• Wolfgang (4/5): Wer den Preis zahlt, hat mehr verdient - Die Lage ist wirklich gut. Ein ermäßigter Parkhauszugang wird angeboten – zwar trotzdem kostenpflichtig, aber immerhin. Für den aufgerufenen Preis ist dieser Aufenthalt schlicht nicht zu rechtfertigen. WiFi kaum nutzbar, Dusche konstruktionsbedingt eine Überschwemmungsanlage, fehlender Türdrücker, defekte Lampen, stark zerkratzte und abgewohnte Böden – das ist kein Apartment in dieser Preisklasse, das ist Bestandserhalt auf Minimalniveau. Besonders irritierend: An der Rezeption wurde uns aufgetragen, die Schuhe auszuziehen – dabei sind die Böden so desolat, dass diese Bitte beinahe lächerlich wirkte. Das Schlafzimmer ist knapp bemessen und zum Innenhof orientiert; der begehbare Schrank ist groß, aber mit kaum noch funktionierenden Schiebetüren. Einzig die Lage rettet das Rating. Die Architektur täuscht beim Buchen darüber hinweg, was einen erwartet. Wer den Preis zahlt, hat mehr verdient.
• Charlotte (9/5): Beautiful spacious apartment with lovely building details in a great location - Very pretty old building in a central location. Spacious flat equipped with everything you need for your stay in the city. Walking distance to all the sights and a friendly host. He gave great restaurants recommendations as well. Couple of little flaws with the bathroom furniture and the house entrance smells like cigarettes, but overall nothing major. Would definitely stay again.
• Giulia (9/5): Soggiorno eccellente nel complesso. - Casa super spaziosa con letti comodi e tutti i comfort: cucina attrezzata, cabina armadio, biancheria, ferro da stiro, tutor funzionante. Dotato di una stanza con letto matrimoniale e un divano letto abbastanza comodo. Posizione centrale vicino a negozi, locali e stazione, con sconto parcheggio auto. Check-in e check-out fuori struttura, a 5 minuti a piedi per le chiavi.

• Mario (6/5): Posizione stupenda, appartamento bello, per 3 giorni avrei dovuto attrezzarmi probabilmente meglio per avere maggior cal - La struttura ha un soggiorno molto bello e rilassante e una camera con affaccio su cortile interno piccolo che è molto silenziosa e quindi perfetta al riposo L’acqua esce dalla zona doccia e bagna il pavimento e tappetino. Assenza totale di kit da cucina per cui impossibile lavare bene e pensare di cucinare. Soluzione, si mangia sempre fuori. Seppur impostato termostato, non era molto caldo dentro e la doccia non era caldissima. Consiglio un controllo sulla produzione ACS della caldaia. Serratura porta difettosa, difficile chiudere andando via.

• Sam (10/5): We had 4 nights in Bolzano and loved every minute of our stay. - Beautiful apartment in a great location in the Old Bolzano. We were lucky enough to arrive at the start of the biannual Bolzano Town Festival which was very well organized with multiple bands playing and countless food stalls and restaurants which all added to what was a memorable stay and I also want to make a special mention and public thank you to our host Alexander who went above and beyond to help us make the most of our time in Bolzano. We couldn't fault our stay,

• Yarema (7/5): In general it was a great place to stay and we enjoyed our time in Bolzano. - It was spacious and clean with a modern kitchen and the location was ideal. It has all the attributes of a great place to stay but lacked some finishing touches. With a little finesse this place could be special. Alex , the property manager was very responsive and a likeable friendly host.

• Jeanne (9/5): Great location and spacious - The location was perfect, and the elevator was excellent. It was very spacious. The kitchen really lacked things that were necessary to be able to cook. A basic spatula is not there. There was only two water glasses. There was wine glasses, and other glasses. Also, it bothered me that they didn’t have basic salt and pepper and oil. It’s very frustrating to come in for a short time and not have those simple supplies when you pay such a high price. It was also inconvenient to go to the office and pick up the keys and then have to leave to drop the keys at the office. One would think for the price that we paid they would have someone greet you at the Apartment, show you the place how things work And come by and pick up the keys for you instead of us hauling our luggage over to the office and then back.

Did not receive that message before arriving so time spent on phone with Booking.com customer service. Left husband & luggage walked to other site, checked in, walked back with key. Would be difficult to do with luggage.

• Salim (9/5): A great apartment in the center of beautiful Bolzano - Perfect location, large apartment, perfectly equipped, extremely clean, nicely furnished with design furniture. The mist is the location: you will be literally at the center of the city in walking distance to the main attractions. Directions were very clear and the apartment manager was responsive. You will need to get your keys and drop them in a different. Not too far but one would at least expect a self checking process if the host is unable to be there at check in. The apartment being at the center of everything, it may be loud for those sleeping in the living room. However, this comes with the territory and it did not bother us more than that.
• María (9/5): Nice town, amazing apartment. - Really beautiful, spacious apartment with everyting you may need and more... 😊 Impeccable furniture and decoration, and very clean. The instructions about the car park and key collection spot (which later discovered were only a few steps away from each other if you through a tunnel from the car park to the Luna hotel) were a bit confusing. Also, we sent 3 messages to the property to ask about the ZTL in Bolzano on the previous days, but we got no answers. The staff at the key collection spot, however, were really kind and helpful.
