• Rocha Navarro (5/5): No avisan de las obras y los ruidos - El apartamento no estaba limpio, cin olor a humedad en los armarios e incluso telas de araña por varios sitio. La vitroceramica no funcionaba y el complejo de apartamentos está en reformas, con lo que, aparte de los ruidos y las molestias, había dos de las tres piscinas cerradas y en reformas y una de ellas justo delante de la terraza del apartamento, con las consiguientes molestias
• Catrine (5/5): - L’appartement et la terrasse ont tout pour être super… Quel dommage d'avoir un tel appartement dans un si bel environnement et de ne pas en prendre soin. Première et énorme déception : la piscine était fermée pour travaux et nous n’avions eu aucune information !!! La petite compensation financière n’a pas réussi à nous enlever le bruit important des travaux et la non possibilité de profiter de l’extérieur. Nous avons tout au long de la semaine constaté et déploré de nombreux "dysfonctionnements" dans l'appartement: parking très souvent complet, pas d'aspirateur, ni saladier, ni verre à pied, ni bol...un ménage plus que sommaire (surtout dans la salle de bains), le nécessaire de ménage dans le séjour, 3 sets de table pour 4 personnes, 4 grandes serviettes de toilettes et 2 petites pour 4 personnes pour 10 jours, aucune intention de bienvenue à l'occasion de notre arrivée alors que c'est souvent le cas, un canapé tâché et avachi, des mur et encadrements de porte défraîchis...et nous pourrions continuer encore. 25 ans aux Canaries, jamais un appartement ne nous a autant déçus. Dommage, regrettable, inacceptable...Quel serait le terme le plus approprié?
• Valentina Pagnotta (8/5): - Appartamento nel resort molto carino, spazioso e dotato di tutti i confort. Anche la terrazzina esterna molto apprezzata. Posizione comoda e tranquilla, essendo un pò isolato dal centro (ma molto vicino) Probabilmente siamo stati in un periodo di bassa stagione e non abbiamo potuto usufruire di tutti i servizi del resort (la piscina era ancora vuota, la maggior parte delle attività e sale erano chiuse), non c'era mai nessuno in reception, in stanza c'era un pò di muffa sulle pareti.

• Marco (8/5): - Appartamento carino, Perfetto per 4 persone Pulito e ordinato. Prima la posizione nel residence con spazio esterno direttamente sulla piscina. Si trova vicino al centro e a tutti i servizi. Bagno cieco senza bidet Mobilio da rivedere

• Jose Juan (8/5): Si quieres buena ubicación y un alojamiento limpio, pero instalaciones mal. - El alojamiento en sí mismo. Las instalaciones piscina y demás están en muy mal estado, necesitan reforma.

• Gurijs (9/5): - Первая неделя SUPER!!! Вторая были проблемы с доступом на паркинг. Владелец быстро решил все проблемы. "Человек" на регистрации - Обсолютный "Чёрт". Непомогал, а наоборот создавал нам проблемы. Работник RECEPTION - повторю ещё РАЗ Обсолютный "ЧЁРТ". В остальном всё хорошо!
• REBECA COLOMA (8/5): - Lo mas que nos gustó el apartamento,por su amplitud,nos ganó el que tuviera doble dormitorio para los niños,su nevera grande y lavadora...como si estuviera en casa. No me gusto las instslaciones de fuera de la piscina,algo deteriorado,hamacas sucias y rotas,es una pena por el complejo que es..ya que faltaba tambien una piscina que estaba cerrada y en la pagina se vende todo bien....es la unica pega que pongo.

• Dangira (9/5): Lovely family stay - Lovely and quite spacious apartment with patio to the pool. We enjoyed having beaktast outside. Beach and high street are not too far from the complex, about 5 min drive and 20 min walking. Parking near the property.
• Katarzyna (8/5): Very good - Nice apartment for family.Clean,great pool and garden.I would recommend it to everyone.
• Adrienn (8/5): Very good - The apartment has a wonderdul garden, all apartments has a terrace surrounded by palm trees and flowers. The place has a nice friendly atmosphere. Although as for the whole apartment complex it is a disappointment opposite to what are on pictures. The sport swimming pool is under construction and seems rather something that will be demolished, the big restaurant is closed and empty, the kids' mini club hasn't been open in these decades, or doesn't exist at all, sport areas, tennis etc are all gone. Broken pool area regarding the tiles, the edges, the shower, pingpong table, closed restaurant building. The whole village is a living example of the phenomenon that can be observed all over the Island: the ruins of these empty, haunted buildings are a legacy of the once vibrant tourism industry of the 80s and 90s. The Village should rather be considered as individual apartments in a nice garden next to each other. The apartments by the way are well maintained. Our apartment was nice, one of the rooms seems old a bit, with smelly furniture, but the rest is real nice and new, the kitchen appliances are completely new. We are also very much satisfied with the communication with the host company. There are really nice and helpful. I recommend this place if you want a nice, relaxing, child friendly atmosphere for a better price than what you get close to the center.

• Steven (10/5): Excellent premises with great facilities - Excellent size, comfortable and well equipped. Great outside space as well. Would easily used again. Not a dislike but be aware it’s a location that is a decent walk from the start of ‘The Strip’. Was a lose lamp wire in the main bedroom bur could easily be fixed, living had a dirty mark(s) on one curtain ( not that you would clean curtains often but for the owner to be aware. Some film had came off outside table prior to our arrival not that we used it
