In realtà non è qualcosa che non ci è piaciuto, più un consiglio.. e non so se anche negli altri appartamenti sia così, ma sarebbe stato più comodo se ci fosse stato il phon..

• Alexander (1/5): Ein Reinfall - Es gab leider nur zwei gute Sachen an dieser Unterkunft. Die eine war die Untergrund Garage, wo wir unser Auto kostenfrei abstellen konnten und der Mann, der sich um den Gebäudekomplex gekümmert hat, Guliano, so wie wir verstanden haben, ist das nicht der Besitzer. Er hat sich mit uns per WhatsApp in Kontakt gesetzt, hat uns Essensmöglichkeiten empfohlen, und hat uns alles sehr gut erklärt in der Unterkunft. Sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Der erste Eindruck war nicht sonderlich gut, da die Fußmatten überall verstreut waren. Das hinterlässt keinen guten ersten Eindruck. Die Ausstattung in der Unterkunft war okay, aber das nützt alles nichts wenn es nicht sauber ist. Der Boden war nicht sauber, die Gardinen sind ausgefranzt und dreckig, die Wände haben fettabdrücke, die Badezimmer Tür hat ein schlecht zugespachteltes Loch, und das schlimmste war, dass es in der Dusche Insekten gab, und zwar nicht wenige. Wenn wir einen Schwamm und Spülmittel von denen nutzen wollten, kostet dies 3€, was ich so aus anderen Unterkünften nicht kenne. Sehr schade, dass man dieses Potenzial dieser Unterkunft so verschwendet. Die Garage dient auch als Sperrmüll Ablage, was auch nicht sonderlich schön anzusehen ist, wenn man auf alte dreckige Matratzen schauen muss.

• Mauro (9/5): Ottimo soggiorno - L'appartamento è spazioso e luminoso. Comoda la disponibilità del parcheggio sotterraneo, del climatizzatore e dell'ascensore. Gentile il proprietario che ci ha accolti e ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni necessarie. Buono il rapporto qualità - prezzo E' andato tutto bene. A voler trovare qualche difetto, si potrebbe dire che i sanitari del bagno sono un po' datati, però il tutto è risultato pulito e funzionante, quindi confermiamo la nostra piena soddisfazione

• Martin (9/5): Tolle Unterkunft in günstiger Lage für die Durchreise. - Sehr günstig gelegene schöne Unterkunft. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit, nett und unkompliziert. Auf unsere Anfrage hat er uns einen guten Restauranttipp gegeben. Sehr gut ist auch die abgeschlossene Tiefgarage.

• Gerardo (4/5): Buona posizione, ma l' appartamento dovrebbe essere un po' più curato. - Ben posizionata per muoversi tra Milano, Como e Varese e Bergamo. Zona tranquilla e ben servita. La pulizia dell' immobile era al limite della decenza, i mobili della cucina non erano molto puliti e di cattivo odore. Mancavano accessori base per la pulizia, secchio, scopa e straccio, in cucina non c'era un rotolo di carta, ne la busta per la spazzatura. L' appartamento era vissuto e trascurato.

• Anna (9/5): - Siamo tornati di nuovo per una notte. Già la prima volta ci eravamo trovati molto bene, anche se (essendo noi freddolosi e poiché pioveva) avevamo avuto freddino di notte. Lo staff si è ricordato di noi ed è stato super gentile per venirci incontro: ci hanno lasciato una coperta aggiuntiva e l'aria condizionata spenta al nostro arrivo. Confermiamo l'ottima posizione, incredibile rapporto qualità prezzo, flessibilità e autonomia in checkin e parcheggio coperto gratuito. Se avremo bisogno di nuovo in zona, sappiamo dove andare!

• Marcelo (10/5): Cosy and friendly - Giuliano was very helpful and went above and beyond to help us to get from Milano Bergamo Airport to Gerenzano. He recommended buses and trains with the exact times and picked us up from the train station. The best host I’ve ever met.
• Veronika (7/5): Good - Good for short stay when travelling. The owner showed us everything and was very helpful.
• Milica (10/5): Exceptional - I liked the apartment, the view and the balcony. The host showed us excellent hospitality. We arrived late, so he waited for us at the train station. He was also very helpful during the stay about all the information we needed. We are very satisfied and highly recommend Gerenzano apartments.

• Shamsul (4/5): Bad note worth for the money. - The location was good. The heater was really noisy. The neighborhood was really noisy we couldn’t sleep at all. The Wi-Fi was not working even we asked them he said it’s like this. The most bad thing was the dishes was full of mold I called him to ask for replacement he said probably the previous guest didn’t wash properly this is not gonna be valid excuse.
• Thilakarathne (7/5): Stay in Gerenzano - The host was extremely helpful and friendly. Helped us with information whenever we wanted. The room was clean and the stay was safe. There were facilities closer to the apartment. Good space to store your stuff. The WiFi was not comnecting most of the time. Had to change to mobile data. The double bed was made by joining two single beds, it was uncomfortable. It was mentioned that the linen gets changed after 4 days. However, they were not changed though we stayed for 5 days. The toilet had a leak from the tank to the commod. Water flow was constant.

• Trushant (8/5): Highly recommended. Safe and clean. - The receptionist is a very warm person, along with helpful nature. Also the fact that since you stayed there for long made the stay very comfortable with welcoming you with water. Rare case in europe. Just the walk to get back to city to reach and be able to explore.
• Anneza (8/5): Very good - Giuliano was very kind, excellent host! He was very kind when we unfortunately had to check in later. The apartment was very close to highway and to places for breakfast and Tigros. Was value for money for one night stop to continue our road trip.

• Kristina (8/5): Very good - Everything was great, since I was one of the first guests, there was not a lot of items in the appartment kitchen, i.e. a sponge for doing the dishes but I was informed about this before so it was fully ok. All in all very good offer and I very much recommend!
