- HIROSHI (1/5): 検討をやめた方が良い - 安かった 2泊と1泊を連泊として予約し、担当者に連続で宿泊できるように連絡してOKをもらっていたのにもかかわらず、別の担当者より出て行けとの連絡が入った。外出していたため連絡が遅くなり、その間に勝手に荷物を片付けられてしまった。その後連絡が付き、別の担当者に連泊の承認を得ているメールを伝えて内容確認をしてもらったが、確認結果の連絡も無く、こたらから問い合わせると、泊まっても良いとの回答だけで、そちらの連絡ミスにもかかわらず何の謝罪も無かった。 担当者のレベルと対応に不満がいっぱいある。

- Pat (4/5): I wouldn’t recommend it for longer stays. - I stayed at Gajhamina Guesthouse in Pererenan for a month. The location is convenient—close to cafes and restaurants—but it’s right next to the road, so it can be quite loud. Unfortunately, my experience with the booking process was frustrating. I originally booked 30 days for €780, but after adjusting my stay by just one day, the cost unexpectedly jumped to €1,390. Despite reaching out five times to ask for clarification after being charged, I was told "we'll come back to you" but never received a proper response, which was disappointing. Even if nothing could have been done, better communication would have been appreciated. Overall, it's fine for a short stay if you want to be near Pererenan, but I wouldn’t recommend it for longer stays.
