Marek (7/5): - typ bytu, prijemny byt zo zaciatku 20. storocia na dobrom mieste. prekvapili ma drobne nedostatky, ktore nesplnaju standard. chybajuce mydlo, takze si ani nemozete umyt ruky po prichode. Kvalita matracov. drobne nefunkcnosti - zlomeny kohutik v kupelni, neodtekajuca sprcha, pokazena roleata na okne, chybajuce vrecko na odpadky. taktiez by som sa pozrel na nastavenie kurenia, programovo bolo nastavene na velmi vysoku teplotu cez 23 stupnov. velmi dobre byt vyzera, ale ak idete do detailovm neposkytne vam standard, ktory ocakavate na kratkodobu navstevu. uz by som si tento byt asi neprenajal.
Lilla Györgyi (8/5): - Nagyon jó helyen van, közel van a belváros és a vár. Csendes utcában van. Jó a tömegközlekedés, közel van a megálló. Tiszta, jól felszerelt az apartman, jó volt a kommunikáció. A 2 külön ágyas szobában tényleg rövidek az ágyak. Volt néhány apró kellemetlenség: nem volt szappan, nem volt mosogatógép kapszula, 1 db kávékapszula volt egy hétre, a franciaágyas szobában nem működött még mindig a sötétítő.

Tereza (9/5): Perfektní ubytování v Brně. Rozhodne toto ubytování příště znovu využijeme. - Ideální lokalita cca 10 minut do centra. Naprosté ticho a klid. Vybaveni funkční i krásné. Pohodlné postele. Perfektní čistota. Opravdu nic.

Zelinka (9/5): Prijemny byt na dobre adrese - Velmi dobra lokalita, prostorny byt i pokoje, koupelna velká - trochu retro styl, ale pěkná. Tlak ve sprse super. Tepla voda hned. Smart tv! 3patro bez vytahu, pro starsi a mene pohyblive lidi nedoporucuji, celkem špatně odhlucneni samotného bytu i okolních bytu. Vse jde slyset! Chybejici šňůrky rolet pro stahování, ktere samy nedržely stažené - peřina pres hlavu vyřešila 🙂
