• Milana (10/5): A wonderful stay with a kind host, a clean apartment, and everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. - The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed during our stay. The host was extremely kind and welcoming — he greeted us upon arrival, helped us with our luggage when leaving, and even waited with us for the taxi. We also received a lovely small gift before departure, which made the experience even more special. The location was peaceful and convenient, with a grocery store and bus stops nearby. We also appreciated the extra touches like coffee, tea, water in the fridge, shower gels, and beach towels. The only small thing we missed was a microwave, but we already knew beforehand that there wouldn’t be one, so it was not a big issue. The traffic outside can also be a little busy at night, which may cause some noise for light sleepers.

Η τοποθεσία του ήταν εξαιρετική, με εύκολη πρόσβαση τόσο στην πόλη όσο και στο αεροδρόμιο. Επίσης, ακριβώς απέναντι υπάρχει σούπερ μάρκετ, κάτι πολύ πρακτικό για οτιδήποτε χρειαστεί κατά τη διάρκεια της διαμονής. Ο κύριος Νίκος ήταν πολύ ευγενικός και πάντα πρόθυμος να μας βοηθήσει σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε. Η φιλοξενία του έκανε τη διαμονή μας ακόμη πιο ευχάριστη.

Close to everything to make a lasting, enjoyable and memorable vacation. A complete and affordable supermarket was exactly opposite the facility. Nicholas is the ideal model host who went over and beyond to ensure our total and complete satisfaction during our stay. He gave us welcome and departing gifts. There was so much affection and kindness displayed by him and his assistant, Maria. They were fully committed to ensure that my wife and I had a successful vacation. Everything was perfect for us. Nicholas was kind enough to provide us with a studio that met our needs, as we requested.

• D. H. Wieser (9/5): Ideale Unterkunft wenn man die Insel mit einem Leihauto erkunden will. - Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zur Begrüßung gab es sogar Wein, Wasser und Saft kostenlos. Das Appartment war sehr gut ausgestattet und ruhig, da etwas von der Hauptstraße entfernt. Parkplatz in Seitenstraße kostenfrei. Supermarkt gegenüber. (SKLAVENITIS) Für das oberste Stockwerk ist körperliche Fitness erforderlich, da kein Lift verfügbar ist.
• Indre RAKALOVIČIENĖ (10/5): Nuostabu - Puikūs apartamentai ,kuriuose mums pavyko praleisti puikias atostogas ! Apartamentuose buvo viskas ,kas reikalinga pasigaminti maistą , išsiskalbti drabužius. Buvo jauku ,labai švaru , labai patogi vieta , 1 min iki didelio prekybos centro , bei 1 min iki autobusų stotelės ,nuo kurios galėjome pasiekti oro uostą. Kitoje kelio pusėje stotelė į Rodo miestą. Iki paplūdimio netoli ,jis nuostabus. Rekomendacijos 100%🙂♥️♥️♥️ Nebent dušo užuolaida , bet viskas ok.

• Ekaterina (10/5): Самый дешёвый и приятный отель, удобно расположен - Это был самый дешёвый и уютный номер, в котором мы останавливались! Чисто, приятно, дружелюбные хозяева оставили сок, вино, воду и печенье для нас. Хозяева поддерживали нас в переписке, пока мы добирались в шторм. Отель близко к аэропорту, рядом супермаркет, мы удобно забежали туда перед полётом. Такого не было, нам очень понравилось место. Парковка не совсем рядом с отелем, а на другой стороне дороги, но это вообще не доставило неудобства.

• Roxana (8/5): Such helpful hosts, and the flat was clean and comfortable - The hosts are so helpful, and generous. There were gifts waiting for us when we arrived. Nikolaos and Maria checked in with us a couple of times making sure that we had what we needed. Nikolaos helped us with advice and recommendations. He even phoned a cruise company on our behalf. The hosts even noticed that I had washed the bed sheets after my son had an accident, and they offered me dry ones straight away. Such warm hosts, we were truly impressed. The flat was clean, and washing up liquid as well as washing liquid were provided, something not many hosts offer. It's an economy flat, so don't expect luxury, but comfortable and clean. There's also a balcony, and a clothes horse for drying your washing. There's an electric stove with two hobs, a sauce pan and a frying pan. There are a few utensils available too. We were able to cook some simple meals. There's a supermarket across the road, and bus stops just minutes away taking you to the airport or into Rhodes town. The shower curtain felt a bit tricky because keeping the water only in the shower caddy was impossible for us. But there was a mop in the flat, and we could clean up the floor quickly after having a shower.

Στα καλύμματα υπήρχαν όλες οι παροχές, πλυντήριο, βραστήρας, κατσαρόλες, σίδερο, τα πάντα, βέβαια παρόλο που δεν προσφέρεται «πρωινό» ο κύριος Νίκος φρόντισε να υπάρχει κάτι φαγώσιμο στο σπίτι. Υπήρχε πάρκινγκ κάτι που ήταν πολύ βολικό και επιπλέον ο κύριος Νίκος ήταν πολύ ευγενικός και πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει σε οτιδήποτε χρειαζόμασταν στην διαμονή μας.

• Stefan (10/5): Well equipped apartment in a nice area. - So very nice and well equipped apartment! It has a kitchenette, washing machine and TV with streaming service. The owner was so helpful with everything and he’s such a nice guy. When I told him that the bed was terribly hard for me he went and bought a thicker mattress for it! I would recommend Economisa apartments to anyone who would like to have a good stay in Ixia/Ialysos. Supermarket right across the street and walking distance to both Ixia and Ialysos. 5-10 minutes walk to the beach depending on which beach you want to visit. Near the road but still quiet. We liked everything.

Άρτια εξοπλισμένο, απο καφε,ζαχαρη ,αφεψήματα τσάι,χαμομήλι, μέντα τα οποία μπορούν να φανούν πολύτιμα απο μια στομαχικη διαταραχή η κάποιο δερμάτικο ερεθισμό! Σίδερο, σιδερώστρα, σφουγγαριστρα κλειστή, κουβα ,απλώστρα, μανταλάκια, απορρυπαντικο πλυντηρίου, σκόνη για το χέρι, πιάτων και κλειστό καινούριο σφουγγάρι! Κουζινικα σκεύη, σίτες, προϊόντα υποδοχής νερο χυμό κρασι μπισκότα αφρόλουτρα και ειναι πεντακάθαρο σε ήσυχη και κεντρική τοποθεσία! Ειναι τοσο ανετο που εαν χρειαζόταν να μείνω μόνιμα στο νησί θα το επέλεγα για μακροχρόνια διαμονή! Θα το προτιμήσω σίγουρα ξανα οταν επιστρέψω στην πανέμορφη Ρόδο! A kamasz gyerekeink elfértek a kanapékon. A konyha annyira felszerelt, hogy reggelizni lehessen. Van vizforraló, melegszendvics sütő/grill, bekészítve teafiltetek, kávé, víz, üdítő. Kaptunk több törölközőt és külön hatalmas strandtörölközőt is. Csodás kilátás nyílik a teraszról a kertre és a hegyre. Közel van a reptér és Rodosz város. Parkolni a szemben lévő kis utcában lehet. Nem bántotta senki a bérelt autót. Szívből ajánlom. A fotók megfelelnek a valóságnak. A zuhany nagyon kicsi és a függöny nem praktikus.

There is nothing that we didn’t like about the apartment but we had little bit problem by crossing the road to reach our car or to go to super market because apartment is on the main road and quite busy road,then we learned that the cars stop when you wait at the pedestrian pass area🙄🙂🇹🇷🇬🇷

Ο ιδιοκτήτης Κύριος Νίκος είναι πολύ ευγενικός ,κοινωνικός και πολιτισμένος καθώς και η Κυρία Μαρία που εξυπηρετεί εκεί.Η κατασκευή της οικοδομής εξασφαλίζει την αποτροπή κλοπής από τα παράθυρα ή τα μπαλκόνια . Ένας φούρνος μικροκυμάτων στην κουζίνα.

• panagiotis (7/5): - Ευγενικοτατος ιδιοκτήτης και τον ευχαριστώ. Επίσης μου άρεσε που είχε πλυντήριο το σπίτι, το έκανα χρήση. Έχει όλα όσα υπόσχεται από παροχές. Το κατάλυμα τίμιο για τα χρήματά του (μην ξεχνάμε ότι ήταν 110€ /ημέρα περίπου ) εκτός των όσων γράφω παρακάτω. Επίσης με εκνεύρισε φοβερά το booking που με ανάγκασε να πληρώσω εκ των προτέρων και όχι στο κατάλυμα. 1. Πρόβλημα με το ζεστό νερό στο μπάνιο. Κατά τα λεγόμενα του ιδιοκτήτη που δεν τα αμφισβητώ είναι θέμα δήμου Ιαλυσού Μάλιστα ο άνθρωπος μου ζήτησε συγγνώμη και επεξεργαζόταν λύσεις με το μυαλό του. Ελπίζω να είναι κάτι εντελώς προσωρινό. 2. Με ενόχλησε που το κατάλυμα ήταν στον 3ο όροφο και έπρεπε να ανέβω με τις σκάλες για 6 ημερες 3 ορόφους. Δεν έγραφε πουθενά ότι νοικιάζω κατάλυμα στον 3ο όροφο, ούτε καν ότι η οικοδομή έχει 3 ορόφους. 3. Θα προτιμούσα η είσοδος έξω από το κατάλυμα και η είσοδος αυτού να είναι περιποιημένη.
• Valeria (8/5): - The apartment was clean, had a conditioner and all necessary items we needed, including the drying rack, kitchen utensils, etc. The host was great - friendly in just sufficient amount:) The beach was ~8 min walk, we were also able to use the nearby pool with some arrangements. Also, the nearby pension's hosts were very helpful and friendly - we rented a car from them and had a great week driving around. A shop just in from of the hotel was a bonus. I'd probably recommend the place for two people or at least small family with small children. There were two sofas in the kitchen, but not too long and in general there is not too much space. The hot water in the shower had not enough pressure for a proper shower, although with that heat outside it didn't bother us much.

• Parsa (9/5): A clean, spacious, and well-located apartment - Apartment perfect for a couple, spacious, clean, big wardrobe, big bathroom and everything you need. Washing machine tablet provided already and sponge and washing up liquid provided to wash dishes so you do not have to spend money and waste to use only a few times. Bath and beach towels provided for use while staying. Location is perfect, 15min walk into local town, supermarket opposite the apartment and bakery 5min walk away ( Karavolias ). Bus into rhodes town and airport comes every 10min outside the apartment too. Nikoloas & Maria are super helpful if you ever need anything. Thank you so much! Hard to think of any! Apartment door could be renovated to minimise noise coming into the room from the hallway as we got woken up a few times from noise in the hallway and shower is a bit small and water pressure could be better (both cold and hot)
