Mohammad javad (2/5): Beschwerde wegen falscher Angaben, verspätetem Check-in und mangelhafter Unterkunft - Die Lage dieser Villa war wunderschön und sehr gut. 1. Falsche Adresse in der Buchungsbestätigung Die in der Buchungsbestätigung angegebene Adresse war falsch und führte uns etwa 15 Kilometer vom tatsächlichen Standort der Unterkunft entfernt. Dadurch entstanden erhebliche Verzögerungen und Schwierigkeiten bei der Anreise. 2. Nicht erreichbare Telefonnummer Die in der Buchungsbestätigung angegebene Telefonnummer war trotz mehrfacher Anrufe nicht erreichbar. Eine Unterstützung während der Anreise war somit nicht möglich. 3. Massive Verzögerung bei der Kommunikation Am Tag des Check-ins wurde bereits um 16:15 Uhr über Booking.com eine Nachricht bezüglich der Schlüsselübergabe gesendet. Eine Antwort erhielten wir jedoch erst um 23:18 Uhr – also viele Stunden nach Beginn der offiziellen Check-in-Zeit. 4. Falsche Zugangscodes für die Schlüsselboxen Zusätzlich wurden uns zunächst falsche Codes für die Schlüsselboxen mitgeteilt. 5. Extrem verspäteter Check-in Aufgrund der oben genannten Probleme konnten wir die Apartments erst gegen 01:00 Uhr nachts betreten. Dies führte insbesondere mit kleinen Kindern zu erheblichem Stress und großer Erschöpfung. 6. Falsche Angaben zur Ausstattung In der Beschreibung der Unterkunft auf Booking.com wurde angegeben, dass jedes Apartment über eine Waschmaschine verfügt. Tatsächlich befanden sich jedoch keinerlei Waschmaschinen in den Apartments. Dies stellt eine klare Abweichung von den angebotenen Leistungen dar. 7. Defekte Duschen In zwei Apartments waren die Duschen mangelhaft bzw. teilweise nicht funktionsfähig: In einem Badezimmer funktionierte die Kopfbrause nicht. In einem anderen Badezimmer funktionierte die Handbrause nicht. 8. Unzureichende Heizung / sehr kalte Apartments Trotz Außentemperaturen von etwa 7°C waren die Apartments bei unserer Ankunft sehr kalt, obwohl im Voraus mitgeteilt wurde, dass wir mit kleinen Kindern reisen. 9.

Joachim (5/5): - Historisches Haus in ruhiger, strandnaher Lage. Schimmel in den Räumen, vor allem im Bad. Müll stapelt sich vor dem Haus und wird nicht abgeholt.
Ina (10/5): Urlaub mit Charme - Es war schön ruhig und idyllisch gelegen, gleichzeitig aber keine langen Fahrten nach Boltenhagen oder Wismar. Gute Ausstattung und Zimmeraufteilung.
