• Hind (2/5): Ça ne vaut pas 200€ la nuit - L’emplacement est appréciable Le tarif de la chambre à 200€ pour un appartement pas confortable , le lit est petit pour un couple ( j aurais dû lire les anciens commentaires ) et les toilettes dysfonctionnement a chaque fois qu on tire la chasse d’eau , l’eau déborde complètement de la cuve . Ce n est pas hygiénique . Quand j ai remonté ces problématiques lors de mon départ l’hôte ne m’a même pas répondu .Je pense qu elle le fera sur booking et c’est bien dommage …

• Hans (10/5): Zeer mooie lokatie met een verrassende binnentuin - Verrassend mooie patio achter een anonieme muur. Lokatie is prima. Net buiten de drukte maar alles dichtbij De bedden kunnen wel iets steviger. Je voelt de binnenste veren vrij goed.

We had a wonderful timr and would recommend anyone to stay there! - The apartment was so cosy with pretty decor and everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Elena was really welcoming and helpful and took the time to settle us into the accommodation as well as introduce us to Seville. The historic setting of the courtyard made it a very special place to stay. The location was amazing and we could walk into the centre of Seville in 10 minutes. We loved everything about staying here. Nothing!

• christine (6/5): APPARTEMENT TROP SIMPLE ET TROP CHER - L'appartement est très bien situé pour visiter Séville à pieds. La cour intérieur est belle, malheureusement on ne la voit plus une fois que l'on est dans l'appartement. Nous voyageons beaucoup et avons loué de nombreux appartements, mais les explications (qu'il serait trop long d'énumérer ici) pour y accéder sont particulièrement complexes et pas toujours complètes, de plus on ne les reçoit que deux ou trois heures avant. Il en est de même pour le parking qui est annoncé comme un parking privé qu'il faut réserver rapidement et payer en espèces, alors qu'il s'agit d'un parking public accessible à tout le monde, quel intérêt ? Il faudrait préciser que l'appartement est situé au 2ème étage sans ascenseur, pénible avec de lourdes valises. L'appartement est annoncé avec une terrasse, en fait c'est une coursive d'un mètre de large qui passe devant toutes les portes. Certains locataires ont mis des petites tables où une fois installés ils bloquent le passage. D'autres suspendent leur linge sur des étendoirs ou au plafond et il faut le pousser pour passer. L'appartement lui même est très simple et assez sombre, ce qui ne serait pas un problème si le lit n'était pas si peu large (moins de 1,40 m) et la banquette du salon si peu confortable. Il n'y a pas de machine à café et même pas une bouteille d'eau dans le frigo à l'arrivée. Au vu de tout ceci, le prix est vraiment trop élevé, environ 170 euros par nuit avec le parking.

Tutto è raggiungibile a piedi e a 100 metri dall appartamento c è anche un comodissimo cattefour express. I migliori ristoranti e locali tipici sono raggiungibili in 5 minuti a piedi. La corte è davvero tipica e.pur essendo centralissima assolutamente silenziosa. Si viene trasportati in un atmosfera di altri tempi. Qui si sta bene davvero Nulla l unica da tener presente è che la struttira non sia adatta ai disabili motori

The apartment was clean and gave us everything we needed. The location is amazing and the fact that it's sixteen centuries quarters made it even more adventurous. We loved the quiet location very close to the main attractions of the old town. Good value for money for what we had, although if you want luxurious apartment, you should probably look for something else. I wanted to feel the core of the old town and I'm glad we booked it with Elena. N/A

• Abbi (7/5): Brilliant stay but descriptions of apartment didn't match. - The location is great. It was very clean and tidy and they provided with washing tables and cleaning products. The bed, bedding and towels were very comfortable and high quality. There was relaxing lighting and the terrace is a lovely place to sit. The shower is brilliant. Kitchen facilities are well set up and have everything you need. Just a really lovely apartment with some authentic charm. I was a little disappointed that it was described as a garden view. You can see the garden nicely from the terrace but not where the outside seating is for the apartment is. In the flat itself you can't see the garden. Along with this the descriptions didn't match. Eg it said it had a bath and fire place and bathrobes which were not at the property. Also it's not necessarily a bad thing but the apartment is amongst lots of locals apartments. Because of this there are lots of signs about 'silence'. You also check in and check out via WhatsApp so it's more like an Airbnb than a hotel. This might not bother some people but it just wasn't what we were expecting or shown on the listing. These things didn't ruin our stay as its really such a lovely space and I really recommend staying there it's just the descriptions don't match what you are told the apartment has to offer.

There are 2 doors to the Quarters of the villas making it safe and the apartments surround the 15/16 century beauty of it all. We did laundry as the suite as it had a washing machine and hung our clothes to dry outside in no time, Grocery store 30 or so meters away from front gates. The bed is small and could use an upgrade... perhaps another bedside table would be good too. bring slippers.

The courtyard was also pretty and Elena was a good host. The tiles on the floor of the bedroom were loose on one side and the toilet would always get wet when flushed because the flushing system was old.

Peaceful surroundings but a step out to great neighbourhood. Apartment was really comfortable and well equipped, lovely terrace to sit out. Elena checked in with us to ensure we had everything we needed. We took up the very welcome and convenient offer of a pick up from and to the airport.

Rules too much - Great location Quaint small apartment as we expected Comfortable bed The obsession with being quiet Being contacted in the evening to turn off the bathroom extracter fan . That felt like we were being watched. So we turned it off and the whole room steamed up which would probably be the reason there is black mould in the bathroom,’! This made me uncomfortable and seems ridiculous. The reason given was the neighbour was complaining. It was early evening!!

Now the room was outstanding, the bed was the most comfortable I've slept in my travels. one last thing. the secluded grounds was safe and extremely quiet. stay here if you come to Seville. thanks to everyone involved. • Khs (7/5): Good - Perfect location for walks to the main touristic hotspots of Sevilla. Also a nice experience to life in this great historic facility. For the dontown location very quite, almost nothing to hear from city traffic and the neighbors. If you travel with lot of luggage, be aware that you have to walk 10 mins from the closest parking garage. That was not very convenient since you cannot park in front of the building just for loading... regarding the bathroom, there was a problem with the flushing system of the toilet (which seems also from 16th century), increasing day by day. Looking into the water box I was shocked because someone tried to fix it alrady: with a thin rope... the agent, after I reported this problem (incl. foto), was kind of relaxed, since this "fix" was done by a "plumber" few weeks before...
• John (9/5): Lovely courtyard and a great location - Just what we needed for a three day stay in Seville. Great location and a functional room with cooking facilities and a fridge. It was a delightful courtyard and surprisingly quiet for a city centre location. Easy walks to all the bits of Seville you could want to see. and a great location Getting the key was a bit of an issue. There's a code for the front door/gate that responds to a call from your mobile. Didn't work! But the host intervened and opened it with theirs. After that, getting the physical key from the key safe box was straightforward.
• Karina (10/5): Beautiful accommodation in heart of Sevilla - It’s a beautiful accommodation in a historic courtyard. It’s very peaceful and the apartment is well appointed. It provided everything we needed and we absolutely loved the courtyard area. We definitely hope to stay here again. Not an issue for us- but please note that there are strict rules in this building about noise,and silence if preferred. Consider travelling light as you need to go up 2 flights of stairs (no elevators). The host was helpful but we found frequency of messaging on WhatsApp too much for our 2 night stay.

• Linda (10/5): A great little find and a fabulous host. - The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. We loved the traditional decor and ambiance. The courtyard was stunning and everywhere was so quiet. The bed was firm but comfortable and the best so far on our road trip. Great instructions via message and video to show how to gain access to the car park and apartment which was easy to follow. The host kept in touch with us throughout and was extremely helpful. When my husband became ill and needed medical assistance she rang the hospital and they sent an ambulance. She kept messaging to ask how things were going and asked on several occasions for updates on his progress even after we left to stay in Cordoba which was very thoughtful of her. She also messaged to reassure me that I wasn’t alone when we were in the hospital. We were so grateful that the apartment was available so that we could stay an extra night as my husband could not have travelled the day we were meant to move on let alone drive. There is a Carrefour shop across the road which supplied everything we needed. I felt safe going out on my own to buy provisions and to go to the pharmacist. Parking was organised by our host and was close by. The location was great and within walking distance to the Cathedral and old town. Overall an excellent stay and we can’t thank or praise our host enough. Thank you again. Having to carry the luggage up two flights of stairs and round the narrow pathways was a bit challenging. Maybe we should have checked this though before booking. Shower cubicle would benefit from an anti slip mat. Otherwise it was great!

• Samantha (10/5): A gem in a beautiful city. - It was a quiet space in the heart of seville, a short walk to everything, in a beautiful relaxing setting. It has been updated since the photo on here. But it has a retro feel with the furnishings. The cupboards are well stocked. We stayed for 4 nights we will definitely go back.

It was a little off the beaten track, but the owner provided a very helpful video which made it easy to find. The room was on the second floor and overlooked a lovely little courtyard. The unit has a washer but no dryer. There is a rack on which you can hang wet laundry. The kitchen is small, but quite functional. I recommend this establishment. It's very good value for money. The mattress was a little soft for me and the floor of the shower is extremely slippery.. The owner of the apartment was unaware of the problem, but assured us she would rectify it.

• Victoria (10/5): Really excellent traditional style apartment with all the sites within 10mins walk. - Amazing location and really excellent host. I was sent an explanatory video on how to gain entry. Carrefour just round the corner but there were basic provisions (tea, coffee, shampoo, conditioner) available in the apartment. The courtyard was so quiet and loved the space in the apartment and having a table and chairs on the balcony.

• Daniele (9/5): Great stay in a wonderful location, walking distace from everything! - The courtyard is amazing, the location is perfect for visiting the city center, there is a carrefour just in front of the door. The apartment is nice and fully equipped with microwave, kettle, fridge. Overall, a great place.
• Madison-bell (7/5): Lovely apartment in a historical setting - Lovely little apartment, located about 12 mins from the central tourist spots. Was clean and just like the pictures. The historical nature of the building complex was a plus, and the surroundings very beautiful. Host was prompt with responses and made the check in and out process easy. We weren’t aware that we had to notify the property if we were to use the sofa bed, a policy that seemed odd. We did get it sorted, but even with the topper provided the sofa bed was quite uncomfortable.

• Sioh (9/5): lovely andalusian apartment - lovely spacious apartment. we loved its andalusian ambience, specially the carefull match of bed linen and towels. we had to walk 10-15min to bus stops.

• Freja (9/5): Superb - Super cute, comfy apartment. Good location, host was very easy to communicate with. Bed was firm but actually really comfortable with a range of pillows. Plenty of linen provided too Water pressure in the shower wasn't great and didn't need to add any cold water but not an issue with sink taps. Little balcony outside was great but there is no where lie outside (in the sun or shade) and chill

• James (9/5): Best place for seville stay - We loved the quiet apartment (great for light sleepers). The location was perfect! Everything was at most a 10 minute walk. Our host Aitana was a superstar, catered to our every need and was available pretty much 24/7 if we needed her with great responsiveness. Terrace was great for outside meals with some curtains to hide you from the blistering seville sun. TV had netflix which was great also. Air conditioning was available in both the bedroom and living area which made sleeping alot easier!! Would definitely recommend.
