James (4/5): Perhaps the place does not rent often. - The apartment had some minor deficiencies. No soap, broken or inoperable lamps. Broken terrace door, heating was intermittent, very dirty exterior windows (due to HOA lapse?). Reception staff are not happy with the apartment owner.
