• Greg (8/5): - Location perfect, nice and quiet and close enough to walk back to town centre in 7-8 minutes. Having a dedicated parking spot is a bonus. Very spacious living room and bedrooms. Very heavy tog duvet meant uncomfortable nights sleep, especially as you can't leave a window open as you're on the ground floor. Recommend 4 tog for this time of year, or at least leave one in the cupboard so guests can swap. Maybe provide a fan too so air can circulate?

Bit of a pain having to leave the car in a bit of an awkward place on the road to run in to get the key from the property in order to open the car park barrier but thats not really the hosts fault and minor inconvenience
• Cath (10/5): Outstanding property in a superb location - This immaculate property was right in the heart of Harrogate and within walking distance of all the shops, cafes and restaurants. It was cleaned to an exceptionally high standard and was very well equipped. The beds were some of the comfiest we have slept in and the property was in a quiet development so we all slept really well during our stay. The brilliant shower in the en suite was much appreciated too. Very good communication well in advance of our stay took away any anxiety about finding the property or accessing the parking. The parking was secure and specific to the property so we had no issues parking up. We would return to this property without doubt and would definitely recommend it to friends and family. Everything was superb and the only tiny recommendation would be to add information about the local parking discs. We accessed one from the nearby Crown plaza Hotel and used this for 3 hours free on street parking close to the apartment on the day we left the property. This meant we could maximise our stay.

• SIMON (10/5): Absolutely lovely. - Exactly as it says on the tin - the photos are realistic, the flat is absolutely lovely, the environment is clean and quiet. Furniture, utensils, appliances all there for convenience. A really lovely place to stay - we relaxed as soon as we walked through the door. Secure parking was one of our priorities for this trip and parking was directly in front of the flat in a secure designated bay.

The apartment was so thoughtfully presented, with obvious attention to detail covering every aspect of our stay - from the well-equipped kitchen to the lovely festive touches in the lounge. The property exudes quality throughout. Our only constructive comment would be that a handrail near the bath might be a useful addition to assist the less agile guest. We liked everything
• Tracy (10/5): I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property - The property was absolutely spotless and the beds were super comfy ! Another chair in the lounge area would be good as 4 of us stayed and I feel that it was a squeeze to get 3 comfortably on the existing sofa , there is already an armchair but another would be beneficial.

Can’t think of a better way though. Only a tiny issue & would definitely book again

• Denise (10/5): Lovely modern, spacious apartment - Great location for Convention Centre. Very modern, clean and well equipped. Smells lovely when you walk in. For two friends having our own bed and bathroom was a real plus. Bit confused with getting into car park instructions.

• Gary (8/5): Excellent location, comfortable and well equipped apartment. - Excellent location, nice & quiet but just a few mins walk to bars & restaurants. The hosts were very quick to respond to questions and provided helpful information about the apartment. The apartment was comfortable and nicely equipped, plenty of storage in bedrooms and a really well designed bathroom with an excellent shower. If we visit Harrogate again it will be the first place we look to book. An early check-in option, or at least use of the parking space would be nice.

• Potts (8/5): A relaxing break. - The facilities in the rooms. We especially liked the reclining chairs. Not being able to park our car prior check in. Many other places we have stayed at have accommodated this in Harrogate. We understand not being able to check in earlier. Also after check out being able to remain parked would have been nice as all other places once again have allowed this. We noticed the space was available so it would not have made any difference to other guests or the host.

• Gary (10/5): 10 out of 10 wil be back next year to many bars a restaurant for a weeks stay - Location and the facility’s were excellent clean warn and a real home from home feel So minor but we tried to watch our prime account on the to due to the bad weather one day but the signal was buffering every 10 min which was a real pain then the thing crashed and would not reload as I minor but on a dad where we could not go out I was an issue

• James (10/5): Stunning, comfortable, high spec apartment in a great location. - Words cannot truly describe how fantastic this apartment is! Me and my son were visiting my wife who was attending a conference. This apartment was literally a two minute walk away from the conference centre yet was set back enough to be quiet and private. The accommodation itself is nothing short of stunning, very high spec, spotlessly clean, warm and cosy with great comfortable beds and bedding. My wife and son are now demanding that we buy an electric reclining sofa as the one here was so comfortable. Check in and check out was very straightforward with a key box and the host provided excellent clear instructions, as well as sending a couple of messages during our stay to make sure everything was ok, great customer service. We won’t stay anywhere else whenever we are next in the Harrogate area.

Pretty accessories to make you feel at home. Generous parking space within walking distance of the town. The bed pillows were on the softer side.

Location is quiet with no external noise. Parking available for one car. Although it did not affect us, an additional parking space would be beneficial as athough paid parking us available within 2 minutes, it is £15 per day, I believe.

Each bedroom was comfortable with good quality towels, bed linen, pillows. Extremely convenient location for access to the town centre in walking distance but in a quiet setting. Both my wife and myself were delighted: nothing to criticise.

An easy stroll to the shops, restaurants etc. Really good to have a designated parking space. Good directions from the owner. Think they're might be a problem with condensation in the bedrooms as the windows were quite wet. Some areas had been missed with the hoover/duster. Not much worktop space for preparing meals. Dining table is a bit squished in.

• Lennart (9/5): Comfortable and practical - Modern, clean, comfortable beds, plenty of wardrobe space, excellent bathrooms, allocated private parking. No net curtains so neighbours walking past could look in. Bedrooms didn't have black out curtains and due to outside lighting from a neighbouring property bedrooms were not dark enough.
• Brown (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent apartment. Spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. Perfect location. Cannot praise this apartment enough. Absolutely nothing.
