Beate (9/5): - Das Design des Hotels und das Konzept mit sehr gut ausgestatteten Appartement, die auch eine Selbstverpflegung zulassen, hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Leider haben wir zu spät gelesen, dass im Hotel auch Frühstück à la carte oder mit Lieferung auf das Zimmer möglich ist. Wir hatten auf das Frühstück verzichtet, weil wir davon ausgingen, dass es nur Büffet gibt, was uns zu viel ist. Der Pool ist leider etwas klein, aber besser als keiner. Gutes Konzept auch im Skiraum: Ski und Stiefel werden in beheizten Schränke aufbewahrt, die keyless verriegelt werden können. Zimmer zur Straße sind etwas lauter, aber das wussten wir aus früheren Bewertungen. Aber da wir nur für eine Übernachtung hier waren, haben wir auf Extrawünsche verzichtet.

Mench (9/5): Toller und empfehlenswerter Aufenhalt - Die Lage ist genial. Der Wellnessbereich auf der obersten Etage ist absolut klasse und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Das Frühstück à la carte ist ausgiebig und sehr lecker. Das Hotelzimmer ist recht groß und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht - inkl. Küchenzeile. Der Ausblick ist grandios. Leider lässt sich die Toilette, ebenso wie die Dusche nicht abschließen. Die Dusche ist riesig und verglast (durchsichtig). Auch die Toilettentür ist verglast (Milchglas). Es ist eine Sache der Präferenz und man kommt zurecht, allerdings wäre mehr Privatsphäre wünschenswert, v.a. dass sich die Toilette abschließen lässt und Lärm geschützt ist.

The town it is in was lovely and nice local food as well. Only thing was the aircon. It was very hot in the room and we weren't able to figure out how to turn it down or on. So had the window open for a little bit.

Ketrin (8/5): - I have stayed in many different hotels, including high-level hotels in Austria, and in general the price–quality ratio here was fair. It’s a decent hotel. The modern spa was really great and honestly it saved our trip, because after skiing we spent a lot of time there and really enjoyed it. One more important point is that there is very little space for clothes and luggage, and it is difficult to unpack and organize your things. The bathroom and shower are located directly in the bedroom, which may feel uncomfortable for some guests. For a longer stay, for example a week-long ski trip, this can be quite inconvenient because there is not enough storage space. The room design could be better planned in this regard. We are a big family – two adults and three children. We stayed in the room that was offered to us on Booking, but it was quite small for our family. I realized that two bedrooms are definitely not enough for a family of five for a week, so it would be better to book two separate rooms. Overall, the hotel is good, but I’m not sure that I would come back again.

The rooms were spacious giving a luxury feel, with lovely products as an extra touch. The spa was a lovely addition, which a lovely tranquil space. The staff were really friendly and accommodating especially the receptionist. The Mountain View’s from our room were very scenic. We absolutely loved our stay. Natalja (10/5): We truly enjoyed our stay at Lifesteil Aparthotel and will definitely recommend it to our friends. - The staff was extremely friendly, and special thanks to Jenny for the ketchup. The spa area is very cozy, and the water in the outdoor pool was pleasantly warm. The apartments were clean and well equipped, with everything you might need for the first few days.

Vanessa (9/5): - Tolles Design, tolle Einrichtung des Penthouse und des Doppelzimmers, schöner Wellnessbereich. Im WC hat ein Seifenspender gefehlt. Generell ist eine Toilette für ein Penthouse mit 6 Schlafplätzen zu wenig.
Tanja Vanessa (8/5): - Besonders schön war die Ausstattung, sowohl im Zimmer, als auch die Lobby und der Wellnessbereich. Es war überall super sauber! Unterschiedliche Aussagen zum Frühstück. Statt 20 Euro wie überall angegeben wollte man 25 Euro und uns wurde von unterschiedlichen Mitarbeitern unterschiedliche Informationen gegeben, was enthalten ist! Ist zwar eine Kleinigkeit, führt aber zu Diskussionen und Unmut!

Robert (4/5): - Сподобалось що є спа, басейн та номер дали просторий проте брудний.. Ми були з дитиною 4 місяці. У номері пильно, брудна підлога та посуд. Персонал нахальний. Відпочивали з чоловіком у басейні й увімкнулась пожежна тривога (особисто ми не чули її оскільки басейн з підігрівом на вулиці) й зайшли ми як ні в чому не було у сауну й залетіла адміністратор, почала кричати, погрожувати, звинувачувати що ми не повнолітні і тд. Звинуватила нас у пожежній тривозі, ми спробували пояснити що вона помиляється, адже ми не причетні ні до чого. Вона розлючена пішла виясняти проблему і як виявилось пізніше пожежна тривога відбулась зовсім через інше й ніяк нас не стосувалась, що й дійсно так тому що ми навіть не були в курсі, що є якісь проблеми 😅 Вибачення від персоналу ми не отримали, проте неприємний осад залишився. Схожа ситуація була і з нашими друзями ( нас заселилось 12 людей ) і у кожного були якісь нюанси з персоналом..
