- Rosa (6/5): Just ok - It is a nice small apartment, very frugal, but ok. Well located, close to the Cathedral. Apartment is in fourth floor with no elevator, so don't go if you have mobility issues (or heavy lugagge). Overall maintenance could be better. Horrible wifi range, it only worked if you stood near the door. Host sent us a note asking if they could help with something. Our reply went to a "no_reply" address. The address they then suggested also rejected the message. The problem remained unresolved.

Los anfitriones, a pesar de que nos los conocí en persona, estuvieron muy atentos, me escribieron antes de llegar y durante la estadía, dispuestos a ayudarme si hubiera tenido algún inconveniente. (por suerte no tuve!)

Porte double bâtant coté fixe sans crémone : 3 vis en haut ; côté ouvrant crémone bloque peu en haut!!! représentant Flateli est venu constater, mais ne peut rien faire, ... Nous avons passé 2 mauvaises nuits. A noter lampe câble dénudé... lits, lattes non tenues, en mauvais état .

- Josean (7/5): No está mal. - La ubicación. Una pata de una cama está peligrosamente torcida. El baño está bien que tenga estractor pero al funcionar con la única luz cada vez que se enciende el baño arranca el motor. Eso es un poco incómodo.

The bed was very comfortable, we had a fantastic stay! Hosts were great, checked in during our stay. Would love to return. The room was on the fourth floor, so climbing the steps! However, being on this flour meant the most beautiful view from the balcony so the stairs were worth it!

- Emma (2/5): Tiny unpractical place, not worth the money - Location is good, in the heart of the Barri Vell (old town). Beds were comfy. We booked the 'Street View Apartment' - DO NOT BOOK! The pictures you see are a mix between the Street View and River View apartments, which are very different. The Street View 'apartment' is tiny - smaller than a standard hotel room. You enter into the 'kitchen' which is the size of a small closet. The fridge was half the size of a normal bar fridge. No where to dry the dishes and the letting company gives you one tiny dishcloth to dry the dishes with. We had booked for 4 nights but complained that this wasn't what we expected so they eventually relocated us, which was appreciated. Bathroom is fairly small but functional. The 'River View Apartments' are better value and more spacious, at least there is a separate kitchen! Being in the old town, the area is busy and noisy throughout the day and night so bring earplugs if you need.

- Gabriela (8/5): Logement bien situé qui permet d’accéder aux principaux lieux d’intérêt. - Nous avons apprécié la localisation, le kit savon douche et le kit cuisine mis à disposition, ainsi que la bouteille d’eau trouvée à notre arrivée. Les deux lits jumeaux étaient confortables. Le robinet de la salle de bain et les toilettes avaient du jeu et bougeaient un peu. L’environnement extérieur était calme le soir, en revanche l’insonorisation à l’intérieur de l’immeuble était moyenne. Cependant, la literie étant confortable et nous avons malgré tout bien dormi.

- Isamar (6/5): Experiencia aceptable - El apartamento es correcto. Tiene lo que necesitas para pasar un par de días en la ciudad. Es cuqui y está situado en el casco antiguo, la parte más bonita de la ciudad. La seguridad del apartamento es bastante nula. La puerta no se cerraba bien y con un simple empujón podría abrirse completamente. Por otro lado, me dejé un edredón y cuando les pregunté para recogerlo yo misma (a la espera de sus indicaciones) me respondieron que lo revisarían y tras preguntarle una semana después me dieron largas con el argumento de que no se había encontrado ningún edredón, algo que es completamente falso y creo que no les hubiera costado nada devolverlo ya que vivo en la ciudad y podía pasarlo a busca en cualquier momento.

- Helen (6/5): Perfectly situated apartment at a great price - The apartment was very well situated in the old town it couldn’t have been better placed. High ceilings and a lot of light were positive. It had a great view over the river and the kitchen had all the appliances you’d need. It was also very cost effective. When I arrived the property hadn’t been cleaned and that gave a very poor first impression which is hard to recover from. The bed and pillows weren’t particularly comfortable. Overall the decor was tired and the crockery and kitchen utensils basic. It could do with a bit of an upgrade but I guess the condition is in line with the great price.

On the fourth floor up very steep stairs, which were really tough for a couple of travelers in their mid 70’s. Would never have book this if I had known it was fourth floor. Very basic galley kitchen without soap, dish towel, etc. Very poor communication from company. Didn’t send check-in instructions until same morning, when we were traveling. Never did get the parking sorted out with them.

Estaba un punto descuidado, aunque la relación calidad precio era buena y estaba limpio habías bastantes desperfectos, por ejemplo varias Luces que no encendían, la pata de la cama a un tris de caerse, una manita de pintura no le vendría mal. No tiene ascensor y ni me di cuenta mientras reservaba.

- Lou (4/5): Très décevant. - Seulement la localisation Le ménage est à revoir, une latte du lit était cassée mais « ce n’est pas grave vous ne dormez pas de ce côté là », pour presque 800€ la semaine je trouve ça négligeant de la part du personnel. Le robinet de la salle de bain ne tient pas, le lavabo quant à lui, va bientôt tomber du mur. Les lits étaient remplis de fourmis. La cuisine ne correspondait pas tellement aux photos sur le site. L’établissement est très décevant et ne vaut pas son prix.

Je dirais même que ce n’est pas à louer par temps froid (l’hiver) . Système de chauffage non adéquat. Pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain. La porte fenêtre est peu étanche et jette bcp de froid.

- Robin (7/5): Beautiful historic Appartement but a little run down. - Great location, close to lots of historic location and felt historic itself. Loved having a kitchen so we didn’t need to eat out every day. The river view was beautiful! Beds frames seemed more like cots, there was no headboard so the pillows kept slipping into the gap between the wall. There was a rip in my duvet cover and I noticed some mold in the shower so I’m concerned they aren’t checking when cleaning enough. There was also no hand soap in the bathroom.

Las instalaciones están muy bien, tiene todo lo necesario y es cómodo. No funcionó el wifi en todo el finde semana y el grifo del lavado estaba suelto

Quiero presentar una reclamación formal por la estancia reservada a través de Booking, ya que la experiencia fue totalmente insatisfactoria y muy distinta a lo contratado. El alojamiento indicaba que cerraba a las 17:00 h. Al avisar de que llegaríamos más tarde, el personal nos informó de que nos dejarían las llaves debajo de una maceta, enviándonos una fotografía y la dirección Calle Anyells, 3, Corçà. En mi reserva constaba que el alojamiento se encontraba en Girona, pero dicha dirección estaba a unos 30 minutos de distancia, sin que esto se indicara claramente. Tras más de 7 horas de viaje, llegamos sobre las 23:00 h a la ubicación enviada. Al levantar la maceta no había llaves y, al llamar al timbre, las personas que se encontraban allí nos informaron de que se trataba de una villa privada, sin relación alguna con el hotel. En ese momento, siendo ya muy tarde y encontrándonos desorientados, temimos haber sido víctimas de una estafa. Finalmente logré contactar con un miembro del personal llamado Marc, quien nos indicó que la ubicación enviada era incorrecta y que se trataba de un error, facilitándonos una nueva dirección distinta. Toda esta situación me provocó un ataque de ansiedad, por lo que tuve que acudir a urgencias hospitalarias, donde fui atendida y medicada. Tras otros 30 minutos de desplazamiento, llegamos al alojamiento cerca de la 01:00 h. Al intentar acceder a la habitación asignada, surgieron nuevos problemas y, tras contactar nuevamente con Marc, se nos indicó que accediéramos a otra habitación diferente, restándole importancia al cambio. La habitación facilitada no se correspondía con la reservada: en lugar de una cama de matrimonio había dos camas individuales, la televisión y el WiFi no funcionaban, el mando de la televisión estaba pegajoso y en mal estado higiénico, la ducha estaba muy sucia y el váter se movía. El estado general de limpieza y mantenimiento era claramente deficiente. El trato recibido por parte del personal fue poco

- Laura (3/5): Very disappointing - Location was great and it was a cheap option for us considering we were only staying for one night Where to start. The room was incredibly unclean, I'm shocked anyone would think it was okay to rent out to people. There was an ant infestation near the sink area, meaning we had to be careful where we put our stuff. The bed was uncomfortable. The shower was very dirty and full of ants. The "balcony" area had a broken chair, so we could only use one of them at a time. The doors to our room felt very unsafe and wouldn't close properly, which is a huge concern for us young girls travelling together. This experience just proves that looks can be deceiving when you compare it to what is advertised online.
- Adna (7/5): Good for a short stay - Great for a short stay. The location is perfect. It’s in the historic centre and 15 min walk to the train station. All of the sights are 5 minutes away, lots of good restaurants and cafes in the same street. The staff is very responsive and helpful, and the apartment was clean. It’s small but we stayed for 2 nights so it was completely fine for us. Although the vibe of apartment and the interior are very pretty, it could use some renovation, especially the bathroom. Since we visited in late November, the floors were very cold and it would be nice if slippers were provided.

- Wilma (7/5): Het was heel prettig in het centrum te zitten, de accommodatie heeft onderhoud nodig - De locatie was heel goed Het gebouw was zeer gehorig , de kamer aan de straat kant was ook gehorig , geen isolatie naar buiten dus alle straatrumoer hoorde je .
