• Veljko (10/5): Beautiful apartment, top value for money. - Beautiful apartment, not in downtown, but in front of bus/train station (like 15 minutes from downtown or 25min walk). Hot water in the shower needs to wait 2-3 minutes. Maybe this was the case when we were because maybe there was not too many people in the building? But you need to be patient and wait :)
• Yvette (10/5): We would definitely stay again! - Location was great! Clean apartment everything you need if you want to cook or have coffee. Nice Nespresso machine! Need to provide more bath towels but at least there was a washer/dryer that we could use.
• natalia (10/5): - Апартаменты превзошли просто все ожидания,предусмотренно абсолютно все!Сделано все современно и со вкусом.Рядом трамваи которые идут в исторический центр,мы предпочитали ходить пешком.Рядом есть бесплатная стоянка.Очень рекомендую эти аппартаменты и этот район.вследующий приезд обязательно остановлюсь здесь
• MAR (10/5): Perfecto para visitar Roma - La verdad es que nos gustó todo, en el edificio había portero-seguridad. El apartamento con el diseño que a mí me gusta, estaba muy limpio, cómodo y el AC funciona a full, había una ola de calor tremenda y estar en el apartamento era un lujo. A nosotros nos fue muy cómoda la ubicación porque teníamos el tranvía a 3'. Pudimos hacer el check-in antes y el día de salir pudimos dejar las maletas hasta al medio día. Muy bien la verdad, para nosotros un acierto. Por poner un pero, hay lavadora pero no encontré el tendedero por ningún sitio, tampoco le pregunté. Así que no utilizamos la lavadora, pero tenerla es un plus si te hace falta.

• Stefanov (10/5): - Nous avons bien aimé l'appartement, et nous avons passé un très bon séjour. 10 minutes en tramway jusqu'au centre. Bien équipé, on se sent comme à la maison. Très propre. Nous étions accueillis par Willy, très gentil.

• Stephanie (9/5): We loved our stay there and would recommend it and use it again. - Excellent location. Very clean. Modern apartment. Very secure building. The staff met us and showed us through the apartment. They had helpful info prepared such as WiFi, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We were able to communicate with the management on WhatsApp, which was very helpful. There was little trouble getting the AC on and under our control (was controlled remotely by the staff) but we worked that out. Also the mattresses and pillows need upgrading. We mentioned that to management and they said they will look into it.

The free parking with a rental car was great and the proximity to authentic Rome restaurants was perfect for us. Everything was modern and made the stay comfortable. Nothing
• Ivan (8/5): Very good - Very nice and comfort modern apartment with the security guide at the entrance. Nice host Flavio who was waiting for us and take care. Everything was smooth and professional and we enjoyed our stay. There are few groceries near by and is easy to supply for breakfast or dinner. Location is on the border of the city center and it is 30-35 walk to tourist sights. There is not much to do in that neighborhood. But public transportation is 100m from the apartment and it is easy to reach center. It is really convenient. Very good parking in the garage but I had issue to enter due to steep entrance, even I scratched the bottom of the car, fortunately I didn't suffer damage (limousine). This is the only reason I didn't gave 9 (superb).

The appartment is very good with big terrace and it is exceptionally clean. The check in time was changeable.
