• Sarah (10/5): Great location, super clean and comfortable - Great location, super clean and very comfortable. The hosts left water, milk, coffee, snacks and breakfast which was much appreciated. The kitchen was well kit ted out and we were able to prepare a nice meal. Communication with hosts was good and they were there to meet us even though we arrived early. Great place for a stop over on the Via Francigena - just steps from the path! Nothing

• Sara Lenzi (10/5): Delizioso - Mi è piaciuta l'accoglienza che a distanza è stata gestita con semplicità. Molto cordiale Fabrizio, con cui ho parlato. Bella l'idea di mettere biscotti e dolcetti artigianali, apprezzatissimi. Per il resto non ho trovato nessuna pecca rispetto a ciò che mi ero immaginata, anzi anche meglio.

• RANALDI (10/5): Un posto speciale - Una delle cose che abbiamo maggiormente apprezzato è stato il gusto con cui è stata ristrutturata la struttura, che presenta un decor degli interni semplice ma curato e funzionale: c'è davvero tutto quello che può servire durante il soggiorno. Gli spazi comuni sono profumati da diffusori di essenze e ci sono vasi contenenti confettini e caramelline lungo corridoi e disimpegni, piccole coccole in più che fanno un'altra piccola differenza. L'host è stato gentilissimo, si è anche preso il disturbo di farmi trovare alimenti senza glutine per la colazione (cosa davvero inusuale!) ed è stato presente il giusto. Davvero un posticino speciale! Se proprio devo dare un consiglio piccolo picccolo, avrei gradito qualche straccetto e/o una scopetta per tenere un po' più in ordine durante il soggiorno.

• Sara (8/5): - Stanza pulita e curata, l'ambiente è accogliente e spazioso. Pur avendo aggiunto un lettino per mia figlia, rimane vivibile ed arieggiato. La palazzina che ci ha ospitati è centrale, la strada sottostante è un po' rumorosa, ma la comodità di poter chiudere tutto ed avere un condizionatore (vero! non il solito split portatile) è un plus . Se proprio dobbiamo trovarci un difetto, il letto non è il massimo della comodità, troppo soffice, ma lo diciamo più a titolo di suggerimento.
• Zanotto (9/5): Montefiascone - Nuova scoperta Est! Est! Est! - Ottima posizione centrale al paese e al centro storico. Monolocale pulito completo di tutto per un breve soggiorno. Noi siamo stati 2 giorni e siamo stati benissimo.

Chambre spacieuse avec tous les équipements nécessaires (dont une petite kitchenette avec un frigo). Parking gratuit à 400m. L' accueil et les attentions de l'hôte sont à mettre en avant...merci Matteo!

Confortevole e in posizione ottima - Posizionata in centro, ma in una strada silenziosa, la Residenza è una struttura ristrutturata da poco, pulitissima, confortevole e con tutto quello che può servire. Gli host gentili e disponibili. Torneremo di sicuro. Niente. Solo come suggerimento, senza alcuna critica, in quanto il cestino della colazione è fornito di tutto quello che può servire, in abbondanza, una colazione con prodotti freschi (ad es. brioche di giornata o frutta fresca o crostata/ciambellone homemade) sarebbe davvero il top.

• John (10/5): We LOVE this place! - We loved EVERYTHING about Residenza Margherita! We got a warm welcome from Elide, the mother of Matteo our wonderful and helpful host. They were always available to help us with everything. The location was perfect, an easy walk to some great restaurants. The accommodation was large and well appointed. We couldn’t ask for more. Upon our departure Elide presented us with a big bag of delicious cookies and warm hugs. We highly recommend this place. No complaints, everything was perfect.

Our host, Fabrizio, was very helpful communicating with us before we our visit, helping us out when we arrived with recommendations and reservations, and staying in touch throughout our stay. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The location (on the Via Francigena) was ideal. Nothing.
• Salvatore (10/5): Absolutely wonderful in every way - Everything, it was the cleanest place we have ever stayed in. Had all the facilities needed very close to the historic centre. Elide the owners mother went out of her way to drive us the the bus station at 6 in the morning. Wonderful people in such a beautiful town. Thank you for the experience. So pristine and clean with everything new inside, so perfectly decorated, best place we have stayed in a long time, highly recommended.

• Katri (9/5): A central and cosy stay - Location in the old town is perfect. The room was spacious, modern, clean and comfortable, cosy even. Welcome was friendly and communication ahead of time very helpful. The breakfast basket was typically Italian so all sugar and minimalistic- packaged cake, Nutella etc. If you are used to something different, plan accordingly ( we also did).

The room was immaculate, beautifully designed and comfortable. Located in the heart of the historic center in Montefiascone, it was perfectly situated near fantastic restaurants, cafes, and bars. Matteo and Fabrizio, our hosts, truly went above and beyond to ensure our experience was nothing short of amazing. Their warmth and hospitality made our visit unforgettable.

• Judy (9/5): Great stop for us on the Via Francigena. Recommend to others. - Great location near the sights but on a quiet street. We were able to check in a little early and the host met us promptly to show us the place. Very nice bathroom and kitchen with fridge, induction range and sink. Other appliances such as kettle, coffee maker, toaster and dishes just outside the apartment in a shared common space. A nice breakfast basket (with milk for coffee) was provided.Good heating unit in the bedroom. Liked everything. - maybe a microwave would be a nice addition
