- Mark (8/5): A really lovely and relaxing stay, in a lovely and well-placed flat - We thought it was really nice apartment with nice sized kitchen, amazing views of the harbour, great location close to the town. Having 7A on the door would be helpful, as we weren't sure which flat was ours or 7B.
The bathroom upstairs wasn't well set up for shaving (eg shaving mirror), and we managed to miss where the recycling was until we were leaving sadly..
- jean (9/5): Si vous aimez le calme, la tranquilité, des vues magnifiques, mais la proximité de la ville. - Emplacement, vue, silence! Pas de séchoir pour la lessive.
- Catherine (10/5): - Fantastic place cosy and warm good location Nothing
- wyndham (9/5): Good - Location Shower was pretty pathetic
- Jon (7/5): - Tidy, large apartment, quiet, great views No hot water upstairs. Cooker extractor buttons sticky and greasy.
- Taylor (9/5): Very well appointed and comfortable. Except for the anove comments. - The access to the property was difficult outside along with the parking.
The apartment was great however. Just two things the upstairs bedroom whist the shower was hot the sink tap was cold. The base of the bed was exposed and I think made of Metal. I did bang my leg on it and got a huge bruise and lump. My fault in one way but it would be better if it had some sort of clagging on it as it is quite near tthe wall opposite the end of the bed.
- David (10/5): - A very spacious and light apartment. Comfortable and well equipped. Lovely views of the harbour. There are concrete steps to the front door and two flights of stairs inside so it would not be suitable for anyone with mobility problems.
- Amer (8/5): Lovely property in great location - Lovely property in great location Some windows do not open. No hot water in ensuite sink.
- LOUISE (7/5): We have not stayed in Falmouth before. We will certainly be returning, great town great location. - Location lovely, views breathtaking. We had a bit of an issue regarding refuse disposal which was not resolved even though we were in contact with the owners / managers. This did not spoil our stay but as a family we do like to think we take care of our rubbish and clean as we go, so this wasn’t nice and we did apologise but felt we weren’t able to clear as we would normally.
- Wendy (7/5): Lovely place, but it could have been done so much better. - Great location, nice and bright and lots of space. Beautiful views, particularly from the top bedroom. It was tatty and felt a bit ‘cheap’. Dishes and cutlery were old, mismatched and dirty. No welcome pack. The window with the best view was hazy so couldn’t really see out. And it was dangerous to open so the room was too hot to sit in. Not much to make it feel homely or welcoming.
- Viv (9/5): Comfortable base with stunning views - fantastic views, clean and comfortable, great location on foot if mobility isn't an issue, we found our legs with those hills, It's a well equipped property with plenty of space. A few things need a bit of attention, upstairs bathroom door is warped, so doesn't close properly.
although well equipped, some items are dated and tatty, pots and pans for example. saucepans were very old and tatty. it's also a shame the main window has popped, as it obscures the stunning view. a few other areas could use a little tlc, paper peeling in dining room for example, the garden furniture has seen better days, its ancient and one of the chairs only has three legs. luckily we saw before sitting on it, only just though! Just a few small touches could improve this property.
- Erin (10/5): Will hope this accommodation is available every time I come back to Falmouth! - Very clean from the moment we got in. Everything looked very lovely, beds were made beautifully. And that upstairs window gives such an amazing view of the sea. The hills, but like it's Cornwall, and you get over it eventually.
- Dresner (8/5): comfortable good welcome pack - toilet door loose. small items needed repair
- Laura (8/5): Very good -
- Celia (7/5): Nice stay, with a little more thought it could improve. - The views from lounge and top bedroom were lovely The path , hand rails and front garden plus the entrance hall were in a poor state, did not give a good first impression The inside was nice although agent gave wrong password for wi-fi , we did find it on router. Also although in accommodation literature it said to put all rubbish in sea-gull proof rubbish sacks and in bin storage outside couldn’t find any.
- Jennings (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mark1961 (9/5): Superb -
- Fiona (8/5): Lovely and relaxing stay, would definitely return! - The view from the lounge The key in the lock was tricky to open
- Monique (10/5): A beautiful clean home, Situated a short walking distance to town with quaint shops & restaurants. - Great location with a beautiful view overlooking the harbour & the Bay.
