• Jenna (5/5): I had high expectations for this place but unfortunately it wasn't worth the money. - The best thing about this accommodation was the location. Within walking distance to the palace and a lot of shops and restaurants and supermarket nearby. The place wasn't very clean on arrival. The cave room looked great but in reality all four of us ended up squeezing in upstairs as there were piles of grit falling onto the beds throughout the day and night downstairs. Had to empty the dehumidifier twice a day because of all the moisture down there.
• orit (1/5): הבונקר של מדריד🤮🤮 - כלום!!!!! דירה מזעזעת ביותר הגענו לדירה אחרי כמעט שעה של חיפושים. אף אחד לא חיכה לנו, לא הצלחנו לפתוח את הדלת הכל ישן מאוד. אחרי הסבר הדלת נפתחה קיבלנו גל ריח של טחב. הדירה לא מתאימה לשהות עם ילדים, מדרגות ללא מעקה בשיפוע שירותים בקומה למטה ללא דלת יש וילון. יש בדירה רק שתי מיטות זוגיות לנו הייתה חסרה מיטה. שלחתי הודעה לבעל הדירה שאנחנו לא נשארים שם עד עכשיו לא חזר אלי. תודעת שירות הכי גרועה שפגשתי לא ממליצה בכלללל!!!!!

• Esperanza (5/5): Prime location, but that's where the positives end. - Prime location, but that's where the positives end. When we arrived, the flat was full of flies — clearly a known issue, as a large can of bug spray was left prominently on the table. With a child and elderly parents in tow, this meant we had to leave the flat for a while after fumigating it ourselves. The smell of mold and humidity was overwhelming. We had to empty the dehumidifier three times during our stay. Towels and sheets smelled musty, and even our clothes carried the odor after leaving. All of us experienced headaches, likely due to the poor air quality. To make matters worse, there was ongoing construction in the building — loud, disruptive, and even dangerous. A painting fell off the wall onto my sleeping parents. When I informed the host, I received a simple "sorry, we didn’t know," which felt dismissive given the seriousness. Other issues included steep stairs with no railing and a toilet without a door. This flat might work for someone in a pinch, but certainly not for families or anyone sensitive to mold or noise.
