• mick (9/5): A lovely relaxing holiday in a delightful apartment with helpful hosts. - We had a wonderful welcome from the host’s mother who showed us around this delightful first floor apartment. The balcony is a superb addition and was fully utilised for breakfast in particular and other meals during the day. The apartment is perfectly placed for all the bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops and sightseeing in the old town and beyond. The hosts were very accommodating throughout our stay which enhanced our holiday in Zadar. We didn't find anything we disliked.

• Яценко (7/5): - Чудове місце розташування, в самому серці старого міста Немає шафи для речей ( вона є, але дуууже маленька для 4-х осіб), дуже слабкий натиск води в крані ( складно вимити волосся під таким натиском), немає де сушити речі ( відпочинок пляжний, а сушити рушники, купальники 4-х осіб немає де), немає пательні ( для нас це було важливо для приготування сніданку), немає балкону ( як було обіцяно в оголошенні)

• Larisa (8/5): Very good - The location is super central and close to beach, the riva and many restaurants. It is easy to get into and the hosts were very accomodating. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you One small downside is that there is a bar right under the window and specifically on friday nights they play very loud music but other then this night, it was completely fine :)

Once we laid all our suitcases out on the floor it was a tight squeeze but we didn’t need anything bigger to sleep in and rest! It was great!
• Faye (7/5): Central location but too loud to sleep - Central location. Owner and Mum were very helpful and friendly. Place was clean and tidy. Although the stay was fine. It wasn’t great value for money and I wouldn’t stay again. Extremely loud until early hours of the morning so unable to sleep and uncomfortable bed. If the price reflected this basic accommodation I would rate it higher. Pictures can be misleading as they have multiple apartments.

• Veronika (9/5): Superb - Apartment in Zadar exceeded our expectations with its superb location in the city center, providing easy access to attractions. The hosts were very kind and accommodating, offering useful tips for restaurants and outings. well-equipped apartment provided us with a comfortable and homely environment. Our experience was highly positive, and we would gladly return here. The only downside was the music from the neighboring bar, which bothered us a bit at night, but otherwise everything was great.
• Emily (8/5): Excellent experience for a short stay. Nice comfortable space to come home to after a busy day out sight seeing. - The property was in great location next to a lovely vibrant square. Very clean and comfortable. Perfect place to stay for a couple. Private and air conditioning was a must and amazing! Sime the owners mum met us with the keys and showed us around the apartment and helped me in locating the best ice cream shop in Zadar. The only slight draw back for us as a couple is that we’re early to sleep and the street outside was quite noisy which you can hear some of the time in the apartment.
• Cjagustin (9/5): Comfortable little apartment. - The apartment I stayed at (studio for 2 people) was the perfect size for a couple or one person. It had everything you may need during your stay and when it's really hot outside, the AC is a great plus. The communication with Šime was great, super responsive. His mom waited for me for the check-in and she was very welcoming, kind and helpful. If I have to be picky, there's a bar a couple doors away that will play music up until midnight or so, it's not loud, but if you have a light sleep and go to sleep early, I'd think it twice.

The old house is very charming and clean. The owner is extremely friendly and always available if you have any questions.
• Adam (8/5): Lovely apartment in a fantastic location. - Fantastic location and great host. Mum showed us around 😃 and they allowed a late checkout at no extra charge 👍🏻 Confusing when we arrived as it’s behind a rickety old door and down an alleyway!!
• Arthur (4/5): I appreciate the stay, and efforts of the host, but I would not book there again. - The host is extremely responsive. The location is perfect. The amenities in the apartment are adequate for a short stay while the efficient and quiet air conditioner was a welcome relief in the heat wave. It is not clear from the photographs what unit you will get. The location can be better depicted on the website as there are no photos of the untidy entrance courtyard. The website currently notes: "Offering a terrace or balcony with views of the garden and city". There was no terrace or balcony to my apartment! The kitchen is very small with little space for any preparation and the kettle (which sits precariously on the edge of the sink) did not switch off automatically. There is no microwave or oven, only a two plate hob. There was one comfortable double bed and a fold out sleeper couch but only two chairs at the small table. The apartment is clearly a subdivision of a larger space and so noise from the other apartment was a constant issue. Even with the double glazing to the windows, so was the noise from the restaurant below. The bathroom floor drain often smelt so I had to cover it with a floor mat. Some of the external shutter mechanisms don't function.

• Peter (9/5): Location, location. - Location was perfect. In old city, very close to bridge across to other side, 200 metres to bus to bus port. Owner met us on arrival, showed us in. Owner accessible if anything required. Clean, new and has washing machine and small fridge. Little bar frequented by locals 5 metres away, great prices. Nothing we didn't like, just people need to check all details, we researched and happy enough, just things people should always check so not unhappy on arrival- Bed is a double bed size (not Queen or king size); shower is a cubicle and very small so can't bend over in shower if drop shampoo/soap etc, apartment is small and has 2 flights steps but the location and owners are great. It is a small bed/sit but we stayed 3 nights and suited perfectly.

• Helenesy (10/5): Exceptional - Clean, all you need, great bed, just like the pictures, right in the city in Old Town and easy to access from car/taxi, very friendly and nice host. The room had everything you would need, ekstra towels, washing machine, soap etc. When we're arrived, the apartment smelled clean, and the hosts were very flexible with the time we could arrive for check-in and out. You have a bakery just below the apparent and everything Zadar has to offer with food, shops, and stores. The hosts were helpful and available if we needed it. We have had 3 different apartments in Zadar; this was absolutely the best!!!! Really recommend this apparent! Thanks from us from Norway 🇳🇴 😀

• Ciara (9/5): Little Apartment in Lovely Old Town - Sime the owner was very helpful as was his mother who came to meet us with the keys. The apartment was very clean and tidy. The Aircon was fantastic and the the blackout shutters were brilliant. Thanks guys!!!! The bed could be more comfortable if the pillows were changed or maybe there were more of them.
