• Viel-unterwegs-2 (10/5): - Ein wunderschönes altes Haus mit landestypischer Ausstattung. Toller Blick, nette Gastgeber, sehr hilfsbereit, wenn man den Parkplatz nicht findet. Die Anfahrt durch die Gassen ist etwas abenteuerlich, aber irgendwie ging es doch gut. Achtet auf die WhatsApp Nachricht, die am Morgen vorher kommt. Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse ist fantastisch. Wir haben es sehr genossen und danken der Familie und dem Team für ihre Gastfreundschaft.
• Milja (8/5): Ainutlaatuinen kokemus - Majoituspaikka oli kaunis, uniikissa sijainnissa. Huone oli sopivan kokoinen ja siellä oli kaikki tarvittava - harmikseni kyllä käytössä oli vain yksi pieni sänky. Aamupalalla oli todella kauniit maisemat ja itse aamupala oli tyypillinen albanialainen aamiainen, tarpeeksi runsas. Majoituspaikka oli uniikissa sijainnissa: korkealla vuoristossa, lähellä linnanraunioita. Paikka oli lähellä nähtävyyksiä ja turistikohteita, vaikkakin paikalle oli todella raskasta kävellä, etenkin painavien matkatavaroiden kanssa. Majoituspaikkaan oli vaikea löytää, vaikka majoittaja laittoi yksityisviestillä saapumisohjeet. Etenkin autopaikkaa oli lähes mahdotonta löytää: alue oli todella ruuhkaantunut ja parkkipaikkoja todella niukasti. Huoneeni ovessa oli lasi-ikkuna, joka teki huoneesta todella valoisan. Tyyny oli paksu ja kova. Aamiainen syötiin ylhäällä pienellä parvekkeella. Maisemat olivat todella kauniit, mutta tila oli todella intiimi ja ehkä hieman kiusallinen, kun majoittujia oli paljon syömässä samaan aikaan parvekkeen kokoon nähden.

• Itziar (8/5): Casa tradicional molt bonica però amb un accés en cotxe molt complicat - Es un negoci familiar en una antiga casa preciosa. L’esmorzar tradicional, amb cafè turc estava força bé. L’accés es molt complicat amb el cotxe però la gent de la casa es va portar súper bé per ajudar-nos. L’accés a la casa es súper complicat amb cotxe, per uns carrers estrets i amb un paviment antic per on no passen dos cotxes. Posa que hi ha parking però en realitat es el carrer de sobre de la casa. Vem arribar histèrics i la sortida també va ser molt complicada. L’habitació no te persianes a la finestra, de manera que a les 6 del mati quasi pots prendre el sol a dins!

Wir mussten am nächsten Morgen sehr früh auschecken und haben deshalb gesagt, dass wir das Frühstück verfallen lassen. Da haben sie für uns ein Frühstück zum Mitnehmen vorbereitet. Also sehr zuvorkommend Es gab keine Ablage in der Dusche für Shampoo etc

• Brenda (8/5): Prachtig gelegen oud pand met lieve eigenaren, prima voor 2 nachten. - We hadden de kamer met Kingsize Bed en Balkon geboekt, echter is het balkon een gemeenschappelijke ruimte waar ook het ontbijt wordt geserveerd. Deze kamer was modern ingericht met comfortabele bedden. De badkamer is modern en netjes. Helaas had de waterstraal uit douche weinig kracht, dit komt waarschijnlijk door de hoogte. De accommodatie ligt op loopafstand van de bazaar en het kasteel maar het laatste stukje is vrij stijl omhoog. Al met al voor 2 nachten een heerlijke locatie. We hadden veel moeite om de accommodatie te vinden. Google Maps brengt je wel in de buurt maar er staat nergens een naambordje. Vanaf de weg is het door de begroeiing moeilijk te zien. De poort van de tuin, wat tevens de ingang is ziet er uit als een privé huis. Het heeft ons even geduurd voor we hier achter waren. Ik heb in het dorp heel veel winkeltjes gezien waar ze prachtige houten naambordjes maken, het hoeft niet luxe maar het is wel fijn als je na de steile klim omhoog met koffers de naam van je geboekte hotel ziet staan.

• Jan (10/5): - Cheap and with good views. Ask for the parking directions before arriving. If you come by car, DO NOT TRUST GOOGLE MAPS/WAZE, it will lead you to narrow and very steep streets. It's possible that your car will get damaged (we had a rental). There are decent roads to get there but Google maps but it won't likely be Google maps choice. Ask for directions to the hotel before arrival.

• Jean-Pierre (7/5): - L hôtel est une maison ottomane, a 7 minutes a pied de la citadelle, a 3 minutes du bazar. Vue très belle de la terrasse sur la citadelle et le minaret L accès en voiture n est pas simple du tout. Puis l accès a pied reste très pentu. De plus nous n avons vu aucun panneau indiquant l hotel. Et Google Maps se repère très mal.
• Laura (3/5): Ne réservez pas la chambre double qui montre une petite fenêtre. - Les hôtes sont gentils. On souhaitait allonger à 2 nuits le matin de notre arrivée, et ils nous avaient bloqué la chambre en dernière minute, mais au vu du manque de confort de la chambre on a annulé dans la soirée et l’owner a accepté. La vue du petit déjeuner est belle sur le château. La localisation est centrale, 10min à pied des monuments principaux. La chambre était propre. Ne réservez pas la chambre double qui montre une petite fenêtre. J’imagine que la plupart des chambres sont très biens ce qui explique les notes mais la nôtre ne devrait pas être louable. La porte est vitrée donc on a eu la lumière allumée de l’extérieur pendant une bonne partie de la nuit, avant qu’on aille l’éteindre pcq on n’arrivait pas à fermer l’œil. On avait l’interrupteur pour la lumière à l’extérieur de la chambre, dans le couloir, donc n’importe qui pouvait allumer et éteindre, et besoin d’éteindre dehors en pyjama. Il faisait chaud dans la chambre, la fenêtre de la taille d’une meurtrière, est accessible en se mettant debout sur le lit. Un ventilateur aurait été apprécié. Aucune vue de cette chambre (un peu déçue pcq on avait mis « vue » dans les filtres booking). On avait la box wifi de tout l’hôtel dans la chambre qui clignotait toute la nuit, à côté de notre tête. On entendait tout dans le hall jusqu’à minuit. On entendait la musique de la ville également jusqu’à tard. La salle de bain doit faire 2m2, vous devez vous doucher sur les toilettes. Il n’y a pas de bac à douche donc quand vous vous douchez l’espace est condamné. Des odeurs remontent des canalisations. Il faut allumer le chauffe eau avant et l’éteindre après utilisation. Réveillés à 6h par la lumière du soleil car il n’y a pas de rideaux occultants. Literie dure, ce n’est pas un lit double mais 2 lits simples côte à côte. L’endroit est très difficile à trouver et les instructions sont très longues et difficiles à suivre, il y avait plusieurs points Maps ce qui rendait le lieu introuvable.
• Karine (9/5): - A deux pas du centre ville historique et du château. La vue est merveilleuse depuis la terrasse où l'on nous a servi un copieux petit déjeuner. Nous avons eu du mal à trouver l'emplacement du parking car les rue indiquées par Google maps sont en fait des escaliers. Heureusement nous avons été gentiment guidés par la jeune fille de la famille en whatsapp vidéo. Nous recommandons sans hésiter. L'accès est sportif car les rues sont en pente.

Acuérdate de informar de la hora del desayuno si piensas salir pronto. Calidad precio bien, pero no repetiría. Para llegar ahí una cuesta muy empinada y los coche no pueden entrar.

La terraza tiene unas vistas preciosas . Nos alojamos en la habitación doble Deluxe y no entiendo cómo la pueden llamar así . La ducha está frente al lavabo y no hay mampara con lo cual , al ducharnos se mojaba todo el baño . Es muy difícil llegar al alojamiento . De hecho, nos tuvieron que venir a buscar .

Pokój bardzo mały, łazienka kompaktowa ,ale czysto i praktycznie. Do hotelu ciężko dotrzeć, nie da się dojechać samochodem pod samo wejście ale nie sądzę by gdziekolwiek w tym miasteczku dało się. W hotelu serwowano śniadanie. Było spóźnione i bardzo podstawowe. Niestety wszyscy ( goście hotelu) jedliśmy w pełnym słońcu co w zestawieniu z oczekiwaniem. A śniadanie było wymagające.

• Luca (7/5): Caratteristico - L'alloggio è molto bello, come la vista, anche se è molto difficile arrivarci. Le responsabili sono molto gentili, cordiali e disponibili e ci hanno aiutato a trovare il punto esatto della Guest House. Il bagno è molto spazioso e bello e la colazione tradizionale è senz'altro molto gradita. Purtroppo abbiamo trovato un periodo molto caldo e non essendoci un condizione ( e nemmeno un ventilatore ) non siamo riusciti a dormire. Lasciando le finestre aperte entrava tanto rumore ( il canto della moschea, cani, galli.. ). In generale dormire è stato faticoso. La wi-fi non è delle migliori. !!! Attenzione !!! Il guidatore deve essere molto bravo poiché le strade sono tutte in pendenza e molto strette.

El personal tb es muy amable No había aire acondicionado, hacía calor por la noche pedimos un ventilador y no tenían. Las instalaciones eran viejas pero para dormir valen. El paso al baño tenía el techo bajo (mido 1,66m) y me di varios cabezones. Tened en cuenta que el alojamiento está arriba del todo... con maletas mal. El sitio que vimos para aparcar más cercano era en el kinema

A pochi metri di distanza dalla via dei bazar e con vista spettacolare sul castello. Difficile da trovare con Google map perché le stradine della cittadina sono impervie ma grazie alle indicazioni dell’host siamo riusciti ad arrivare al parcheggio

We waanden ons even in een kasteel met het zicht vanuit de slaapkamer op het fort en de valei. We zijn heel vriendelijk ontvangen. We kwamen logeren in een heel warme periode, waardoor we een airco misten.

• Frank (10/5): Un bijou rénové dans un bâtiment classé - Se retrouver dans une maison classée, avec cependant des aménagements modernes efficaces et très bien intégrés, dans le haut du centre historique de Gjirokastër, lui-même classé au patrimoine de l'Unesco, le tout pour un prix dérisoire petit déjeuner compris, pris sur la terrasse avec vue sur le château et la vieille ville, fût vraiment une des meilleures surprises du voyage. La circulation dans le centre historique de Gjirokastër et ses dedales de ruelles étroites et pavées est tout simplement cauchemardesque, Google maps prenant un malin plaisir à vous envoyer dans le mauvais chemin. Heureusement l'hôtesse,, prévenue de notre arrivée imminente, est venue à notre rencontre et nous a montré le bon chemin, qui lui était tout à fait praticable.. le parking est à proximité du gîte, et ensuite tout se fait à pied dans le centre historique à quelques minutes de marche.

• elisabet (9/5): Un lugar de ensueño - Nos encantó pasar la noche en una antigua casa de 350 años declarada Patrimonio de la Unesco con unas increíbles vistas al Castillo. Hospedarse aquí es como viajar en el tiempo. Despertar con la luz del amanecer y el canto de los pájaros, un placer que sin duda repetiré en mi próximo viaje a Albania. La localización de la entrada. Nos costó encontrar el alojamiento, tanto que tuvieron que venir a buscarnos al pueblo. Para mi gusto la decoracion del baño es demasiado moderna. Sería genial que mantuvieran la esencia del S. XVII

The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and the house is just a short walk from the main sights and restaurants. The hosts were very kind and helpful, which made our visit even better.

I was however contacted prior and sent a description of how to drive (google maps with several points) which was super helpful. Unfortunately my map was a bit wonky, but we ended up doing a quick video call and i was actually almost there. The response time was really good. Great view over the castle from the balcony, breakfast was great to start into the day and they recommended me the best ways to explore. The rooms were well temperated too

Eenvoudige, schone kamer met horren voor de ramen. Vriendelijke ontvangst door jongeman. Wat lastig te vinden (steile smalle straatjes omhoog naar oude centrum) ondanks beschrijving van host. Er staan geen bordjes/verwijzingen naar de guesthouse. Maar handig om bij Kinema(bioscoop) te parkeren en de staat er recht tegenover omhoog te lopen en dan bocht naar rechts omhoog.

La casa è molto bella in quanto è un abitazione antica di stile ottomano, non aspettatevi il lusso ma l'originalità di vivere in un ambiente davvero vissuto. Una buonissima colazione con prodotti freschi e genuini, sia dolce che salato. La parte storica di Argirocastro è molto bella e tanto turistica. Consigliatissimo di pernottare in casa Celo2 e di visitare Argirocastro

It's the kind of place where you instantly feel relaxed. The house is located in a quiet part of town, yet very close to all the main attractions. The hospitality was sincere and made our visit even more special.
• Vlad (10/5): - We truly enjoyed our stay at House H Çela. The room was spacious, full of natural light, and had a unique charm with its wooden ceiling and large windows overlooking the castle. It felt peaceful and authentic. The location is very convenient—everything in the old town is just a short walk away. The hosts were kind and made sure we had everything we needed. A lovely experience overall!

• Greta (10/5): - We had a fantastic stay at House H Çela. The house is beautifully maintained with a traditional feel and offers one of the best views of the castle in town. It’s in a quiet area but very close to everything you might need. The hospitality was excellent, and we felt truly welcome from the moment we arrived. Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Gjirokastër.
• AGUSTIN (9/5): Vivir en una casa antigua en medio de una ciudad antigua. Solo queda disfrutarlo - Habitación rústica y con encanto en una casona de más de 300 años en el corazón de la ciudad vieja. Amplia y agradable. Dueña y personal encantadores. Terraza para desayunar con vistas al castillo increíbles. El desayuno completo y rico. Es como trasladarse a otra época. Eso tiene sus "inconvenientes" pero también muchas ventajas y esas son las que disfrutamos Hay que tener claro que es la parte vieja de Girokaster. Una zona con cuestas empinadísimas y adoquinadas. Calles que Google Maps no sabe que existen. Esto dificulta encontrar los sitios y moverse de forma cómoda. Pero es que la ciudad es así. Al ser una casa antigua de 3 plantas no hay ascensor. Una neverita en la habitación mejoraría bastante la estancia. Con todas estas "pegas"; el encanto supera todo lo demás.

• thomas (8/5): Fabulous location, good characterful apartment, lovely and clean, good breakfast - Location was perfect, very comfortable, nice host good breakfast on the verandah overlooking the castle, lovely Our fault, we didn’t notice there was no air conditioning and it was very hot. We expected the apartment to have a kettle or some means to make a cup of tea but there was only a fridge and sink.
