Backblech voller Krümel vermutlich noch vom Vormieter, Spinngewebe an mehreren Stellen in der Wohnung, Staub hinter den Nachtschränken, Beleuchtung im Wohnraum sowie draußen vor der Wohnung unzureichend, Fenster teilweise dreckig, Seifenablage schmierig.
