- Cornelia (9/5): Würde ich immer weiter empfehlen. - Gute ruhige Lage. Die Bahn hat auch bei geöffnetem Fenster nicht gestört. Für zwei Personen mit Hund super. Die Ruhe vom Gewerbegebiet war sehr schön und der Hund hatte viel Spaß hinter den Obstfeldern.

Für die Küche musste alles mitgebracht werden: Öl, Essig, Zucker, Kaffee - das sollte standardmäßig vorhanden sein
Es sollten während der Anmietung keine Online-Mietrundgänge gemacht werden, das war sehr störend für uns
- Beate (9/5): - Das Appartment im umgebauten historischen Bahnhof ist wirklich außergewöhnlich! Unsere Gastgeberinnen haben uns bei Rückfragen gut betreut. Schön war auch, dass hinter dem Haus tatsächlich noch Regionalzüge halten, die eine direkte Verbindung zur Friedrichshafener Innenstadt sowie in die Region ermöglichen. Hieraus ergab sich kein störender Lärm, die Züge sind leise wie ein Bus. Die Ausstattung ist insgesamt sehr gut! Als Anregung: eine Teekanne wäre gut.

- Matthew (7/5): Cute House With Amenities at Train Station - Really cool location right at the train station, but well insulated so noise was minimal. Fully apportioned kitchen, very comfortable beds. Board games and bikes and things for the kids. Large bathroom. Apple orchards within a few hundred meters. About 15 min drive from the lake. Had an issue with the stove and owner came right over to resolve it. I think the check-in/out times of 4pm and 11am are onerous, especially when the guest is encouraged to essentially clean the property prior to departing (which is reasonable but should result in a later check out time).
Also, I don't know if it was because we left some windows open but there were a bunch of flies in the house to the point that they disrupted my sleep on the first night. The second evening I killed a bunch and then everything was fine. Finally, the registration process could have been smoother. After paying through Booking.com I was required to register on-line for some tourist tax and then deposit the tax to an IBAN account. At best an annoyance at worst impossible for someone without a IBAN. But host was very generous and allowed me to leave cash.
