- Ben (1/5): Terrible absolute scam went for oasis and got seen off about 16 hours before going, do not book - Nothing After trying to contact the property for over 2 weeks before my stay, the owner finally messaged me less than 24 hours before my arrival to let me know it wasn’t available anymore, absolute scam
- Samantha (1/5): Scam!!! Illegal! Do not book! - Nothing - refused to stay, checked in to a hotel It is a con! The man is sub letting, he is living in the property, he was cooking a curry when we arrived. There were drugs left out everywhere, place was not clean and bed sheets had stains on them. It is illegal what he is doing, also no parking and we got a fine
- Ffion (1/5): Bad - Requested to check in at 3pm, Arrived at 3.10pm to be greeted by a man in his underwear, telling me he needs to clean the living room and he needed a shower!! Checked in at 3.45pm... The dishwasher was on, and it was full of dishes. There were used wet towels hanging up in the bathroom. The dhower screen was flilthy and full of black grim! The bedding had holes in and didn't appear to be clean. The air fryer in the kitchen and half a pie left in it!

- Jo (10/5): Lovely change to a hotel room. - Lovely place, Leighton was really helpful, nice area, and comfy bed. Ate out in Cardiff Bay and so didn't bother cooking anything at all when there, but seemed to have anything I might have needed. Walked to Cardiff Bay but the bridge we needed was being repaired and so was out of use. It would have been nice to know that before we got to it, repair people... Otherwise, all was good - nothing wrong with the apartment!
