• Mark (8/5): Great clean tidy apartment in an excellent location to explore the city. We would highly recommend the ninesuites apartm - Great location to all the must do and see sights. Well equipped if you want to cook or make food but with so many tapas bars and restaurants near by that wasn’t needed for us. Clean and tidy apartment, loved the sun terrace/pool to relax by after a days sight seeing A couple of times there was a smell from the drains when entering the lobby and apartment but this was not a major issue.

Totalmente vuoto. Inoltre, una volta entrata e sistemata, qualcuno dello staff è entrato in camera facendomi spaventare tantissimo! Avevano promesso di farsi perdonare l'accaduto ma non hanno fatto assolutamente nulla. Letto alla francese scomodo per 2 persone.

• Kálmán-Gróh (10/5): Lovely apartment at a great location. - Perfect location, everything is in a walking distance. Nicely decorated and furnished apartment, kitchen is small, but fully equipped. The apartment was clean and we had everything we needed. We enjoyed the roof terrace as well. It was very easy to get in with the codes, and the host was accessible, communication was smooth. They even helped us with finding a luggage storage space (with discounted price) and booked taxi transfer to the airport. I can't say anything, really.

• Carlos (10/5): - Espectacular apartamento con dos dormitorios (cada uno con su propio baño) y tres baños en total, con un balcon que da a toda la plaza del Pan, un patio interior y todo muy bien distribuido y reformado. Además, cuenta con una insonorización magnifica, tanto entre los dormitorios como, sobre todo, la fachada y ventanas hacia el exterior. Un lujo Todo perfecto...pero, por decir algo, alguna percha mas para colgar abrigos y bolsos, tanto en dormitorios como en zonas comunes

• David (6/5): Perfecto si quieres estar en el centro y no pasar mucho tiempo en el alojamiento - Está en pleno centro, el acceso al alojamiento era muy fácil. Se oyen mucho el ruido de las personas que transitan por el edificio. El sofá-cama es incómodo y el servicio de habitaciones pasa a las nueve, por lo que nos despertó.

• Yesica (4/5): - The location was central, rooftop apartment number 5 was functional as it had all you would expect and need. It was also secure and felt safe. Outside noise made it impossible to sleep, we asked the reception team to change apartments for our second night hoping to get at least some sleep, and we were told nobody was leaving that day so no free apartments were available. We saw the housekeeping team cleaning at least three apartments which were departures that day and our surprise was when we enquired again, we were told that these apartments were for new customers arriving that same day. Zero trust in anything that reception tells you.

Sabah çan sesleri, kuş sesleri ve insan sesleriyle uyandık, Sevilla’yı hissettik gerçekten. Oda oldukça temizdi ve yatak rahattı. Oda 2 kişi için küçük ve konforsuzdu, bavul koyacak yer bulmakta zorlandık. Açık raflar dolap görevi görmüyordu. Banyo aşırı küçüktü, lavabosu da dışardaydı ve küçüktü. Özellikle kadın misafirler için (kozmetik ürünlerini koymak için vb.) çok kullanışsızdı. 2 kişi olmamıza rağmen 1 adet el ve yüz havlusu vardı. Astım ve alerjim var, girdiğimizde oda kokusu o kadar yoğundu ki nereden geldiğini bulup kokuyu fişten çıkardıktan sonra odayı 1 gün boyunca havalandırmak zorunda kaldım ve yine de geçmedi.

Si buscas una estancia renovada, actual y cómoda, pero con el encanto de tener alrededor edificios y barrios tradicionales de Sevilla este es el sitio, la cama confortable, todas las instalaciones renovadas, la limpieza excelente. Accesibilidad perfecta y nada de ruidos ni en el edificio ni en la calle.

El acceso muy sencillo y cómodo. Nos encantó. Si volvemos a Sevilla, sin duda, repetiremos el mismo alojamiento. Muchas gracias No nos importó a nosotras. Pero tener en cuenta que nuestro apartamento era de dos plantas con escaleras.

• Giulia (8/5): Perfetta per visitare Siviglia - Posizione centralissima super comoda, struttura nuova, funzionale e pulita, molto comodi i monouso per la doccia, letti comodi, staff molto gentile e professionale - mi hanno risolto un problema grosso (avevo dimenticato un farmaco importante) C’era una leggera puzza di fogna in uno dei bagni ma abbiamo usato gli altri quindi poco male. Essendo in centro è un po’ scomodo per parcheggiare (e anche un po’ caro se si mette la macchina in uno dei parcheggi vicini del centro)

• Liudmila (10/5): - Гарне розташування в історичному центрі. В 10 хвилинах пішки великий паркінг де можна залишити авто. Чисто, було все необхідне кухонне обладнання. Чудова тераса. Басейн дуже невеликий. Але зануритись в нього 25 грудня було дуже круто. Мабуть, в теплу пору року тут дуже класно засмагати, бо ліжаки є. Оскільки ми були в дуже холодний період, було класно, що можна було обігрити приміщення.

Mauvaise odeur dans les parties communes dû à l’humidité. Sur le balcon, le mur s’effrite et des morceaux de briques sont tombés, ce qui n’est pas rassurant.

• Giorgia (8/5): Posizione ottima, stupenda la vista ma pulizia da migliorare! - Posizione ottima in pieno centro. Camera piccola ma con tutto. Vista dal terrazzo stupenda! Abbiamo avuto problemi con i codici di accesso al check in ma ci hanno aiutate tramite whatsapp (un po' lento nelle risposte ma okay). Da migliorare la pulizia: sopra al condizionatore circa due centimetri di polvere! Sul vetro della doccia abbiamo trovato dei peli. Quindi direi che questo aspetto è da migliorare. Difficile trovarlo, in quanto Google Maps e booking danno un indirizzo, ma si deve selezionare l'indirizzo che invia il proprietario poco prima dell'arrivo! Altrimenti farete come noi arrivando negli altri appartamenti.
