Guvlekjian (3/5): Great view with poor management - Amazing view No communication meant that we were unable to check in stress free while they blamed bookings.com The place wasn't clean on entry and were unable to communicate to extend the stay. Shame it's such a nice property let down by poor management
Sharon (5/5): Considering what we paid for I have stayed in a lot better villas in high tourist areas in Australi - Nice view top story, couldn’t see anything from lower balcony as trees were blocking view , beds were comfortable Villa was not what we expected from photos on booking.com, furniture was very uncomfortable and not maintained well considering what you are paying a night. Cleaners had not cleaned beside the beds or behind doors

Sandra (8/5): Very good - Spectacular views. Spacious property, perfect for larger families/groups. When the rooftop bar is open it’s very special and highly recommended. It can be a little difficult if you want to walk to and from town. The hill that the property is situated on that offers the spectacular views is a little less spectacular when have to walk up it to get back to your accommodation, you can’t have it all I guess.

Aaron (9/5): Superb - Very comfortable quiet accommodation with amazing views. I didn’t receive an arrival message with all the information needed to find or accommodation or the keys. We were wondering around lost until we happened to find someone that knew what was going on. The promotional photos showed a lift but there wasn't one for my disabled son who we then needed to carry up and down the stairs.

Eva (10/5): Lovely place and I would recommend it to anyone for a family holiday. - Beautiful spot with a great view of Airlie Beach. Very disorganised at the beginning. I was given the house number in the text message that I received on the day of arrival. The place was dirty, no linen on the beds or towels. I left countless messages before someone called me back. Eventually I did get a call from Brad who was very very apologetic and advised that we were supposed to be in House number 6 not 7. He came to see us personally the next day and brought a bottle of gin with him which was very nice. He also said that we would be compensated for the stuff up for the first night. Still waiting for the refund. It all ended up well and the place was indeed perfect for our needs. We also had the pleasure of meeting Glenn at the Gin Distillery which was a nice bonus.
