Ovidiu (10/5): Perfect choice - Excellent property. Much bigger and more spacious than in the pictures. Spotlessly clean, well-styled modern interior and has everything you could possibly need. Very comfortable beds. Friendly staff. On the street is the "SPAR" store. The location is great! In 15 minutes you can reach the center of Cagliari. You can only park in free public places, but you have to be lucky to get one. It is very hard to find it. A thicker comforter/blanket would help
Ledia (10/5): Exceptional - The flat is very central, within walking distances to many places. We rented a car and barely used it since everything was so nearby. We had to pay a fee in cash (no receipt provided) upon arrival since we had a late check‐in. It wasn't as much the issue with the extra fee, as it was that we were not made aware of it beforehand. At no point in time, we were told or read that late check-in carry a 10% extra fee. The policy of the place is non-refundable, and thus it was either we pay eur 50 in cash on arrival or lose our fee for the place altogether. Very very disappointed.
Nimisha (9/5): Great accommodation, good location & very comfy beds. - Great location No WiFi, but that was due to telecoms access in the area. Beyond the owners control.

Felix (9/5): Superb - Top Apartment, super friendly staff. Very Clean No own free parking spot as advertised. You can only park on public free parking spots - you have to be lucky to get one. No duvet cover in the apartment available.

Jakub (10/5): Great holidays - Apartament was great. Very big, the best location, the very center of the city. Great communication with the owner. Shop and cafe houses nearby. We are very pleased.
