• Alana (10/5): Cozy and simple, perfect for two people. - It was cozy and clean, owner really takes care of the place. Location was super convenient and easy check in/out instructions. also free parking! The only thing was the shower fan liked to stay on and the stairs after a night out!

• Novindarjit (9/5): A wonderful apartment for a family get away! - The accommodation was wonderful. The apartment was clean & tidy, and the host, Ramsey, left coffee, milk, Milo, bottles of water and soft drinks for us. Ramsey was contactable when we needed his advice. The location is close to the city, and the bus & train stations are near the apartment. It was also helpful that there were plenty of eatries nearby. Will stay again when we next visit. All is good.

• Gene (8/5): A very nice apartment for a 3 night stay and a Close ops or Footscray. - Location was good for an easy tram ride into Melbourne. Directions and instructions from the host were clear and easy to follow. The host left chocolates, cereal, milk and necessities to make our first nights stay more convenient, and were very much appreciated. Apartment was clean and well appointed. Apartment is on the first floor and road noise can be an issue while trying to sleep, particularly in the main bedroom.

• Amber (10/5): Incredible value for money - cosy home away from home ❤️ - The property was incredible value for money. Beds were super comfortable and cosy and the utilities of the kitchen and laundry were fantastic. There were also little snacks supplied and condiments, as well as a coffee machine! 100% would stay again and recommend to couples and small families. Construction noise over the road at night
• Leung Chi (7/5): Generally positive experience overall, with minor inconveniences, but great value. - Good value property, relatively close to CBD within 15 mins drive, clean and tidy, comfortable overall, host was super helpful & accommodating, prompt responses from the host, the directions provided was easy to follow 3 flights of stairs with no lift access from the carpark, no desk to work on, 2 high dining chairs for a family of 5 which is not sufficient to eat at the property

• Nga (8/5): A convenient unit for family - The location is good for people who rely on public transport. The unit is on level one. Bedroom faces the main road, which is very noisy from the traffic, especially the tram that runs well into midnight.

• Ken (9/5): Superb - Place was neat and clean. The owner was super responsive and accommodative You have to be used to the sounds of the city. The apartment being close to the city is both a boon and a bane. But still depends on your preference.

• Stefan (7/5): Good - good facilities, good kitchen equipment and oil/spices cooking ingredients available, coffee/tea etc. Ice cube trays were filled on arrival and check in easy enough from the description. There is a roof top terrace with an electric BBQ if you are into this. the washing machine and dryer didn't have instructions, so were difficult to use. The draining hose of the washing machine appeared not connected right into the drain, so the washing machine did not drain (otherwise would have flooded the kitchen). The location was good for us, as we were visiting family in Footscray. The flat, however, is on a busy junction, which can be noisy. Beds were to a bit to soft for my liking.

• Lesley (10/5): Ideal place to stay to access the city, the airport and surrounding area - It was exactly as described. It was good value for Melbourne and in easy reach of the city centre by regular bus and train. You can buy a Myki card from the Empire milk bar and store across the street. It was spacious and comfortable. There was everything needed to cook, including oils and condiments. There is a supermarket next to the building. There was water and snacks waiting for us and there’s a 24 hour MacDs next door which was great as we arrived at 1am. It’s only 20 mins from the airport and there is parking under the building. • Catherine (9/5): Everything you need and more - We loved how comfortable the property was. It was close to everything and made for a very comfortable home base for exploring Melbourne for the first time as a family. Ramsey was absolutely amazing to deal with, easily contactable if needed, and went out of his way to make sure we were able to check in early so our toddler could nap. There were snacks and treats in the apartment which was a lovely touch. Great value as well. The mattress wasn’t the most comfortable as we like softer mattresses (but this is a personal preference and NOT a reflection on the property in any way).
• Chantal (10/5): Exceptional - The service was wonderful. We got lost on the first day. A man named ramsey was so patient and helpful. The bnb itself was tempered, comfortable, and pretty. With little aromatic plug-ins and little baskets of edibles. We felt very special and it was pleasurable to come back to at the end of the day. The kids loved thier own room and a bunk bed. The location wasn't overly great. But public transport to get places we weren't that worried. When we stayed, we slept well and were refreshed with lots of little comforts for our day of exploring.
• Joanne (9/5): A hidden little gem so close to everything. - Loved the location as it was so close to everywhere, the local shops stock so much if needed. The apartment was clean with so many little extras which was much appreciated. I would highly recommend this apartment to anybody looking to stay in the Melbourne area. The beds were great, the air conditioner kept the place cool and there was the added bonuses of being able to cook, and wash and dry your clothes when required. The shower was nice and hot and we got a restful sleep. It's not a negative for the property as such but if you have mobility requirements there are quite a few stairs to go up and down. If you have a hire car the size of a Pajero it will be a very tight squeeze in the carpark however there is much off street parking to choose from which was fantastic. We parked the car in the street each time and had no dramas whatsoever.

• Jodi (10/5): A beautiful and very affordable stay. - Amazing! It was the little touches like milk in the fridge, washing liquid, tissues and wipes, snacks on the table. And the best shower in the world . Only one feedback…their was no AC in the bedrooms so very warm. Only one fan that didn’t work well. But this wasn’t a deal breaker at all.

• Eileen (9/5): Superb - A modern home with full kitchen facilities. Unit was very well kept and clean. Highly recommend for family stay. Gated parking was a plus for security Stairs! As the unit doesn’t have lift access, one ll need to lift the luggage up as the unit is on the 1st floor.

• Nhi (10/5): Little gem in footscray - The property was well equipped with everything I needed including a washing machine, dryer, iron, washing line and ironing board. Really made the experience feel like home. The kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms were pristine equipped with portable heaters. I specifically like the thoughtfulness of the host leaving water bottles, treats and confectionary which the kids loved. Coffee shop and mcdonalds on the ground floor ensured we were all sorted for coffee and meals. Would highly recommend this property for a bit of a getaway
• Leyla (9/5): Clean and Comfortable - The property was VERY clean. It was in a good location also. The host was also very good, they provided little goodies that we were not expecting. The host was also very communicative and prompt with responses which I really liked. We also had free parking with the accomodation which was great. Minor inconvenience, but there was 3 flights of stairs to get to the unit with no elevator. Definitely not a deterrent for a future visit to Melb to stay here

• Narelle (9/5): Superb - The apartment was very nice and clean. There were great little restaurants and a grocery store very nearby. Communication via email was good. Very noisy at night with the traffic right outside our window. The view from the loungeroom was ugly with graffiti walls and ugly lot in the view.

• Neville (9/5): Lovely Cozy Place. - The place is very nice, cozy and very clean .kitchen equipment is complete, they got microwave, coffee machine, and also you can do your laundry as they have washing machine and dryer. They also have laundry detergent and softener available to use, although we didn't know that and bought our own detergent. Bed is comfortable, they also have cooking equipment available, fridge is big enough to store and buy groceries. You can also use the oven to bake. although there's 2 bed the other bed is a day bed turn into a main bed, if your a very tall person might be small fo you, but overall it's a lovely place, I don't recommend for person with having trouble going up and down the stairs, as there's no lift to get into the Apartment. There's a lift to get into the main Building and access to the common area, but the Building to access the Apartment is on the 2nd level. About 30steps up. The area is not bad at all McDonald's Restaurant next door, Local grocer nearby, but traffic can be bad not just in Footscray area but around Melbourne CBD.

• Christine (10/5): Very lovely and clean abode... it feels just like home! - This place is absolutely lovely... it feels just like home! Appreciate all the little things provided here... a bowl of chocolate/snacks, some drinking water bottles, and also hand sanitizer. Nice, strong water pressure in bathroom and kitchen area, soap and shampoo smells heavenly too 😊 Kitchen is equipped with basically everything that one needs, it's very convenient to whip-up simple meals. So glad to have a washing machine and dryer here too, thus one doesn't need to pack so much clothes for 1- or 2-week's vacation. Really lucky to have such perfect hosts (Ramsey and Nhi)... Ramsey was very responsive to queries + shared details of the covered car park and also check-in instructions clearly. Thank you for the cosy stay, warm welcome and hospitality! Nothing lacking at all... perhaps can consider adding a hand-held bidet spray for the toilet (for future plans).

• Mark (6/5): A pleasant enough stay - The location of this apartment is very central, especially if you are attending an event in the Western Suburbs. There is public transport very close by, a McDonalds next door, other local food eateries and a supermarket within close walking distance. The apartment is very clean, and chocolates on arrival was a nice touch. Really nice kitchen and bathroom, lounge area was excellent too. Secure parking was a bonus. The communication from the owner was excellent with easy entry, parking and facilities instructions. The beds were quite uncomfortable. The pillows were really hard. If you closed the door to the bedrooms they became really hot. The apartment is situated on a busy road and there was loud traffic noise 24 hours per day.

Good communicaiton. Finding the car park level without any signs and having to go out of the building and then up stairs with heavy suitcases.

• Fc (10/5): Exceptional - We are a family of four (all adults) and this place was perfect for us! the house is so neat, bright and clean just feels like home! It's equipped with almost everything we needed like washing machine, tumble dryer (could also dry your clothes on the balcony with drying rack provided), a nice kitchen (stovetop & oven!) along with oil, salt & pepper also some herbs! I also love the plants, capsule coffee/ instant coffee/ cereal and chocolate provided. The apartment is located in a peaceful neighbourhood, although it is on the first floor (with stair access) and next to a main road, it is not so noisy, free street parking was also easy. Check in was smooth you only need to follow instructions provided by the Host Ramsey. Ramsey is very responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!

Really great place where the hosts have thought of every little detail to make it an amazing stay. Communication with the hosts was great and super helpful. Thank you. The only thing is walking up the flight of stairs to get to the accomodation. A little bit difficult with suitcases and bags of stuff. Minor inconvenience for a great place.
