- Elis (1/5): - Aken oli katki, toas oli ebameeldiv lõhn, pörand.oli.must ja tolmune, voodipesu must plekiline, vannituba SITANE, Trapi kaaneo karvad, vannitoa tuli ei pôlenud...
Sellised raha eest 31€ öö... Jube

- Lauri (1/5): Bad - There was no keys, I was left without the accommodation in the middle of the night
- Sergei (8/5): Very good - value for money.
excellent double bed. I didn't like the smell of a pet in the entrance of the building where the apartment is located and the door to the shower room that wouldn't close.
- Signe (8/5): Very good -
- Hunt (7/5): Got what I paid for. - Value for money and had everything u need. Dirty dishes
- Alona (3/5): Poor - The location was good - not too far from the center. The WIFI worked good. The apartment was quite dirty. Though it has a kitchen, there is no table and chairs to eat. The apartment and the whole building need a lot of maintenance and renovation. There are some open walls, unfinished around the shower. The only office chair is in embarrassing state. The double bed had two single bedsheets put across...
- Margit (6/5): Alright place to stay at for a few nights. - For that price it's alright. It has a very good location. Bed was really comfy. It has equipment to make food and storage things in the fridge. I got a bit confused when i checked in, I thought the apartment was at a different address but it was in the same house where i checked in. Bad smell coming from the bathroom.
- Egon (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marika (1/5): Bad - I didn't like that I actually didn't get to stay at the place originally booked.
I found it out only when I went to get the keys.
Feel scammed by this Viva Nord Hostel.
The alternative place smelled after cigarettes and therefore the overall impression was dirty.
The place was loud through the night, difficult to get a good night sleep.
Room was outdated and looked tired.
- Mihkel (2/5): Very poor - It had fundamental facilities listed. It was awesome a-social-type of property. Good experience to realise what decisions are important to make.
- Rojs (4/5): decent but for what i paid i feel it was not the best value. - The location of the place was very convenient and the host was communicating well, walking distance from city centre. The place was rather dirty, in the pictures it looked more clean, and also upon receiving keys one of the hotel workers made us go through mud as a shortcut to the flat which was not what I expected, also not sure what was the reason for this but at around 10 AM someone tried to enter the room as there was loud banging on the door and someone was trying to unlock the door, this went on for some time and once I got up to see what is wrong the person was gone so this experience in particular was not at all good.
- Mattis (8/5): Very good -
- Aamir (10/5): Exceptional -
- Azarashvili (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ats (9/5): Superb - Apartment is nice and clean looking The toilet was kinda broken and if you shower whole toilet gets flooded.
- Sten (5/5): Staying was okay but settling things was problematic - The property is in a great spot – Telliskivi is just a quick 10-minute walk away. There was no proper parking on the property. Instead, there was only a small muddy courtyard that could squeeze 2 cars in, making it quite unsafe to park there.
The receptionist at the hotel reception did not understand a word of Estonian, spoke only Russian, although Estonian, English, Russian and Spanish are indicated as spoken languages. In order to communicate with each other, to get the keys, the administrator had to ask the help of THREE customers so that they could explain to us what she wanted to say. It took about 20 minutes just to get the keys.
The room and the floor were freezing cold, but luckily there was a radiator in the room which provided some warmth, even though it was detached from the wall, which is dangerous. The toilet bowl is detached from the wall and stands on a piece of wood.
Unfortunately, the floor remained freezing cold during our entire stay, and the entire bathroom floor was under water while washing.
The room was not properly cleaned, we noticed dust on top of the cupboards and there was a random hole in the wall.
- Donatas (8/5): Very good -
- Javier (7/5): Nice and cheap apartment in Tallinn, close to the center. - The place was nice, and the apartment itself offered what it promised on the website. The bed was very comfortable, we had a small kitchen, nice shower, and a big room. It was nice having the snow at a hand's reach from the window. Overall it was very clean.
In a nutshell, it is a very cheap and comfortable place to spend a couple of nights when visiting Tallinn, is not far away from transport and it is easy to get to the center. We got what we paid for (good price/quality ratio) Some dishes in the kitchen were a bit dirty. Getting in was a bit confusing (the address of the building and the actual address did not match, but they let you know that the keys were picked up somewhere else). The place seemed to be still under construction, but we got no noise from that.
- Ranel (8/5): Very good -
- Kaja (5/5): Fitting balance between quality and price. - It is in good localization - 15 minut by feet to city center. There is supermarket nearby. Room itself is ok for the hostel standard. From what I can see almost all the complaints from comments from previous guests were fixed. Bed sheets were moldy. Washing machine didn't work properly. Toilet basin was not properly attached to the wall, so when sitting on it it was moving side ways. Having some hook to hang the towels above the washing machine would be useful. I was missing sharp knife for cutting bread. Also there is something wrong with water heater. Even though it shows still 2/3 full it gives only cold water. So it is enough only for one person to take shower and short one at that. On the other hand in the sink it gave super hot water on almost all the settings, so I suspect something wrong with water mixing valve or with thermostate.
- Sunil (8/5): Very good -
- Julia (7/5): Good -
- Gariina (6/5): Pleasant -
- Anna (6/5): Pleasant - Location is quite comfirtable, 15 min walk to and from the train station and almost the same time to walk to the city centre.
Bed was as comfortable as all the beds in hotels are. Noise from the outside prevented me from sleeping peacefully.
The Internet and the TV didn't work.
All the doors were quite hard to close.
- Aaltonen (4/5): Sewer damaged - The area is quiet at nights.
Shops, restaurants etc are nearby When picking up the keys We were informed that the aparment had sewering problems. So we coudn't stay there. (So it is hard to tell anything about this place).
We got to stay in that nearby hostel (Nord hostel) but that really wasn't what we booked for.
Hope they get the place fixed
- Martin (1/5): Bad -
- Maximilia (9/5): Superb -
- Kaisa (1/5): Bad - The staircase is very ugly, the doors are almost broke and keys dont work well. Door has to be pushed/pulled when locking. Kitchen utencils like knife was taped with grey ducktape?? No shower gel available, hairs on the floor and dirty. Bathroom carped should be removed because its not hycenical to have it. Windows and mirrors were dirty. The electricuty sockets were broken and I was scared to even vharge my phone. Heaters were black like they have burned. No shower door, rusty things in the cabinets. No floor brush to remove dirt only mop.
- Toms (9/5): Superb -
- Dmitrijs (2/5): Very poor -
- Eliska (9/5): Superb - Pleasant staff, comfortable and clean apartment. Pets allowed. The shower is the Balkan-style one, but they provide a useful thingy for the floor to dry faster :D you can also wash your clothes and hang them on a hanger provided. Some reviews mention a noisy street but it's not that bad, I didn't even need ear plugs. Some local genius likes to go smoke to the toilet located next to the flat so the corridor always smells but luckily it doesn't get in the room.
Free parking in front of neighbouring hostel but it was completely full when we arrived so we needed to find parking in the street. Luckily there are no zones there.
- Mike (6/5): Pleasant - nice hostel
- Harold (9/5): Awesome - The reception, everything
- Tatianasergunina (6/5): Tallinn is great, but the appartement could be better - Nice, comfortable room, close enough to the city center. Provides all necessary kitchen appliances. Wifi didn’t work, the signal was too weak and it was critical for me. I spend a lot of time searching for proper internet connection. Both of the room’s windows face the street, which is a 1.5 meters away. You hear and feel every passing car. I usually sleep with an open window and it was very uncomfortable.
The shower’s floor has no boundaries, so you need to wipe the entire bathroom floor after every use.
- Anu (8/5): Very good -
