- Magdalena (4/5): - Room was spacious and clean . The host was really rude . We arrived later around 22 but we texted and that can happen. . When u asked if we are in a right place she replied with a anger u are awfully late .. showed us a room like we would be kids coming back home too late . I was running b&b and ppl were arriving at 2 am in the morning that was never an issue. We paid 140 euro for 1 night and never will be back to this place. Very unwelcoming lady running it . Please change your attitude coz ppl are paying big money to stay for 1 night and we are adults so dont treat us like kids . Would not recommend just because of the host and her attitude towards her guests .
- U (10/5): Fantastic Bnb in Castlebar - I liked everything about this place. So very clean and comfortable and decor in house is very impressive. The host was so very hospitable and exceptionally nice lady who made us feel so very welcome. Very homely place. Tea & Coffee facilities available. Would recommend this place to anybody as could not recommend it highly enough. There was nothing to dislike about this place.

- Sarina (10/5): Perfect place for a lovely stay. 🥰 - Margaret is a wonderful host - nothing was too much trouble and she was good enough to drop us off in Castlebar for our concert. We hadn’t booked breakfast but we’re offered it- no charge! The WiFi was absolutely free and worked well which was helpful. Abundance of tea and coffee with lovely biscuits were provided. Nothing - We would have loved to have stayed longer 🙂- we loved the area, peaceful and easy to walk to the station if you didn’t want to take the car. The parking was fabulous- on site and lots of space.
- Mary (10/5): We had a lovely weekend at rocklands guesthouse - It was very clean and comfortable. Margaret the owner made us feel very welcome. It was bit far for us to get into town, as we don’t drive we had to get taxis back and forth.

- David (9/5): Superb - . .
- Monika (9/5): Margaret is an exceptional host, makes nice breakfasts and is very helpful. - We came by train to Castlebar. Rocklands Guesthouse is about 30 minutes walk from the station along quite busy road with no sidewalks mostly. Better take a taxi. There are two comfortable beds, hairdryer, TV and huge bathroom. House is very warm and you'll feel like home there. Hot beverages available. Contraption heating water in a shower is quite loud, so better don't take night showers.
