• Kevin (10/5): Excellent apartment and host - Nothing to dislike everything very clean and tidy also loads of consumables left for us eg toilet rolls shower gel which normally have to go out and buy. Reported to Juan having a problem with the kettle he delivered a brand new one within the hour The only slight drawback with the apartment is its location it’s quite a way to the centre of Belanmadena and only limited night time entertainment in the immediate area

• Monica (9/5): Tour e relax in Andalusia - Appartamento molto accogliente, completa di tutti i servizi compresa la piscina ad uso esclusivo del condominio. Bellissima vista sul mare dove poter godere dell'alba nel grande terrazzo. Siamo stati seguiti in ogni minimo dettaglio, ci è stato anche dato parcheggio privato coperto nel condominio e per questo ringraziamo :-). Juan Carlos il proprietario una persona molto precisa ed affidabile, un peccato non averlo conosciuto di persona. Spiaggia a 5 minuti a piedi e supermercato proprio attaccato. Nulla tutto okkk
• ERIKA (10/5): - El apartamento tiene todo. Garaje, aire, ventiladores de techo, cocina con menaje más que suficiente, balcón... Muy comodo. Parada de bus y playa en las inmediaciones. Varios supermercados en los alrededores. La piscina en el tejado espectacular. La atención de Juan Carlos y la bienvenida inmejorables. Para repetir sin dudarlo Nada

• Iva (10/5): - Una excelente ubicación, supermercado, farmacia, restauración y la playa, todo está a escasos metros. El piso es amplio y cómodo, con una gran terraza y buenas vistas, tiene 2 armarios empotrados, el baño es cómodo también, la cocina dispone de todo tipo de menaje. El acceso del parking y la plaza de aparcamiento están fenomenal! El dueño del piso muy amable y servicial.
• Bogdana (10/5): Exceptional - The host was great and very helpful, the comfort of the apartment was ideal. The location is great: it was very close to the beach, but there is also a bus station that can take you to the airport and to Malaga city center.
• Nicole (10/5): An exceptional stay - For the fourth year, we spent the three winter months in Benalmádena in this apartment. It is ideally located between Malaga and Marbella. The bus at the door makes it easy to visit other towns on the Costa del Sol. It is also located facing the sea and close to a large grocery store and restaurants. A lovely little beach is just across the street. A medical clinic and a pharmacy are also within walking distance. The apartment is just as described. Large enough for a couple, it truly contains everything one could need for comfortable living. The large terrace with sea views is truly one of the advantages of this apartment. There is also another superb terrace with a swimming pool on the roof of the building. It is huge and offers magnificent views. The parking space in the garage is very convenient for anyone who owns or rents a car during their stay. I recommend this apartment without hesitation. The owner is very friendly and helpful. As soon as something is not working or is faulty, he makes sure it is repaired or replaced without delay. We are once again delighted with our stay and have already booked for next year.
