No hot water in any of the taps at night when I arrived or the following morning. Price a little high for just a room, no breakfast and no hot water for a hot shower.

- Anaya (9/5): Lovely self-catering apartment in Trivandrum not far from airport. - Big apartment with kitchen/diner, lounge, bedroom and bathroom. Super quiet. Late check-in and check-out. Very clean and tidy. Jose was really helpful, giving me a lift to the Atm and booking a taxi.

- Rincy (9/5): Superb - My family stayed in Indeevaram for 3 nights. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. I was expecting some more utilities in the kitchen. Staff was very good. We lost one gold chain at the property but never noticed but the staff found it and contacted us and we got it back with no problem. I really appreciate their honesty and sincerity. I highly recommend this place for families or anyone who likes to visit TVM.

The staff is the best part: all very polite and friendly, very dedicated. They even allowed me to store my bagagges for some extra hours and printed my flight ticket free of charge. I highly recommend this stay near the airport.

Large frnds or fly grps may find it ok - Difficult to access for vehicles with size of SUV or above- Very narrow road and the mouth of the road is difficult to navigate safely and you are lucky if you didn't hit the boundary Wall on both sides of the road. The pillow cover was unclean. It was difficult even to get additional bed sheets. The bed sheets are small in size and people staying in AC rooms will find it difficult to manage with such small light bed sheets and that too smaller in size...

- Kkr (6/5): Spacious and clean room but too Noisy - Spacious and clean rooms. Noise. It was hell. No new people can sleep in these rooms. There is a hole connecting the room to next room, i dont know for what purpose but this makes the noise from other rooms easily seeping through. To make it worse, there was some bachelors who were noisy till late at night, so sleeping was difficult.

- Chanchal (5/5): High price for a non-AC room, poor accessibility, not near to any restaurants/shops. - 1. The price was too high considering that the room was not having air conditioning. For this price, one can rent a 3-4 star hotel room with AC and breakfast. 2. Having no AC was highly uncomfortable for the type of weather expected in Thiruvananthapuram at this time of the year. So, non-AC room should not even be offered to customers, especially at this price. 3. The location was not close to any restaurants or shops, so it was not easy to go out to eat or buy something. 4. The access road to the property was too narrow. It is very difficult even for a mid sized car to pass through.
