• Nichola (6/5): Lovely place highly recommend for a couple. Had all we needed - It was so local to everything. The apartment was very nice had everything we needed. Would defo come back and recommend l. Only downside was there was no swimming pool as there was maintenance work going on so quite noisy. Luckily the weather didn’t permit but if it had we wasn’t made aware of the works being carried out.

• Nancy (7/5): Apt nice, building noisy with construction dust and debris. - Clean, modern bedsit conveniently located to grocery store and bus. Building under noisy construction. No heated pool as advertised. No comfortable area to sit outside. Sun on balcony only in late afternoon.

Comfortable accommodation, sea view, excell - Lovely and updated apartment, the best and very courteous accommodating host I have encountered , high standard cleaning service offered upon request. Comfortable bed, balcony with sea view, excellent location in center and surrounded by restaurants, grocery stores and less than 10 minutes walk to the beach and park. I had only positive experience.

• Ben (10/5): Modern, Clean and outstanding property - From the offset, the host was super helpful. I frequently visit Benalmadena and Puerto Marina so this property was a blessing. I phoned Gema, who helped me through every question I had. The check in was smooth - we were allowed to check in earlier as the apartment was empty the previous night. The apartment block is quiet, very clean and in a brilliant area away from the typical loud holiday makers. The place was super clean, with a great bed, bathroom and other facilities such as a nespresso machine and a washing machine. There was also a lovely pool open to guests (you will have to pay 4€/per day for a sunbed - although this is common in this residential area of benalmadena). This was clean, and also offered a bar/cafe poolside. People have mentioned the lifts are slow - but I found no faults with them. To sum this up, I highly recommend this property. Thank you so much Gema, I will be returning in the future. I found no faults, although it would be brilliant if there was a microwave and maybe some more of the lovely coffee pods!

La piscine chauffée, dommage qu’elles n’étaient pas toutes ouvertes. La gentillesse de notre hôte Un petit lave vaisselle serait le bienvenue. Et parfois le bruit venant du couloir qd les gens ne respectent pas les règles

• Danitsha (7/5): Cozy studio voor een rustige vakantie in Benalmadena - Heerlijk groot zwembad. De kamer is nieuw ingericht en schoon. Er is een smart-tv aanwezig met Netflix en Prime. Fijn klein balkon met uitzicht op de zee. Erg gehorig. Een parkeerplek vinden was elke dag lastig. Er was geen rek om je badhanddoek aan op te hangen, geen spiegel buiten de badkamer (dus geen staande/passpiegel). Ik heb tijdens het verblijf via de berichtenbox in de Booking.com app gevraagd om extra badtextiel. Hier hebben geen reactie op gekregen. We hadden in totaal 1 badmatje (dweil), 2 badhanddoeken en 2 kleinere handdoeken (waarvan we 1 gebruikte als handdoek voor in de badkamer) voor 6 dagen. Bij het zwembad was er ook geen mogelijkheid om een strandlaken te huren oid. We hebben verder zelf maar schoonmaakdoekjes en een theedoek gekocht om het aanrecht te kunnen drogen/schoonmaken. Een aantal stuks van het servies was niet schoon, ook de plastic snijplanken roken sterk naar eten (dus hebben we niet gebruikt).
• Estela (8/5): El despertar el niñ@ interior disfrutando de los toboganes - El coqueto apartamento reformado, conexión Internet, Netflix, Amazon tv, su piscina con toboganes para disfrute de mayores y pequeños. Cuando llegamos nos sorprendió el detalle de Gemma de dejar unas galletas, bolsa de patatas fritas, unos pequeños botes de aceite, minidosis de mantequilla, y 3 cápsulas de café, servilletas, incluso una pastilla de lavadora. Desde su balcón el disfrutar del desayuno leyendo un libro con vistas a la piscina y el mar al fondo y también vistas a la montaña due genial. La cercanía del supermercado. Su proximidad tanto de la estación de cercanías, del centro Arroyó de la Miel, como de la costa. Y buenas comunicaciones sea por tren, autobús urbano o paradas e taxi para escaparse a Benalmadena pueblo, Fuengirola, Torremolinos.... Mejorar los utensilios de cocina, renovar la sartén que se pegaba todo. Y poner alguna otra cazuela o sartén. Estaba en obras la calle, y los ruidos de la obra eran el despertador, pero ya parece que queda poco.

• JLTF68 (9/5): Estupendo apartamento - Todo en general, la limpieza, las vistas, la piscina, todo nuevo. La atención en recepción y el sitio donde dejar la maleta.
• Marta (8/5): - Lo que más me gustó fue la piscina y el estudio estaba muy bien, muy limpio y ordenado, Gema muy simpática y tuvo unos detallitos que nos encantó. Mis hijos y yo hemos disfrutado muchísimo y hemos estado muy cómodos. Repetiría experiencia y lo recomiendo. Lo único que veo es que más que un servicio de aparthotel es un apartamento solo que con conserje. Me hubiera gustado que hubiera estado algo más cerca de la playa, y que en sus instalaciones tuviese GYM, pero la piscina lo ha compensado porque es espectacular y lo agradable que fue Gema (la anfitriona) también lo ha compensado.

• KamilaOliva (8/5): - O apartamento em si tem tudo o que precisa para uma estadia. Pequeno, mas bem estruturado e equipado. As piscinas são uma grande valia! Quando eu procurei a hospedagem, coloquei no filtro ESTACIONAMENTO. Porém, a verdade é que o prédio não tem estacionamento. Trata-se de uma área pública, pequena na frente do prédio, a qual encontra-se em obras (o barulho das maquinas começam 8h da manhã) e foi um transtorno para estacionar. O que me impediu de sair para outros lugares e conhecer cidades ao redor, por conta do problema que seria estacionar na volta. E por pouco nosso carro não foi atingido por uma árvore. Portanto, quem procura tranquilidade para estacionar, esse não é o lugar.

• Jackie (9/5): Great apartment - Modern and well equipped, well looked after common areas My only critisism of the apartment was there was no full length mirror, as a woman i really missed this. It would have been helpful to know that the whole around and near the apartments are undergoing major construction. This wasnt a biggy for me however may affect those with mobility issues
• Oxana (10/5): Very good. - Location, very close to the sea, sea view, new bathroom, the studio had everything you need, perfect for a couple and can sleep 2 people very comfortably, quiet at night, very big swimming pool with waterfalls, enough amenities, nice hall in the block, several supermarkets ver close to the building. Street works around the building which begin not early but it is a temporary inconvenience. The window in kitchen allows light from the corridor at night. I would make it dark.

• Maximilian (8/5): Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis - Very clean and exactly as shown on the pictures. Laundry machine and coffee maker in the room was brilliant! The lifts feel a little old and take a long time to get to the floor. I've only ever seen one employee, felt a little 'ghost town vibe'. On weekends it can be a little noisy outside but it's just fine when the balcony door is closed.

There is work going on in the property that we did not know about Wakened every morning at 8am from work that is being done on inserting a new life Also digger work outside going on too making for such bad sleeps- guests should definitely be informed of this beforehand

• Heidi (8/5): Stay at Benalmadena - We had a great experience! The room was very clean & comfortable vibe as was the appartment building in general with all the services. Hosting was fantastic-very warm&friendly + we got a lot of info during our stay. Also loved the location, everything you need quite in a walking distance. Definately recommend! The room didn't have a microwave but we managed very good with the owen.
