L'équipement et l'appartement sont rudimentaires, suffisants pour une nuit
• Danilo (6/5): For the money and two nights it was worth it. - The host met us and showed us the apartment. The location is perfect for exploring the surrounding areas, close to the center of Bari and other famous cities. From the terrace we had a view of the sea, which is across the street. Ob prihodu so še čistili apartma in zgleda kot da dolgo ni bil nobeden notri, ni bilo ravno čisto. Za kratek rok in samo za prespat je bilo vredu, kuhinja je bolj skromna z dvema enojnima ploščama za kuhat.
• Hanji (9/5): - Ubytování s výhledem na moře, pěkná terasa, parkování je v uzavřené zahradě. Apartmán byl čistý. Pro šest lidí byl apartmán dost těsný, všichni spí v jedné ložnici. Pohovka v kuchyni je nevyhovující. Pokud si chtějí hosté sami vařit, měli by počítat s nízkým výkonem vařiče.

• Monika (5/5): Zmarnowany potencjał - Właściciele bardzo mili i pomocni. Lokalizacja świetna. Zaraz obok przystanek autobusowy. Widok na morze z tarasu. W pokojach jest klimatyzacja, można było się dogrzać. Na szczęście głównie tylko tam spaliśmy więc pięć dni daliśmy radę ale więcej nie wrócimy. Szkoda bo mieszkanie ma ogromny potencjał. W mieszkaniu jest po prostu brudno i jest zaniedbane. Wystarczyłoby porządnie wysprzątać, wymyć mikrofalę i dać nowe małe sprzęty jak czajnik czy kawiarkę. Z obecnych nie dało się korzystać. Ręczniki były nieświeże, tak samo dywanik w łazience. Nie jest to nowy apartament i braliśmy to pod uwagę, ale nie spodziewaliśmy się zgnitych szmat do naczyń. Na śniadania w pierwszym dniu po prostu dostaliśmy zapas jogurtów, mleka i paczkowanych crossaintów. Jakości raczej najniższej. Dodatkowo na minus pobrali od nas podatek w gotówce pierwszego dnia co nie było nigdzie zaznaczone na booking.

• Paulien (8/5): Rustig en toch dicht bij Bari - Kamer met mooi uitzicht pal aan zee. Groot terras. Bus naar Bari stopt voor de deur. Rustige omgeving. Zwemmen was niet echt mogelijk voor het huis (veel rotsen).

• Beat (5/5): - Die Lage ist super. Das Bett war nahe am Zusammenbrechen. Das Bad roch nach Zigarettenrauch. Die Frottéwäsche hatte einen unangenehmen Geruch. Die Küche war schmuddelig und in einem desolaten Zustand. Die Wände sind ringhörig. Die Dusche ist extrem klein.Alles wirkte ungepflegt, die Wände haben Löcher. Preis/Leistung in keinem Verhältnis.
• Sabin (1/5): very bad experience, dirty sheets, only 1 room, without flush water on the toilet, host denying all - Vederea de pe balcon este frumoasa. Apa de la toaleta nu functiona decat de 2ori consecutiv, apoi erai nevoit fie sa astepti 1ora sau sa torni apa manual cu o oala, ceea ce am si facut. Pentru 5 persoane, a fost foarte greu. Cearceafuri si fete de perna neschimbate, pline de pete si par. Pe site apartamentul arata ca ar avea 2 camere, din cauza ca sunt 2 fotografii cu paturi diferite. Vedeti fotografiile. In realitate este un apartament cu o camera, un pat dublu, un pat suprapus si un pat simplu, toate in aceiasi camera. Gazda desi stia ca sunt probleme cu apa de la toaleta, n-a zis nimic, insistand ca merge. Scorul este dat pentru atitudinea gazdelor, practic de a insela clientii. Merge si asa, adica aratam ca sunt 2 camere cu paturi duble, dar in final este doar una, apa de la toaleta merge, dar de fapt nu, si unele paturi neschimbate. Pentru Gazda: Daca avem 2 camere ca in fotografii si descrierea apartamentului, daca paturile toate aveau lenjeriile schimbate si apa la toaleta functiona, scorul probabil era 9-10. Host pretending on site that are 2 rooms(from the pictures). I have rented the apartment because from description and pictures it had 2 different rooms with double bed. Bed linens dirty(unchanged), having hair on(see the pictures). Water from toilet not working. You can flush the toilet only 2 times. Renting 1 bedroom apartment for 5 people having toilet flush working only 2 times in a row is a challenge! After flushing 2 times you have to either wait 1h or manually put water in the toilet with a pot, which we did(see pictures). Very bad was the attitude of the host when I told her that flush from toilet is not working, she started to yellow and tell me that is working. During this conversation I was in the toilet pressing the button to flush the toilet and see that is not working. For the Host: If we had 2 rooms like in the photos and the apartment description, if all the beds had changed linens and the toilet water was working, the score would probably be 9-10.

• Iris (8/5): Comfortable - Zeer leuke uitzicht op de zee. Iemand ontmoet je op locatie en geef je de sleutels na een aangename rondleiding. Makkelijk check out proces. De keuken was vrij basic. Het kostte enige tijd om warm water te maken voor thee, en het elektrische fornuis schakelde voortdurend aan en uit bij een bepaalde temperatuur, waardoor het koken veel tijd in beslag nam.

Il proprietario ci ha accolti in modo eccezionale con educazione e gentilezza, l'appartamento fronte mare, con una veduta meravigliosa, ha un arredamento essenziale ma estremamente funzionale, carino, colorato, abbellito da quadretti alle pareti che raccontano le bellezze della Terra di Bari. Pulizia ottima, sia lo stabile che l'appartamento erano super profumati. Un luogo Ideale come punto strategico per visitare il capoluogo pugliese e le meraviglie dei dintorni. Nulla, è stato praticamente tutto perfetto!

Bellissimo il balcone/terrazza che si affaccia sul mare. Molto curato nei particolari. l' host è stato molto preciso nell' indicarci i posti da visitare. Comodissimo il parcheggio interno.

Peccato vi fosse solo una camera unica con 5 posti letto…

• Luisa (7/5): - Terrazza enorme spettacolare con affaccio diretto sul mare. Gli host sono stati carinissimi ad attenderci fino a mezzanotte inoltrata ma poi si sono persi in una piccolezza...inoltre l'appartamento ampio e luminoso avrebbe bisogno di un pochino di manutenzione in più.

• Luongo (9/5): - La posizione è magnifica. Tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo con una vista emozionante. Di fronte ad un mare meraviglioso e con alcuni servizi a portata di mano. Casa molto accogliente. Terrazze su cui abbiamo fatto colazione stupende. Silenzio di notte per un riposo tranquillo. Sufficientemente pulito, ordinato e igienizzato. Padroni di casa Super accoglienti, simpatici e disponibili (anche se non abbiamo avuto bisogno di nulla. Giusto per renderlo perfetto un piccolo appunto. Il telecomando del cancello si inceppava spesso. Una mattina abbiamo atteso piu di 10 minuti prima che si aprisse. Ma cose piccolissime in confronto a tutto il resto delle cose belle.

• Amber (10/5): Paradise - The hosts, Massimo and Filomena were wonderful and helped us a lot. The house was in a great location with a beautiful view of the sea. There is a bus stop right outside the house which was convenient. The apartment was very comfortable and relaxing. Great beds, AC, etc
• Joanna (10/5): Excellent beachfront spot 15 min from downtown Bari - The property was very clean and exactly where we wanted it to be, a short drive right outside of downtown Bari. The private parking was great for us. Massimo and Filomena were so responsive and helpful getting us into the apartment easily and with clear directions. Apt has everything you need to make meals or bring in food. AC works really well. The area has some lovely restaurant options and good cafes for breakfast. Would return anytime and hope to one day

• Peter (8/5): Good - Satisfactory Virtually impossible to find. No signage as to which was the property. Thanks to a very friendly local we found it. The area in the street was pretty filthy with lots of litter and millions of cigarette buts thrown on the ground.
