The apartment has everything you need for a few days of relaxing vacation, the bed is extremely comfortable, and everything is very clean. The best apartment on our road trip from Vienna to Sardinia. We would book here again anytime and can recommend the accommodation and landlord with a clear conscience 🩷

Sehr ruhig gelegen, super Größe, wunderbar zu klimatisieren und mit ganz speziellem Charme sowie Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wer mobil ist und kein Problem damit hat, ein Stück zu fahren, um tolle Strände und Natur zu sehen, wird hier mehr als glücklich!

L'appartement est très propre, la climatisation est appréciable durant l'été. Le stationnement est facile. A 20 minutes de Cagliari, parfait pour visiter la ville et le sud de la Sardaigne. Nous avons surtout apprécié la bonne communication avec notre très sympathique hôte, qui plus est, nous a aidé a dépanner ma voiture qui est tombé en panne. Encore mille merci ! Tout était bien
• Veronica (8/5): Appartamento molto curato in zona strategica - L'appartamento è indipendente con un bel patio esterno. La casa è tenuta con cura, pulita e con attenzione ai dettagli. La cucina è attrezzata con tutto il necessario, comoda per 2 persone. Materasso e cuscini molto comodi e bagno abbastanza ampio con tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno. L'host è stato sempre gentile e disponibile, ci ha fornito tutta l'attrezzatura per il mare, dato che abbiamo viaggiato in aereo. La posizione è strategica se si vuole girare, la costa sud, la costa sud-ovest e sud-est. Direi esperienza assolutamente positiva! Forse l'appartamento risulta un po' buio.

• Dan (10/5): So great we had to return! - Phenomenal hosts, very hospitable and communicative. Luxury property in a great location. Property has everything you need for a comfortable stay - fully stocked kitchen, washing machine, bath robes, a safe, ample wardrobe space, lots of bedding, a/c, and a supply of coffee, tea, water and beer waiting on arrival. The hosts have extremely high standards and exceed all expectations. We will be back Nothing
• Mitchell (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean and modern apartment with everything we needed for our stay. The hosts provided many things including tea and coffee, a beer, some fruit and other snacks and even included some toiletries. The hosts were also very responsive to our needs. The location was perfect - close to a supermarket, cafes and restaurants, public transport and an easy walk around the village to view the many great artworks. Very comfortable stay and could have easily stayed longer.

Nice unexpected touches like guides books, washing machine, spare bedding, snacks and coffee, etc. We were visiting family nearby and San Sperate is a great location; decent restaurants and cafes, close to Cagliari, and good links for driving around Sardinia. The host was fantastic, always polite and contactable before and during the stay. Great experience all round. Will recommended to friends and family. n/a
