• Himanshu (9/5): Superb - There was no cooker in the kitchen, we explained them that we cant eat outside food. So they arranged a microwave on priority and their support was exceptional, i should say during our entire stay. The room was not as per the photos shown here, but it was very clean and good to stay.
• Shreshtha (1/5): Extremely bad - The room was so tiny and it was really not the one which showed on the booking.com website while booking. The hotel staff did not even provided the fan and it was very hot and it was really difficult to live there at all. My experience was really bad and never want to book this place. I really never thought it will be such a bad hotel and it was posted on booking.com

• Lucia (5/5): Passable - The location was good The was only 3 towels in a room that held up to 8 people, the bathroom floor could have been cleaned before we stayed, but overall was a ok.
• Marva (1/5): distressing experience - The apartment was nothing like advertised. It was smelly, extremely hot, and had no working fan despite being listed as provided. The shower didn’t drain, the windows were sealed shut, and there was no TV as promised. We repeatedly called the property but were only told to wait for a manager who never got back to us. Late at night, we were moved to another apartment, but it also had the heating on during 31°C weather and still no fan. We eventually left at midnight and booked a hotel at our own expense.

• Maramwidze (2/5): Springy Beds and Blocked Shower - Hot shower, complimentary shampoo and shower jell, a fridge at least. Spring mattress and sunken beds, small shower, blocked shower drainage system, no complementary water, and drinks as marketed.

• Jamila (4/5): Would not stay again - The bed was really comfortable The place stunk of smoke then after 1 am there was a disturbance of loud music and all you could hear was the noise of balloons and then the strong smell of weed. We got no sleep until 3 am the police attended once. The snacks in the room were 3 months out of date and the floor was really dirty. The host never responds, it is not appropriate for families at all.

• Elise (1/5): 0/10 stay would not recommend - There was absolutely nothing to like about the place. Should have known it wouldn't have been a quality stay due to the price and location. Not only was the location of our stay changed last minute, the establishment that they put us in was more so of a hostel situation rather than an apartment. The place was covered in hairs on all four beds aswell as the bathroom and it was visible to see that the duvet covers had not been changed but instead had been turned inside out. Absolutely abhorrent behaviour.

No response from management when informed of these issues. 3 Towels in total for 5 of us when I had clearly mentioned number of people in the group while booking.

• Tahseen (1/5): Very bad,terrible,no security. Someone broke room door at night,we called police,irresponsible owner - We didn't like any thing. We booked this place for 2 nights. First thing owner didn't answer any call or message. Secondly, on second night when we were sleeping theives broke our door and tried to enter while i forcely closed the door and call police. We also called owner multiple times but he didn't reply. Big security issue as this property is unsafe. We couldn't sleep whole night.

• Nambile (4/5): Disappointing - The first room we were given was dirty,we were then given another room which they said was clean but was still dusty,the bathroom was small and the water was draining really slowly,they were very generous with snacks though. We couldn't wait to go back home

• Rajbanshi (4/5): Disappointing - Nothing as shown in the picture. The rooms were very smelly. The water kettle was so dirty with whatever residues in it, nearly puked. The good part was that there was plenty of water, soft drinks, and snacks.

• Olanike (4/5): Passable if you’re desperate and booking last minute - Accessible with Google map, very close proximity to where I was having an event so it was easy to navigate even when I finished late at night, lots of snacks and drinks provided, washing machine and fridge available in room. No microwave, no television…Dusty room even to the sheets, small space, freezing room even when the heating came on {couldn’t turn on the heating till early hours of next day after checking in the previous day}, host did offer to transfer me to another apartment 12 minutes walk from this apartment after I made calls and dropped voicemails but it was midnight and I didn’t think it safe to walk with my luggage at that time of the night…no heating in the toilet/bathroom either…developed a cold literally from this short stay.

• Vinuja (10/5): Worth it - The property was more than what we expected. Everything was decently clean. The beds were amazing and comfortable. The ventilation was really good. Located in a perfect location. Bathroom was great. This place had so much snacks for all of us an we loved it!! The shower drain was clogged but it was fine.
• Tee’sdaily (7/5): Great for a small family or Friends city weekend away - I liked the snacks on hand very generous, it was easy to contact the host with questions and there was plenty of toiletries at hand. Beds were comfy sheets were clean. It was a pretty tight space so not much moving around. There is a nice little fridge ( we couldn’t use the freezer ) and a blow dryer available & lots of bottled water ! There was no sink in the kitchen area which was a hassle the bathroom is so small, there was only 1 fork and knife available. There was also a leak that was above one of the beds we wasn’t sure where it was coming from.

The location provided was 10 mins away from the actual location, and hence the locality was completely different. The area was too shady. Moreover, the pictures provided were of a completely different place and seemed way bigger, but the apartment was too small and shitty. Would recommend anyone looking to book this property to rather live on the streets of London. Absolutely pathetic and disgusting.

• Nathasha (5/5): Okay - Convenient for us to get to places and had lots of shops close by. They provided snacks and water. The room we first booked had a problem with the fuse so they offered us to move upstairs which was essentially just the same room. When we got there it was nice but as soon as we started to get into bed dust was flying everywhere and we couldn’t sleep comfortably . The bed was covered in dust and u could see it collecting, I messaged the owner and he said he would bring someone in the morning to get the sheets changed and clean the property, however no one came in the morning so we had to sleep another night in a very dusty bed and room. They had a washing machine in the room , would have been better if they put it to use or change it for a fridge.

• James (1/5): Frustrating and a general nuisance - It was cheap The host sent me to three different locations and each one was unclean and unkept. I ended up not staying there and asked the host for a refund. The host agreed and then when I followed up on it the host never answered.

• Evelyn (7/5): Good - The location of the property was perfect. Just a 10 minute walk from the underground and not a far trip from the city centre. Really close to a lot of food places and a Tesco. The hosts were easy to talk to and really accomodating. It could have been cleaner but it wasn't that bad.
• Mackenna (2/5): Very poor - Easy check in. Host was good with communication Bathroom ceiling was leaking. Kitchen was in the same room as the beds and the tap wouldn’t stop leaking. Room had a nasty damp smell and did not look like the pictures on booking.com. The large window would not properly close or and was on the ground floor. The room was overall dirty. The location was not ideal, about 15 minutes to the nearest tube station and we did not feel safe doing the walk.

• Maxime (3/5): Stay one night if you have to … - It was relatively cheap for London prices but can not be said to be good value for money. We are international tourist who did not have local SIM card so the property was very difficult to find. We had to ask several strangers to borrow their phones to contact the owner. Check in was very impersonal. The area is very poor and dodgy. The accommodation is a regular house divided in flats. There is no acoustic soundproofing so the neighbour can be heard speaking loud. The general state of the building is poorly maintained. The photos are not representative. No towels were provided. The bathroom was not particularly clean. I would consider this a « fuel-stop » enough to rest a night before moving on. If you are planning to visit London for an extended weekend, do spend more money on a nice hotel.

• June (2/5): Very poor - The bedding and towels were spotless and there was lots of hot water. Interesting area. There are 39 steps to this apartment. There are 2 rooms with one double bed in each. Nowhere else to sit. No television. No wifi. Dirty. Lots of traffic and people shouting throughout the night, and the windows would not close to block it out. Wondered whether we were actually safe here ?Difficult to find.

• Nelson (4/5): Disappointing - The apartment gave us bottled water throughout our stay. There were also some snacks The first day, we were given a place different from what we booked for. The room was so tight, and bathrooms were so tiny. We were moved to different locations on the second day. The new place was spacious, but the bathroom was tight. The heater was tripping off at night when we needed it most.

• Ondráčková (7/5): Good - Good when you need to spend a night after being out the whole day. Fairly good location, with good connections, bus and metro station are close. It was very difficult to find the place at first. Not many space in the room.
• Ganna (3/5): disappointing - beds okay misleading photos: the property is much worse in real life and has NO kitchen. We bough food to cook in the supermarket only to bin half of it due to the lack of this facility. The room we were sent to initially was the wrong one, and the host rushed us around the block at a really high speed (our group included children and over 60s) without looking back. The only available facility, a washing machine, was open and something was still inside. Windows do not lock properly, however if you did you would probably suffocate.
