Mosman town centre was close The stairs!!!! Internal and external!!! The fact that it was on a very busy 3 lane street with difficult vehicle access, landscaping out back was not cared for, cleanliness was debatable, sandbags at back sliders???
The top deck had great views but i wouldn’t sit out there as needed a good water blast… very dirty including the furniture

- Gajan (10/5): Fantastic place with amazing views and spaces inside. The kid's room was a hit too! - Amazingly decorated house with spectacular views inside and out. 2 on site parking in the garage, but any other vehicles (which is likely given the ability to host quite a number) are best to park on upper spit Rd.
There was a slight issue with the shower drains being a touch slow and pooling water but neither of these things detracted from the stay!

- Zhan (8/5): Very good - The house was very clean and nicely decorated. Aircon could be better, it was very hot during the day.
Location could be difficult to acces since it is on a main road.
- Peter (7/5): A luxuriously appointed and decorated place sadly let down by some basic necessities. - Lots of quite luxurious features and interior decoration! Owners obviously put a lot of thought into the decor. Location in Mosman very close to the wedding reception we were attending. The view of the water and outside furniture to enjoy the view was awesome. It was great to have air-conditioning. There was also a garment steamer which came in VERY handy. Linen was not provided for all of the beds (eg. single bed and slide out in study). There were also no bathmats, hand towels, tea towels or dishwasher detergent provided. No bathmats were a big issue as the showers had large wet areas. There was a type of rubber-backed mat in two bathrooms that ironically became dangerously slippery when the floor was wet! The dishes all needed to be washed as they were all quite greasy, but that was difficult for the previous occupants because there were no tea towels to do it by hand or dishwasher detergent to use the dishwasher. Entering and exiting the garage was quite scary on the busy three lane road. Thankfully there's a remote camera to help and there's traffic lights that leave big gaps in the traffic - just be patient! There is NO other street parking if you wanted other guests to visit. It's a shame there isn't a toilet in the main ensuite. The kitchen was poorly equipped with minimal cooking utensils, only one medium frying pan and one medium pot in a house catering for up to 10 people. Providing some of the basics listed above would make this property a 9!

There's nothing to improve other than the navigation being a bit confusing at first.
