Isolation phonique du logement très faible, on entend le moindre bruit extérieur

• Ruth (7/5): Piso correcto para estancia corta. - Muy bien la respuesta del propietario, rápida y clara. Me gustó que pudimos entrar al piso sin contratiempo. El piso estaba limpio y nos dejaron café y bebida en el refrigerador. Había todos los utensilios y necesarios para cocinar. Hay un parking en la urbanización, cercano, pero no cubierto. El colchón de la cama principal está hundido. La ducha no tenía soporte y había que sostenerla manualmente para usarla. El cubículo es pequeño. Es una 2da planta por ascensor.

No lights around buildings and stairway, had to use my mobile. Sink in bathroom blocked, had to use kerty needs visitors only who have a car,
• Margaretha (7/5): Es war nicht so wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben. - Die Wohnung war in Ordnung Die Lage, im ´Niemandsland. Es war ca.10 Km von Salou entfernt, Der nächste Supermarkt ca. 30 Min. geschweige, dass man abends gemütlich mal raus und in einer Kneipe oder Bar zum was trinken konnte. Der Strand war mit Bagger und Lkw`s belegt, da sie eine neue Strandanlage bauen. So mußte man für alles das Auto benützen, zum Einkaufen, Bummeln, was gemütlich abends zu trinken und natürlich den Strand. Nun hatten wir schon 2x dieses Jahr Pech mit einer Ferienwohnung von Ihnen. Im Mai in Süditalien Torre San Giovanni, wo damals die Wohnung noch nicht fertig war und der Makler uns dann wo anders untergebracht hat, und jetzt schon wieder. Wir haben uns geschworen keine Ferienwohnung mehr bei Ihnen zubuchen. Nur Hotel oder Mobilheim eventl. Schade wir waren mit Ihren Angeboten jahrelang zufrieden.

• Rut (8/5): Relación calidad precio excepcional - La tranquilidad y la zona donde se encuentra el apartamento. La piscina estaba muy limpia y tranquila. La amplia cristalera del comedor y la terraza, lo mejor del apartamento para nosotros. Al entrar el primer día , fuerte olor ha cerrado. Faltaban utensilios de cocina y un poco más de orden y limpieza. La cama bastante incómoda para dos personas. Se iba hundiendo del centro conforme pasaba la noche.

• Stevang90 (9/5): Très bon séjour! - Très bien situé entre les plages et le parc d'attraction, belle piscine peu fréquentée, (prévoir une caution pour les bracelets), propre, climatisé, grand frigo, et super terrasse! Machine à laver ok. Parking et/ou places de parking disponibles. Propriétaire disponible par whatsapp, réponds rapidement. Très bon séjour dans l'ensemble ! Effectivement la cuisine date un peu mais elle reste fonctionnelle... La douche est petite...

Nos encantó la piscina y la terraza del apartamento No tener que buscar para aparcar Si vuelvo a Salou repetiria sin duda La cocina necesita una renovación La ducha pequeña. Pero nada realmente importante como para no poder disfrutar de tu estancia.
