• Marie-France (8/5): Un endroit calme qui permet de belles découvertes - Une situation géographique idéale pour des visites, randos, car nous avions emmené nos vélos. L'endroit est très calme hors du tourisme de masse d'Hallstatt. Des propriétaires très cordiaux. Peu de vaisselle disponible, pas de poêle pour cuisson ni de hotte aspirante. Bruit important sur une journée en raison de travaux dans le bâtiment. Cela surprend au réveil.

• Amra (10/5): - Sehr ruhige Wohnung uns sehr komfortabel, man hat alles was man braucht. Sehr netter Kontakt mit Besitzerin, sowie einfaches Self-Check In. Wir kommen sicher sehr gerne wieder.
• Tom (7/5): Appartement tranquille près des montagnes. - L’emplacement et la vue étaient incroyables. Ambiance super au milieu des montagnes et lacs. La propriétaire était super réactive aux messages. Appartement plutôt autonome, avec cuisine équipée (four, frigo, taques de cuisson, grille-pain, un peu de vaisselle) avec salle de bains, bureau et grand lit. Petit magasin à proximité (10min à pied) et un grand magasin à 15min en voiture. Parking gratuit accessible facilement juste devant l’entrée. Une suite de petites choses ennuyeuses durant le séjour. Cela ne nous dérangeaient pas mais qui sont tout de même dommage pour le standing auquel on s’attendait. -le lit qui grince et qui gratte un peu. -la douche bouchée qui provoque une inondation complète de la salle de bains en 1min. Obligés de sacrifier des essuies pour empêcher l’écoulement. -déchets dans le fond des tiroirs. -lampe de chevet pas branchée et qui ne fonctionnait pas de toute façon. -le fait de devoir payer une taxe de séjour de 24€ sur place après avoir réservé et payé le lieu sur Booking, je n’en ai été averti que plus tard par la propriétaire. -un store cassé.

Wyczuwalna wilgoć, nieprzyjemny zapach w mieszkaniu, bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach pościeli oraz ręczników . Na ścianie za szafką RTV oraz w roku pokoju pleśń! • Valdemar (8/5): - Perfektní a rychlá komunikace s majitelem (majitelkou). Místo super pro všemožné výlety po okolí. Pro naši potřebu apartmán vybaven výborně. Možná by bylo lepší jiné uspořádání nábytku, získal by se praktičtější prostor. Ale protože jsme stejně pořád někde courali, tak nám to vlastně tolik nevadilo.

• Ayhan (10/5): Beautiful view, okay location, clean and helpful host - Clean apartment. Smelt great. Good connections 10-20mins away to Hallstatt. Wonderful view of mountain. Very quiet area. Life ends at 6pm in Hallstatt so plan accordingly no bus/ferry. - Bus and trains are very reliable and super punctual. - Comfortable bed and pillow - Extremly helpful very responsive owner - 20 min walk to Oberstauran train station (Hallstatt train station is 1 stop away: €5.40 single ticket for 2 people) - 10 minute Ferry from Hallstatt station to Hallstatt central is €7 return by 6pm - Local limited supermarket 13 min walk away closes before 6pm. 12pm on Sunday. We recommend stocking up on snacks and there’s a SMART TV and cozy double bed with bunk bed. Dining table and kitchen with toaster, kettle, stove, oven, pots, fridge and freezer. We bought pizza to have at night. - There’s a bus station 13 min walk away going into Hallstatt in 10 mins 544/543. Two people return= €10.40 drops you right next to the start of the lake and close to salt cave - Hallstatt Salt cave and funicular is €40 per person 100% worth it, we loved it. Or walk down/up options available 1 hour hike. - A few restaurants like Pizzeria Kegelbahn (only tried this - good food) 25 min walk away or dormio resort restaurant etc
• Gideon (6/5): Stay could have been more pleasant if only the sheets and linen were cleaned properly. Otherwise, you get what you pay f - Good location. Kitchen is well equipped. Towels, bedsheet, pillow, duvet—they smell like sweat. That smell you get when your laundry don’t get dried out in the sun or in a dryer. Also as mentioned in other reviews, water from the shower area goes to the floor by the sink.
• Peter (9/5): Comfortable, reasonably priced, excellent location. - Overall it was a very pleasant apartment that delivered everything it promised. I particularly enjoyed: - Excellent location. - Fully functional kitchen with a lot of important details that often get overlooked: electric instead of induction stove so that you can heat even your single espresso mokka (or any other small plate), clean towel for dishes, salt and oil and large amount of clean dishes. - Nice big bed. - Huge TV. - Well heated, which is not always guaranteed, especially in September when many landlords want to save costs. - Overall clean and comfortable. There were just a couple of small issues: - perhaps the biggest problem was a missing curtain in the kitchen. Since there was no door between the kitchen and bedroom, this was an issue, especially in the morning when the bedroom got quite light. - The lamp in the bedroom was sometimes making weird noises. - The pillows were a bit too large; the sheets were probably plastic and not as comfy as cotton, - No shower gel and shampoo, but it is not listed in the equipment so at least you get warned in advance.

• Gabriella (8/5): Overall it was good. The owner should make sure it’s clean( floor) before renting it out. - The location is everything. It wasn’t super clean and from the bathroom shower the water is coming out to the floor when you are using it.
• Tytus (8/5): Very good - apartment is located in quiet neighborhood yet Obertraun is a living town with small beach where you can enjoy swimming in the lake, supermarket is close with bread and beer Obertraun is much better than mass tourism infested Hallstatt where you can walk it takes 1 hour or so close to trails however hiking requires stamina because you need to walk up 1200 m too many spiders and spiders web in the room, building inside looks bit gloomy, a fan could be useful in dealing with humid heat we experienced
• G (8/5): Overall the apartment is nice I recommend it to anyone. The few improvements are just suggestions. - Generally nice apartment, amazing view, bed is good quality, bonus for the bunk beds for the kids. I liked that there were double curtains on the window, it stopped the strong street light. The kitchen looked nice, really cool upward sliding doors. Big curved TV. Friendly atmosphere. I did not like the constant noise from the maintenance rooms of the building during the night, it was very loud, earbuds needed. However this is not the fault of the apartment. Some ideas for improvement: - More room for the legs and knees on the toilet. Solvable with sliding shower door? - A few tea mugs in the kitchen. Plus a vegetable peeler. - The chairs are dangerous to children, because of the round bended legs (the front part of the leg on the floor). They can fall over if they sit on the front part of the seat. Triangular fall over stoppers are needed (plastic). On the other hand they are quite comfortable for adults. - The dining table is very nice looking but dangerous because of the sharp glass edges and corners. Child had accident combined with chair.

• Michael (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent parking. Great view from the windows. Good location Supermarket nearby with free parking ,a bonus. The shower was very slippery. A non-slip mat would be handy and safer A toaster would be nice.
• Bob (9/5): Nice and quiet apartment well situated close to Hallstatt - The apartment is situated in a building in a quiet street, nearly no traffic. I had very quiet nights in the comfortable bed. The kitchen has everything you need to be able to cater for yourself, as long as you are not too demanding. There is a lot of storage space in the cupboards in case you need it. In case you want to watch television or DVD's (there are lots of DVD's on the shelf), the screen is super sized. The apartment building has it's own parking lot in front, which is convenient. The floor of the shower has a crack; as a result some water is leaking on the bathroom floor. But the owner left enough towels in the apartment, so this was not much of a dealbreaker.

• Peter (8/5): Nice apartment in beautiful countryside - View from the windows was the best ever. There were some problems but the staff was very helpful and willing to solve it ASAP. Also the room inventory, kitchen, fridge and TV with DVDs were really useful. It is a bit too far from the closest bus or train station or shop. You need a car or a bike or willingness to walk 15 minutes every time.
