• Peter (10/5): Apartman ktory sa oplati - Pekna priestranna izba priamo vedla stanice Termini. Ubytovanie bolo ciste, utulne. Aj ked je to na 5. poschodi, pri otvorenom okne je pocut hluk z ulice.

• Jeff (7/5): Great location for a quick layover. - Great location next to train station. Access to the property is challenging, you have to climb a set of steps, dragging luggage to get to the elevator. Elevator is antiquated, requires ever passenger to securely close the doors, before anyone else can use it. This creates a lot of step climbing, because previous passengers didn’t properly close the doors. This unit is on the 5th floor.

• Elaina (10/5): - I loved this hotel! The room was perfect for me and my friend. Super clean, comfortable, and spacious. We stayed here from a Wednesday night to Friday morning then took a train to the next location. The hotel was right next to the train and metro station which made it super easy for traveling to the Vatican, around the city, and when we left Rome. Although the hotel was right next to the train station, we did not hear any noise from it! The staff was soo helpful with check in, check out, directions and everything else. Marco specifically was texting to make sure everything was going smoothly and that we could get into the room. We arrived after our check in time due to a delayed flight and he was super accommodating to us!

• Maé (8/5): Quelques bémols mais nous y reviendrons surement. - Littéralement au dessus de notre arrêt de but pour aller & venir de l'aéroport très pratique. Double vitrage très efficace. Photos sur la page réalistes. Plutôt calme à l'intérieur mais je suppose que cela peut varier selon vos voisins de chambre. Bonnes instruction. Pour les casaniers TV avec service streaming en plusieurs langues. Très bonne situation géographique, propre & avec un frigo dans la chambre. Si vous quittez ROME plus tard que 10h, il y a quelques bagageries dans les rues à proximité. Ascenseur en panne tout le séjour. Ce n'est pas la responsabilité du loueur et je comprends mais il est bien de le mentionner surtout qu'il est très vieux et visiblement une voisine nous a dit que ca arrivait souvent. 5 étages sans ascenseur avec soucis de santé, enfants et/valise plusieurs fois par jour ca peut vite être compliqué. Personne ne nous accueille pour relever votre identité, on nous demande d'envoyer nos papiers d'identité sur WhatsApp ou par mail sans savoir à qui on parle réellement. Je n'étais pas à l'aise avec l'idée qu'on ai accès à mon identité & mon numéro de CI. On nous a remit des dosettes de café mais sans faire la chambre (pour 3 jours pas de soucis avec ca), une personne a eu donc accès à notre chambre sans que ne soyons au courant. Nous aurions préféré avoir le choix de dire non. Je précise que rien n'a disparu ou été bougé. A savoir aussi, pas de plaques, seulement un micro onde & le minimum en terme d'équipement cuisine. Apres avoir vu les autres commentaires, notre chambre aurait du être faite.

• Loredana (9/5): - Bis auf die Heizung war alles super. Für uns die beste Lage, da wir schnell am Hauptbahnhof waren. Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es war leider ziemlich kalt und klamm im Zimmer. Die Klimaanlage hat es auch nicht geschafft das Zimmer warm zu bekommen. Die vorhandene Heizung ging leider nicht.

La ubicación es inmejorable, justo al lado de Termini, lo que hace que moverse por la ciudad o ir al aeropuerto sea súper práctico. Las instalaciones están muy bien, son exactamente como se ve en las fotos. Además, el proceso de check-in fue rápido y sin complicaciones. Totalmente recomendable si buscas comodidad y funcionalidad.

• James (10/5): My stay was great! I booked it super last minute as my plans changed. The hotel was super responsive over WhatsApp, and - Convenient location! Right next to Termini Station, which made it super easy to get around.
• Magdalena (8/5): - Lokalizacja przy samym dworcu, co jest wygodne przy późnym przylocie, czy wczesnym wylocie. Dodatkowo w budynku dworca jest spora oferta gastronomiczna w przystępnych cenach. Do głównych atrakcji można dojść spacerem w 20-30 min. Jedynie wieczorem można czuć się nieswojo z uwagi na bezdomnych w okolicy.
• Catalin (10/5): Great stay and great host. - The location is great, accross the central station. The host is amazing and super responsive. He also gave us some tips to get around, he answered quick to our requests and very helpful. The room is a quite enclosed, and it can be a little bit too suffocating during the night if the window is closed. Perhaps during the warmer nights is better.

• Daniella (8/5): Great Location. Not a hotel. Perfect for layover - Apartment was clean. Excellent location near restaurants and shops. Right across from train station. There is a lift. Two packets of espresso provided. Bed was comfortable This is not a hotel (had no idea).There was two packets of shampoo and no other bathroom amenities. It was fine, i just bought my own soap. The entrance is a private building where you are rung in. The owner sends you all info which is pretty easy to get in room. There is a communal kitchen which i didnt use as i didnt want to see any other people staying or living in complex. No iron.

The room is comfortable, located in a pleasant apartment, and perfectly situated next to Termini Station. While the antique elevator has its own charm and character, it was a bit inconvenient when traveling with luggage, particularly due to the manual opening and closing.
