• Marina (1/5): Muy mala experiencia. Apartamento sucio y en mal estado - La ubicación que me venía bien, nada más Muy mala experiencia, apartamento sucio y en mal estado. Escogí el apartamento por su cercanía a unas instalaciones deportivas que iba a visitar el fin de semana. Nada más entrar en el apartamento el salón olía bastante mal. No había papel higiénico, ni bolsas de basura, ni trapos ni papel de cocina. Tampoco había sábanas en la cama, el colchón cubierto por una colcha decorativa sucia. Persiana del dormitorio rota, suelo en mal estado, taza del wc medio suelta, flexo de la ducha viejo y roto, puerta del altillo del armario roto. Además del mal estado y los desperfectos, el apartamento estaba sucio, suelo con manchas y pelos negros, la lavadora con una toalla sucia dentro, el sofá picaba de lo sucio, el bidet sin limpiar, el apartamento quedaba claro que mal ventilado, sobre todo por tener una ventana tapada con la persiana rota. Muy desagradable la verdad. Di queja a la mañana siguiente y en vez de al menos disculparse me dijeron que el huésped anterior les había destrozado la habitación, pero una cosa es un destrozo y otra tener sucio el apartamento y no haber recogido y limpiado entre clientes (había hasta una lata caliente de cerveza sobre la mesa) cero decencia y responsabilidad. Porque a limpieza y los productos básicos como el papel o las sábanas es responsabilidad del alojamiento. Lo mínimo que podrían haber hecho es disculparse, o haber avisado del estado, o haberse dignado a reembolsar parte de la estancia para buscarme otro alojamiento. Para inri, no hablan español, la persona que te entrega las llaves no tiene ni idea de que le estás diciendo y no te explican nada. Por cierto, el horario de Check-in que pone en la web entre las 16:00 y las 22:00 no es real, es hasta las 21:00h según me indicaron. Ni una cosa buena, muy decepcionada, y la peor experiencia que he tenido en un apartamento.

• Maribel Ruiz Andres (6/5): - Un apartamento con un dormitorio, estaba bien. Pero el sofá no sé pudo convertir en cama y mi hijo durmió regular. Para dos personas está bien. Para 3 no tanto.

• Marge (10/5): Average accommodation - I loved the view from the balcony and the pool. The package of cookies waiting for us was very cute. My husband especially liked it. In hot weather, the air conditioner was very comfortable and cooling. The apartment was on the first floor as we had to get all our things out of the car as the car was on the street and we had valuables in the car. the park is right next to the house and it was very nice to walk there with the dogs. I have 2 labradors. The bed were short - I am 174 cm tall and my husband is 180 cm tall. Parking is difficult when there are many cars and then you have to park the car on other streets several streets away from the house. I had to use a translator to translate into Polish. I am Estonian and I wrote in English and I also write in Spanish because it is a Spanish country. The question arises that if you live in Spain, Spanish is spoken here, not Polish. The owner could try to use translation himself if he does not know the language.
