina y apesar de estar al lado del patio bellavista, no tiene tanta contaminacion acustica Lo unico fome es que en el amanecer el calor es sofocante
• Vahid (9/5): - Large 2 bedroom unit. Secure building. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances. Nice fruit market in front of the building. No coffee table had to ask for a chair and a table to sit behind. No chairs, just stools. Good fans but no AC. It was loud on Friday and Saturday nights. There are tons of clubs in the area and you hear street action on weekends into the early morning hours. Depends if you are into clubbing or not.

A cama é muito confortável e o aquecedor, apesar de pequeno, funciona bem. Além disso, o apartamento é no último andar, então tivemos uma vista panorâmica belíssima da cidade e da cordilheira Único ponto negativo foram as taxas, pois a acomodação ficaria em torno de 1250 reais e o pagamento final subiu pra 1700

• Linda (8/5): Good location just with few inconveniences due to facilities - The location is convenient, close to many restaurants , subway station and grocery stores , but because it’s next to bellavista, so it can get quite noisy during weekend nights, sometimes the neighborhood also isn’t too safe at night time, daytime is okay The host is very friendly and very responsive The kitchen tap has very little water pressure for cold water which makes cooking and washing dishes inconvenient The shower head holder is also pretty loose even after the host fixed it

• Filip (6/5): Conveniently located and functional, but not properly maintained. - Very helpful concierge/reception staff in the building. The apartment was quite spacious. Washing machine was available in the common space (not great, but acceptable). The outside of the building was relatively nice. The main bed was comfortable. Reliable hot water. The apartment needs deep cleaning and proper maintenance. There are big stains on the carpet, traces of mould in the shower, a thick layer of dust at the top of cupboards. Missing door knob in the closet, bathroom doors getting stuck all the time, bare light bulbs as ceiling lights. A completely broken chest in the bedroom. Wiggly tap in the kitchen. Also, there is a busy public building just in front of the windows so there is no privacy unless you keep the curtains closed all the time; semitransparent curtains would help - this way you could have privacy and some sunlight.
• Yi-jie (8/5): Great apartment and location, but get some earplugs for the weekend - Good location- restaurants, park, and public transit nearby. Super responsive host- we had an issue with the faucet and they got it fixed within a few days (bottleneck was getting a plumber). If 2 people- hot water for the shower was very slow to refill, needed to wait 1-2 hours before the 2nd person could shower. VERY loud in the middle of the night on the weekends due to the nearby bars and clubs. We were constantly woken up at 3-4am on Friday and Saturday night (Saturday and Sunday early morning) by people playing loud boomboxes outside.
• Eimear (8/5): Great location. - The kitchen was very well equipped, it has everything we needed for a nice homely stay. The location was excellent, close to all the main attractions and bars and restaurants. They couldn’t take card payment unless it was sent through a link but we could not do that with our international bank accounts so it was a bit of an issue trying to organise payment.
