The beds were so comfortable and the view out of the living room skylight/balcony was amazing for sunrises and sunsets The hot water was a little temperamental, and the sofas weren't super comfortable, but still acceptably comfy and aesthetically pleasing for the space

• Seeley (7/5): We had a very short stay and appreciated the clean apartment with great opening skylights. - Loved the opening skylights In the larger bedroom the bedframe is extremely sharp on the edges and both of our friends (husband and wife) knocked their shins on the edge and ended up with large gashes, a bump and lots of blood so they had bandaged legs for the rest of our trip. Its quite dangerous. I'd strongly recommend that you change out the bedframe or put foam protective padding on the exposed corners. Thank you!

You can see the Kelpies from the apartment. Full kitchen. Well appointed with all needs covered, and looks fresh. Third floor, no elevator. Tough hauling luggage up narrow stairs. Some low ceilings. Dining table in a low ceiling space without window.

• Beverley (10/5): Great Penthouse - close to Kelpies - The penthouse was a great place to stay for a short period of time that we were there. All the mod cons in the property, TV's in all rooms, bedrooms and lounge area. Fab balcony looking out over Falkirk towards the football ground and also able to see the Kelpies. The stairwell was hard work, but this comes part of the fact that it was the penthouse in the building. The chairs in the lounge area were a little uncomfortable but again didn't deter our enjoyment of the place.

• Glenn (7/5): Great location . Value for money. - Great location and very modern. All appliances state of the art etc This is advertised as a 2 bathroom apartment. It only has 1 bathroom!!.
• Jamie (10/5): Very comfortable stay with lots of thoughtful luxuries. - The property facilities are of a high grade with lots of modern add ons. It’s on the main road accessible to local shops and public transport too. You quickly feel at home within the property due to all the extra comforts provided by the owner. We could easily have extended our stay longer due to feeling at home. Nothing really not to like. Instructions for the modern add ons would possibly benefit people however we had a lovely stay without them.

The apartment was clean , lovely bedding and towels. Everything you could need in a kitchen. Graham the host was very helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to stay or recommend this apartment.

• Marianne (10/5): Bright, cozy and immaculately beautiful! - Lovely penthouse, great views and location…high quality throughout. The manager, Thomas, was very helpful and responsive, especially as we left something behind 🤦🏻‍♀️ Nothing, everything was wonderful.
• Agnieszka (10/5): Modern and well equipped apartment - Top floor apartment with a beautiful view on the mountains. It is very modern and well equipped. There is underfloor heating, so it's very warm. Kitchen appliances (user manuals were provided!) include a coffee maker, dishwasher, big cooker with 3 ovens. We were a family of 5 and were comfortable. I can recommend it for colder months in particular (seems it can be a bit too hot in the summer, considering the top floor location). Nice thing: modern wall sockets with USB chargers everywhere. Excellent WiFi. Parking is free on the street and it can be packed: we couldn't park on arrival. There is free parking at the roundabout, however not sure if it's safe.

• June (10/5): Stunning property. - Absolutely stunning place, iv never been anywhere like it. Everything finished to a high spec. Underfloor and wall heating was brilliant. The view was unreal and everything linked up electronically. It had things I didn't even kno I wanted. Excellent value for money, there's not one thing I can say negatively about this stay. And balcony was the cherry on top. Would give 11 out of 10 if I could. Need to come back up and will definitely be returning. In fact will only make my apt once I know I can get this property again. Not a thing.
• Gabriel (10/5): Great quality penthouse - Everything on it was extremely good quality and taste! Very comfortable and 30 min away from Glasgow or Edinburgh. Perfect to visit Falkirk, Stirling, the Kelpies (all 10 min drive).

Easy access with combination locks on the doors(no key required). Great views and more. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area. Finding a parking space was a challenge.
