• Holly (7/5): Gorgeous apartment & amazing location! - The location was perfect, just minutes from lots of lovely bars, restaurants and shops. The hosts were great and allowed us to checkout a couple of hours late which was great! The bed was unfortunately really uncomfortable for us. We both woke up with bad backs and necks every day, I think the mattress was too hard and the pillows were too big.

Πολύ καλή ηχομόνωση, όταν έκλεινες τα τζάμια δεν ακουγόταν κανένας θόρυβος από έξω. Η οικοδέσποινα πρόθυμη να ικανοποιήσει κάθε ανάγκη μας! Ήταν όλα τέλεια, εγώ προσωπικά θα προτιμούσα πιο μαλακό στρώμα.

Le balcon est très agréable. Bravo pour la climatisation extrêmement silencieuse et très efficace. L'hôte, même si nous ne l’avons pas rencontrée, s’est toujours trouvée soucieuse de notre bien être et très réactive à nos demandes. Appartement ultra fonctionnel, neuf, comme sur les photos. Quelques moyens de faire un peu de ménage sur un long séjour.

• Madeleine (10/5): Fantastic, would stay again! - Location is amazing, right in the centre of town! Easy instructions to find provided by the host. Plenty of places to eat, drink and shop nearby. Very comfortable bed and great kitchenette / bathroom. Can make the room very dark with the shutters, which is good if you want a sleep in. Some nights noisy with the band playing on the opposite corner. However, they stopped at 11pm so sleeping was no issue.

The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the Old Town, with incredible bars, restaurants, and shops just steps away. Despite being so central, the apartment is wonderfully quiet at night, allowing for a restful sleep on the very comfortable bed with lovely linen. The interior is stylish and thoughtfully designed, and the apartment is exceptionally well-equipped with everything we needed. The shower deserves a special mention — powerful and refreshing, a real treat after a day of exploring. Communication with the host was seamless from start to finish, and we felt truly well looked after. This apartment is a gem and makes a fantastic base for exploring all that Corfu town has to offer. We would highly recommend.

• Kieran (9/5): Clean, comfortable unit in a central location - Excellent central location. Easy to walk to all sights in Corfu City from the unit. There was music at the square outside each evening, but it ended early, and the area was quiet overnight and in the mornings. The taxi was unable to get too close to the property, but the walk from the drop-off point was not long. The property is also relatively close to the airport bus stop and the Liston taxi stand, so arranging transport upon departure was easy. The instructions ask guests to take out the rubbish, which is not unreasonable, but I couldn't find any bins near the unit, so the instructions should include locations of nearby rubbish bins.

Tutto è molto pulito, comodo e confortevole, tra tutto quello che abbiamo amato di più sono la doccia super gigante e la camera da letto con questa vetrata intorno...poi il letto era comodissimo! Che dire? Torneremo senz'altro! consigliassimo!

• Graeme (9/5): A superb apartment in the centre of The Old Town. It was within walking distance of everything! - Very easy to collect the keys. Instructions were clear and accurate. We had maps to show where the property was located and the host was on hand constantly to help out if needed. Excellent! Nothing! It was perfect. Maybe another tea-towel or two, we only had one for the week, so I bought some. Our bedding and towels were changed were changed midweek which was excellent. Thank you.

Great air con system. Bed was very squeaky when turning over. A cloth/sponge to wash plates etc would have been useful.

Porte d’entrée de l’immeuble non sécurisée au rez-de-chaussée La séparation du balcon avec l’appartement voisin est très sommaire (on peut passer facilement d’un appartement à l’autre).
• FOTIOS (9/5): Great location, great hosts, car-parking may be an issue in touristic seasons. - Great location (City center). Great hosts! (very detailed entry/exit process description and very responsive to our requests). Very clean and modern style. Spacious and all the facilities were there. Also, welcoming gifts (snacks, water). The a/c was on when we arrived, so the entire appartment was very cool. Decent price (450 euro for 2 days, 5 people). As it was located at the center of the Old Town, access by car was problematic. City Parking was free around 300m away (at Liston place) for 3 euro/day, but with long queuing wait (20-30 min) for entry during August (touristic period). No breakfast was offered, but plenty of options just outside the appartment. 1 of the 5 beds was a couch.

Wrap around balcony were great for people watching . Although there was a balcony which was amazing , there were 5 of us and only 2 old chairs on the balcony.

• Malcolm (6/5): Enjoyed the location and modern apartment. - Excellent location. Modern nicely appointed apartment. Large balcony with good town views. Never met a host, or anybody for that matter. The property is managed by a property management company. Every request or query was dealt with electronically. Whilst we received a prompt response it would be nice to meet somebody. Access to the apartment up a shared dirty flight of stairs. Items listed on Booking.com schedule did not emphasise that if we needed anything extra it was our responsibility, to quote, "as if at home". An example was that only TWO toilet rolls were provided, if we needed anymore we were told we would need to buy our own! Only two bath towels supplied for five days. No cleaning service of toilet bin and no floor mop. NO clothes rack on arrival, we were told it was being used by next door, we had to ask for one which was later left outside the apartment by the owner. Cutlery and plates inconsistent numbers, it seemed that no inventory is taken regularly.

Especially loved the books and little treats! - Fantastic location with access to everything that we needed for a 6 night stay. Great facilities in the bathroom and very comfortable bedrooms. No sponge provided in the kitchen and the pegs were all broken on the mini clothes line.

It has a fabulous location right in old town Corfu. Perfect for a couple. We were a bit intimidated in finding the apartment because of the many people in old town Corfu on the day we arrived (a Friday). It, however, was only 5-minutes down the pedestrian walk area to the apartment. Nina even had one of her staff stop in to make sure we found the apartment and were comfortable - going far and above what was necessary.

These products which are missing do not make the time easier in the apartment , like if you want to warm pizza or frozen food, or cleaning the floor ...etc. the apartment in the second floor which is bigger , have microwave , and Built-in oven but also the are missing brush floor, and Cloth for wiping the marble. If these things will be completed, then the apartment will be superior.

• Fran (10/5): A pleasure - It was spacious, modern and clean with every comfort possible. Beautiful towels and sooo comfy bed and pillows. Central to bus, shops, supermarket, lots and lots of restaurants and the airport. Mira, our host, was excellent and we got great advice on restaurants, luggage storage depots and buses. Huge water park only 2.50 euro on the bus and 15 mins away. We loved sitting on the large balcony and watching the bustling town but when the doors were shut, no noise at all. Air conditioning brilliant. Nothing 😁

• Eileen (10/5): Lovely clean modern apartment in an excellent location - The apartment is very centrally located in the old town and is a couple of minutes walk from everything you would want to see. The surrounding area is vibrant but the apartment is quiet as it has double glazing. The wee balcony is a bonus.
• Grace (9/5): Overall, the apartment was great, close to everything and had everything we needed. - Great location, central to everything Parking was very difficult near the apartment as the city was very busy while we were there. We did not know about the water ban overnight so using the facilities after midnight and before 7am was impossible. Lastly, difficult to use the washing machine as it was all in Greek and we didn't know what cycle we were selecting. Additional drying racks would have been helpful to dry clothes as there was no dryer.

Loved the fact the room was sound proof, so evn though it was in a busy part of Corfu town, you - Great location and the property was clean and had all the required facilities Mira was there to greet us upon check-in and was more than helpful with recommendations and suggestions for the stay and visit. Went the extra mile to check in every day to see if we needed anything. Very special. No lifts which isn’t a problem if you don’t have luggage to carry up the stairs.

• Wojciech (9/5): Superb - During the second part of our stay in Corfu, we needed an apartment in town, close to various attractions but a bit away from the noisy center. Apartment Annunziata was just such a place. A comfortable 2-bedroom apartment with a large living room. We had a good time living there. The lady who gave us the keys to the apartment was very nice and helpful throughout our stay. The kitchen was equipped with various small kitchen items, but some were too few or missing. The entrance from the street to the building was not lockable.
• Konstantinos (8/5): A few improvements away from being Great! - You can't beat the location if you plan on spending much time at corfu Old town. We stayed at Room 101 on the first floor. The apartment was clean ,cozy ,well equipped, and furnished . They layout was really smart, the bedroom gets separated from the living room with a huge sliding glass panel (that was surprisingly soundproofing so it provides some privacy) and the bathroom was spacious.Power outlets everywhere and really nice lighting.Plenty of amenities ,big bottles of shampoo, showergel ,slippers. It's located at a really central spot close to Public transport ,shops,restaurants,pharmacies etc. . The host , Mira and one of the managers, Nikoletta, were really trying their best to satisfy our demands ,make up for any minor inconvenience that occurred and providing any assistance we may need,suggestions, and also provided an early check in. The room definitely needs a full Body /large size mirror somewhere ! I noticed that after i booked and asked for one or at least a make up mirror. My partner did her make up at a small makeup mirror that Mira had already placed in the apartment for us, but it was still inconvenient. That however may not be a problem for people that don't check on their outfits or do their make up in the bathroom 😅 Soundproofing was good in general but there was noise coming from the bathroom (probably because it's right next to the entrance that has a glass door with 0 soundproofing) We didn't have trouble sleeping since we always slept a bit late but early sleepers may do as there's always some happenings until about 11pm at the square where the apartment is located (street performances, etc.). The shower could use a glass panel ,you got to be a bit careful not to splash water outside of it. To my surprise, no housekeeping service is provided unless you stay for more than a week, as the manager informed me.We were in need of the service by the 3rd day and I didn't mind paying for it, however I was unlucky because their cleaning service partners were super busy at the time and didn't have time for it.Also ,there were no other cleaning products than dishsoap and a glass cleaner inside the kitchens cupboards, so I couldn't even do it myself if I wanted. If you are staying more than a couple of nights plan ahead and ask for it before your arrival. It is noted, though, that at least Mira brought us another clean set of towels after we asked. The common areas like the stairway and front entrance need to be taken more care of . The crevices in the shower drain and corners were not cleaned that deeply . -Not related directly to the apartment - Finding a parking space relatively close to the apartment was a nightmare during the morning time. It took me about 2hrs to find one since all the paid parking lots were full at the time .

Location is close to all the important streets, bus stops, cafes, bars, shopping. Mira was very welcoming and very helpful. Information provided for attractions was a nice bonus, very convenient. -
• Catherine (9/5): Great weekend break in Corfu Town - Location is perfect. In the old town, but not right next to any noisy bars. Double glazing is very effective, so there’s no disturbance. We spent most of our time out, so didn’t use the balcony or living room really. Apartment is very clean, well equipped and the beds are firm. The best aspect is the host Mira, who is a wealth of local information. She provided the bus timetable, and we went to Dassia for beach and paddle boarding, which I recommend. The bus is just 5 minutes walk away. She also recommended several places to eat which we tried. Corfu Town is really nice. Busy, but not trashy, much to my relief. We also went cycling one day down the coast towards the airport, which (sounds strange but) was really enjoyable. All good

Mira was extremely helpful & quick to reply to any queries. I would highly recommend this location. My only suggestion would be for a safe & a mirror in the bedroom.

• Natasa (10/5): Perfect place in the heart of the Corfu town - This was my second time in this apartment, and I will definitely come again! The host Mira was amazing, there for all my questions and any help I needed. The place is new, well furnished, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you might need for a short or a longer stay. It's in the heart of Corfu town but the windows prevent all the noise from the street so I guarantee you'll sleep well and still be only minutes away from all the restorants, bars, giros places etc. Highly recommend! Everything was PERFECT!
• Janine (10/5): An excellent ‘vibey’ trip to Corfu Town made even better by the Accommodation. - The property was very centrally located in Corfu Old Town and easily accessible to all of the sightseeing, restaurants and bars. There was a small but well-equipped supermarket around the corner. The host was excellent and really helpful. The area in which the apartment is situated isn’t quiet in the evening, which we liked. If you want silence at 10pm that may be more of a problem. It was quiet overnight so sleeping was not a problem. My only criticism is that the bed that we used was too hard but that is my personal preference.

• Julie (9/5): Superb - I had apartment 102, which is very comfortable and modern, and in a perfect location in the centre of town. Great little balcony to sit and watch the world go by. It's perfectly quiet inside the apartment. Water, sparkling wine and beer was provided and much appreciated. Nothing major, you do need to walk just a couple of minutes with your luggage as it's in a pedestrian area, but it's a flat and easy walk from the main square. There are stairs to get to the apartment, but Michael, who greeted me, kindly took my suitcase for me.
• Ming (10/5): Highly recommended for people who want to stay in the old town - The host Michael replied promptly for everything we asked and being very helpful. The flat was amazing , location is very good and surprisingly it wasn't too noisy at night. Besides, we love the sofa!!! It's very comfy that we even asked what brand it is. First floor without lift is something we didn't expect, but overall is great!
• Carolyn (10/5): The best place to stay in Corfu old town . Outstanding! - More like a boutique hotel than an Apartement . It was beautifully clean and stylish . Huge living area and great wraparound balcony . Comfortable beds with lovely crisp bed linen and plump pillows. Our host Michael went above and beyond with early check in and late check out . Really outstanding thank you
• Anonymous (10/5): Fabulous - Absolutely exceptional apartment, local right in the centre of Corfu Old Town. The apartment is immaculate and has a wraparound balcony allowing views through the town, exceptionally clean and lovely touches like coffee, tea, water, wine, juice and some snacks provided The only thing that I can say is that it is 3 floors up (which allows the great views), but the downside is, it’s a lot of steps to carry heavy luggage up and down
