• Jan (10/5): High standard. Absolutely perfect. - The apt. was absolutely extraordinary. Great location, clean, nice furnished, easy going, beverages in the fridge and tea or coffee and some sweets. The apt keeps the travelling standards higher!

• Mikhail (9/5): - Новый стильный ремонт во всем блоке. При заселении нашли бесплатные снеки и напитки. Есть кофемашина, капсулы для которой тоже нам подарили гостеприимные управляющие апартаментами. Стиралки и посудомойки нет. Терассы тоже нет. Апартаменты в историческом центре. В пешей доступности от достопримечательностей. От ЖД станции Брешиа мы тоже дошли пешком минут за 20, но можно проехать одну остановку на метро, тогда пешком минут 5. Апартаменты Hokusai - на 3-м этаже без лифта, лестница узкая, поэтому с большим багажом нелегко заселяться.

• Katarzyna (10/5): przestronny, dobrze wyposażony apartament w świetnej lokalizacji - Kontakt z właścicielem był bardzo sympatyczny, zawsze można było szybko uzyskać odpowiedź. Dodatkowym atutem jest możliwość przedłużenia doby hotelowej (za dodatkową opłatą). Pokój był czysty, nawet bardziej przestronny niż na zdjęciach, a mobilne wejście znacznie ułatwia zameldowanie. Sam apartament był bardzo dobrze wyposażony, a lokalizacja w samym centrum to ogromny plus – wszędzie jest blisko. Z przyjemnością odwiedziłabym to miejsce ponownie i zdecydowanie polecam! Z minusów: lodówka jest dość mała, nie zmieści się w niej butelka większa niż 0,5 l. Nad ranem słychać głośne dzwony, co może przeszkadzać osobom wrażliwym na hałas lub lubiącym dłużej pospać. W obiekcie nie ma windy, ale dla mnie osobiście nie stanowiło to problemu.
• alicia (10/5): Apartamento excepcional - Todo. La atención por demás cálida de sus anfitriones. El apartamento cuenta con todo ,y más aún de lo necesario . Nos dejaron bebidas, snacks, jugos, gaseosas y amenities completos. Las camas y almohadas muy cómodas. Nada. Todo fue perfecto.

• Elisa (9/5): Appartamento in centro a Brescia - Posizione centrale, parcheggio auto gratis a poca distanza, piccolo appartamento molto ben tenuto, ottimo per una breve permanenza in quattro, piacevole kit di benvenuto con acqua bibite birra e biscottini per colazione Per essere perfetta mancavano giusto solo gli alimentari di base (sale, olio, aceto).

• Sabrina (10/5): Tutto perfetto - Posizione fantastica, pulito, facile accesso, dotato di tutti i comfort per il soggiorno. Aggiungerei un paio di cuscini di cortesia perché quelli in dotazione sono un po' bassi per chi, come me, preferisce quelli più alti
• Mark (9/5): Great /clean apartment in historic center - Place looks great and is very clean. It was almost as if it was brand new and we were the first ones using it. Has everything you need from an appartment (TV, wifi, kitchen, spacious bathroom, etc). Host was very friendly and gave us all information upfront via WhatsApp. The apartment is close to all major sights in Brescia and has more than enough bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. Not so much about the appartment itself, but the apartment is in a ZTL (Zona a Traffico Limitato) which means you cannot access the street without a (temporary) permit or you have to be aware from what side you approach the street

• Jan (10/5): Stunning apartment in the heart of city - Apartment locates in the historical center of the ancient city in 3 minutes walk from the town hall. Of the stores nearby, ethnic ones like Filipino or Indian, where there are also ordinary goods. Stylish design of the apartment, two levels - its big advantage. Wonderful and attentive staff. Maybe freezer could be slightly bigger. Principally, the apartment is ideal for a couple that does not intend to eat inside nothing but the water of wine and something taken away from restaurants. So to speak, positioned as an apartment, managed as a hotel.
• Todres (10/5): a very cosy and clean apartment in the center at agreeable price - Location is superb, in the historic center. Parking can be quite easily found in the streets around. Instructions to access the building and room are clear and easy-to-follow. The room's price includes (a fridge-full of) cold drinks and some packaged snacks. The rooms have apparently been very recently renovated, everything is fresh and clean. It is rather difficult to regulate the air conditioner which is by default set to low temperature and high intensity. It would be nice if the selection of teas included some simple classic black tea, not only herbal/green teas. The stairs are very steep - can be a challenge for some (but then again, it's a house in a medieval Italian town).
• Graham (9/5): Superb - Nice clean appartment with useful kitchen. Comfortable bed snd clean bathroom with small shower. Great comms with owner and easy access instructions. Handy location in the centre of town. Third floor with no elevator. We found the spiral staircase to the sleeping area quite difficult and dangerous, especially with luggage. Lounge area (sofabed) not very comfortable. Noisy neighbours!

• Marina (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice and new apartment in the heart of the old town. The cleanliness is a big 10, everything smells very nice, from bed linen to towels. Welcome surprise for visitors. The manager explains everything about the check in, check out and suggests parking, for everyone according to their choice. -
